Quad is almost back to normal though still a little sore, never pinning there again!
Pinning 100mg Cyp, 100 Npp, 140mg Primo Mon& Thur. Trying to stay under 2500 calories since about 9-10 days ago to shred up a bit to prime for a serious winter bulk. Aim is no more than 2200 but I figure my maintenance WITH the daily morning fasted cardio is at least 32-3400 so even up to 2500 I’m doing well. At 2100 this evening and 181g protein so just a small extra lean turkey patty to eat soon and a good day of dieting! Meals today was steak and 3 eggs, fresh orange juice and some yams. A 2 scoop of whey with water after training. Fish, rice avocado and a kombucha for dinner. Oh and here’s todays chest session

You know, I’ve been aiming to keep my calories below 2400 as of the last 10-14 days so if I do get gas it’s a surprise. I didn’t know this though.. does that go for soft/medium boiled too? My aim is a slightly soft yolk where it’s runny but not completely watery, like a gooey texture. Todays were softer

The Helios brand, I posted pics of the vials back in December I think. I believe 1ml has an unfavorable ratio of 5.5mg Yohimbine/ 40mcg Clen. I pin a .25ml just before cardio, would rather more Yohimbine but don’t like the way any more than 10-20mcg Clen feels.

I've had guys have serious heart issues from helios, yes I saw it back but didnt think you fully using it @Acerico34

Thanks for letting me know, so it wasn’t just me being over paranoid. I used to be a heavy cocaine user so don’t want to push stimulants any more 100%. No more Helios.. 👍🏽

Training notes from yesterday, some update physique pics where it seems Gyno has gone down just from cutting for 2 weeks. I was worried it would show it more but definitely looks and feels much smaller, 2nd pic you can still see it. Also some food pics.
Pasta is gluten free made from blend of ancient grains, meat is 2/3s 99% lean ground Turkey and 1/3 93% lean ground grass fed beef. Steaks are Sirloin and NY strip. Any dairy is always raw. White fish/ white rice avocado has been a daily staple since starting mini cut ~2 weeks ago. Dropped down about 3/4kg from morning weight quite quickly in 8-9 days so bumped up calories from 22/2300- 26/2700. Also pics of the current supplements and gear I’m using.

Been doing 35-45m fasted slow
Steady state almost EVERY day. Otherwise also 10-20m of the same after 1-2 training sessions a week.
perfect stay there maybe add 5-10min bro :) @Acerico34

helios is pretty harsh, a lot of people react good to it though just don't over do it
I mean I been running between .2ml- .4ml. And on .4ml one day I didn’t like how my pulse felt so more recently no more than .25ml . On that dose it’s 8mcg-10mcg Clen.. also been doing this fasted cardio using Helios 80% of the days for Id say about 3.5 weeks max and there was 7 days I went camping and didn’t train after the first week of use. Mainly kept to it for the Ephedrine like boost it gives, idk how much it actually helps spot reduce..or even helps burn fat.

Another package from UG Freak dropped this weekend. I grabbed it out of mailbox earlier this morning. 100ui GH kit @ perfect timing as my 75IU kit from DS is coming to an end. Also 3x Nolva 20mg packs, however it seems that a Lot of my Gyno has dissipated.. been cutting for 2/2.5 weeks now, eating between 2200-2800 most days. Definitely reduced to a point even with my front muscle pose it’s very slightly noticeable and barely sore anymore on contact. I wonder if I should take some Nolva anyway, maybe 20mg a day?

60mgs ed 20mgs split into 3 doses is your nolva dose
on the aromasin I wouldnt do it now unless you had it on hand

2 of yesterdays meals. Breakfast was same as 95% of days recently= 6.5oz Top sirloin steak, 3 soft/medium boiled eggs. 1/4 avocado up to 2/3x a day, so .5- .75 avocado a day. Tuna steak/white rice , Pacific cod/white rice. Some whey protein. Couldn’t get enough food in to get over 300g protein before bed so hit 259P 263C 72F Just under 2800 Calories. Getting over 300g protein will require eating 3 meals before 2,3pm, or at least a shake between 9-2.

Looking good man. A typical dose I see guys run for adex is .5mg EOD but everyone is different. At least you got some more in. You might be able to run lower nolva than 60mg. Maybe start at 20mg and see if that works.
 
Last nights Chest session, I’d watched and listened to some podcasts etc and thought maybe I do too many sets per body part. Since age 14 I’ve always trained for example doing 5 chest exercises and 4 sets of each so 20 sets. Then triceps, and about 3-4 exercises of those with 4 sets each. I heard now that optimal number of sets per muscle is maximum 10.. and 25-30 per session of training 3 muscles. So here’s the reduced volume I did last night as I also felt a bit low on energy.

Looking good man. A typical dose I see guys run for adex is .5mg EOD but everyone is different. At least you got some more in. You might be able to run lower nolva than 60mg. Maybe start at 20mg and see if that works.
I have pharma adex from my doc but only
1mg a week, small pills impossible to break without cutter. I might be able to split the UG ones maybe..

Yea, that might be a good option. Do the 1mg from the doc and then "supplement" on top of that with the UGL product.

Think I’m about done with my mini cut and will go to near maintenance soon till my Primo and Test E drop from UG Freak to start bulk.. dropped from 91.5kg- 87kg morning weights, love handles gone down 100%. Seems a lot of weight for very minimal Visual difference. 3 weeks between these pics exactly, however was on more a bit more gear then.

Had a great session tonight, fasted morning cardio of course, 30m 300 calories burnt. Incline 12 speed 2.8.

Ate all my meals before training and ended up pinning 6iu gh before training, I forgot I mixed my last vial of 15iu in 1ml instead of the 1.5ml I’d mixed the 4 vials before.
+ pump supplement and 230g of white rice and 300 rockfish led to great pumps.

I realised I have enough test ( pharmacy/docs gave me an extra 6ml - 1200mg in July by accident) to start going for 500/600mg a week from now till my Para pharma gear drops. My Primo finished today next pin on Monday, maybe I can get a quick domestic express delivery from somewhere. Don’t have any local guys anymore like the old days.

I’ve heard this a few times… heard it makes you tired. I’ll give it a try with the nolva/ Adex I got. I feel like so much of it disappeared from a 3 week slight cutz
letrozole is dangerous VERY , do not use it unless you want issues

I realised I have enough test ( pharmacy/docs gave me an extra 6ml - 1200mg in July by accident) to start going for 500/600mg a week from now till my Para pharma gear drops. My Primo finished today next pin on Monday, maybe I can get a quick domestic express delivery from somewhere. Don’t have any local guys anymore like the old days.

letrozole is dangerous VERY , do not use it unless you want issues
just stick to nolvadex @Acerico34

I meant I’ll try just with the Nolva annd Adex that I have, always heard Letro’s harsh.
And I ordered international, was shipped out on the 19th, 3x Test250/ 3x Primo 200. 400mg pharma test sounds 👍🏽 for now. Ordered a vial of Primo from DS as they’re usually quick so hopefully get it by Monday if not Tuesday.
