Approved Log My come back sustanon log

Nothing much to update, im away again for 2 weeks, unable to really train, im just gonna start coming off cycle when I get home and wait til im more settled and ready to commit to a proper prepared cycle on the next 1.
I was back home for 3 weeks, started getting everything right. Now im away again, then when I get home I've got my son for tye school holidays and then im moving interstate after that, so im all over the place right now. Im just staying on so i don't have bad effects while im away.

Plan is before the next cycle to be back into training properly and eating properly first, and then to plan the rest with you guys, have the money for bloods etc and everything I need for the cycle prior to starting the cycle and obviously log the whole cycle from start to finish.

This cycle wasn't planned it was impulsive, had no support at the start and then a series of life events made it unsettled and unbalance my eating and training. Once I've moved and that and settled into my new life there won't be anymore distractions like that...

Anyways im just trying to sort out how im feeling for now cos something feels off.

Think I might go without aromasin for a bit see how I feel.

Im on a small ammount of aromasin.

But im also on a low dose of sus
250mg twice a week

I would not fully come on, I would suggest you stay on sustanon, lets talk 250mgs sustanon/week, can you do that? with light aromasin
this way you can self-TRT and we can cycle in and out the training, you have the gear for this? :)

I've now been on cycle for 13 weeks, isn't it time to be cycling off to let the body heal, and regain natural T production?
Especially considering that its pretty hard for me to be maintaining my training and eating schedule with all the other stuff I've got going on at.
I've pretty much wasted this cycle and I know I gotta come off kinda soon dont I?

Whats the risk, idk I want to preserve natural T and supermarket production, cruising, is it risky/ bad for health.
Idk I have minor liver damage since being in cycle so thought it would be time to let that recover too.

cruising is self TRT basically just different word
if you want to get off cycle, you have to do long PCT and your test levels might not recover fully, you're in the sustanon push so longer half life
you would need to either full on 6 weeks PCT or jump on a cruise/TRT @rooster18 thoughts?

But in a cruise is the pro longing ny body being used to trt and make it harder to recover natural test. Like wouldn't staying on trt cruising be bad for my body still, I thought cycling off was the better option

I think id rather give my body a break for a bit, go hard on the next cycle, I get what ya saying but id rather do the pct, recover and see where my natty T is when I do rather than just say that its possible im natty low T. No bloods to say I was or wasn't.

Ok you need around 6-8 weeks of:

clomid 50/25/25/12.5 mgs/day/week
nolvadex 60/60/40/20/20/10
hcgenerate 5 caps ed week 1-2, 3 caps ed week 3-4, 1 cap ed week 5-8

start putting it together and PCT is hard VERY hard expect an emotional roller coaster a bit first 2 weeks then fine after @rooster18
 
So... quick update I was high estrogen, I started pumping aromasin every day for 5 days and feel sooooooo much better
Idk I figured I was low estrogen for some reason, as I was taking aromasin every 2nd day and I know its a suicide estrogen inhibitor so low experience for whatever reason figured it was low with what I was feeling but thought fuck it ill go every day for a bit and it will either make it worse for a bit or make it better and yeah its what I needed, feel heaps better, also trained a bit of body weight today which was good, felt real good after a lil session.

High estrogen is a real problem for many. Its a good lesson for future to do an Ai with each cycle.

I plan to cycle off soon to give my body a rest and time to heal.

I think it can all be done when you ready, but you can try PCT for a few weeks you'll see you wont like it, cruise/trt much better @rooster18 and you have EVO family to guide you

Ok what do I need to do if I stay on a cruise, how much trt do I need to take, how often do I need to take it and do I still need aromasin, how long do I cruise for etc.
Also I got hcg5000iu at home can I take that to get some size back in balls what do u guys reckon.

I would start with 100-150 testosterone enanthate per week split dose and you should do 5mgs aromasin/week 1 dose split, you have caps or tabs?

I've got 10mg caps. So scrap the sus and go test e?
 
for self TRT that can be around 4-8 weeks depends how close to 8 that is, you can use that as alt to test only @rooster18

Training pretty much non existent, life has been too hectic, haven't been home for 3 weeks, diet not great, moving to interstate at the end of the month, plan to get fully on track when im settled after the move, planning to do some situps and pushups today just to get a bit of training in.

you dont need to pin sustanon 2x/week, 1/2ml/week is enough, long half life

if you not home, you can do training on the road, sit ups push ups squats jumping jacks planks

Also got back in the gym today, feel so good for it, I've really been struggling lately, walking around anxious and irritable and generally just not feeling great. It's amazing what a good session does. Starting off light to ease back into itas I've barely trained over the last couple months

Anyways training today was as follows

Shoulders
Military press 5 kg plus the bar (15kg?)
4 sets of 10

Seated db press 7.5kg es
4 sets of 10

Frontal raise 3kg es
3 sets of 10

Lateral raise 3kg es
5 sets 12.10.8.8.6

Bent over reverse fly 3kg
3 sets of 10


Food was as follows

Breaky- eggs with toast, vegetated cheese and avocado

Lunch - Muscle chef spaghetti bolognese

Dinner - a good size bowl of stay chicken and rice

I will probably do abs and eat another meal before bed

Also I took 2000mg of vitamin C
A men's multi vitamin
And a couple of liver detox tablets.

@rooster18 1/2ml cruise is nice with sustanon, you get test for later or sust for later right?
I think you should cut training but about 50% from your peak fyi

Nah I will be getting test, test probably better yeah?
And yeah some movements I've gone a bit lighter than 50% but it felt good where I was at, im focusing on getting the form back, cos last time I trained I still trained heavy and my form felt off and I was sore for it just need to get back into the swing and ill ramp it up I know won't take long to get back to where I was

test is better in theory but for TRT sustanon is best, sustanon is created for TRT @rooster18

some people react better to less volume and training more often
 
at the end of the day experiment with different things
 
split routines are a great strategy

It doesnt stop... volume size may change but depending on how long youve been on cycle you will still be able to get someone pregnant.

So I've had to use dumbells instead of a barbell cos the truck came to take my stuff interstate so im training without a bench, im using my dads weights and using a bin as a bench, but feel like its good to change it up a hit anyways.

Also as its been pretty much my first week of full training in like 2 months I've really gone easy just to get the movement in. Got a couple more days before I go so will step it up a bit before I go, and will b joining a gym asap when I get there to try keep it going.

I notice looking in the mirror how much my body has changed in 2 months of not training and plus im not feeling as strong

Eating wise I havent been tracking it but I'm kinda just making sure I'm eating, like properly before and after training with shakes and stuff aswell
Not sure whether im meeting calorie requirements but in eating better than I was in the couple weeks before.

I jumped on the scales at the start of the week and I was around the 75kg mark
Down from 80-83 kg when I was at peak before the inactivity.
Obviously going from blasting to cruising i dare say I've dropped some water, im pissing heaps more anyways.

As far as cruising I feel like I've still got mental sides. Anxiety and depression type stuff. I keep feeling like I regret starting my cycle cos I feel like I felt happier and healthier before cycle. Obviously part of that is due to falling off with my training, but like I grow more body hair now, my skin doesn't seem as elastic and seems duller. I feel like I've gotten more serious less happy and funny and yeah I liked my body shape better before idk could be part psychological as I said I'm feeling anxiety and depression and irritable all that.
Idk if some of it is due to dropping dose to but I've had a bit of mental stuff going on since starting cycle.

Anyways I got bloods coming within the next week, just hormones and full bloods.

@rooster18 as long as you eating good thats crucial :) I'd like to see some actual meal pics and macros, possible?
 
you get less sperm and less motility on cycle
 
go get sperm tested that will give you the actual numbers
 
there have been very many steroid cycle babies over the years
 
you can actually order some sperm tests online but they're not 100% on the money it's better to go to a clinic
 
at the end of the day if she's pregnant congratulations be happy

Going from 500mg to 60mg per week is going to be a shock to your system. I can't imagine going any lower than 150mg in a cruise.
I was recommended to take 1/4 ml per week on here, but yeah I dont feel great, I mean I've been training but other than that I've lost my sharpness, low confidence

Yeah high protein, muscle chef meals and steak chicken, protein shakes protein bars, fruit, I haven't been tracking at all, but rough idea in my head keeping up carbs and protein especially around training.
One thing I'll say is I've been having way too much coffee lol
And pissing like a racehorse atm
Im on my way interstate today, when I settle in and get in a groove And start tracking macros and start posting

Thats too high of a dose for 125mgs sustanon, and now that you say that I think your E2 too low. Dont take the aromasin this week but next week take 2.5mgs/week 2 days after dose. @rooster18
Ok I was originally told to have the 10mg aromasin 2 days after my trt dose, I only have caps so

Im confused now whether or not I took 1/4 of a ml this week or not
I noticed from a previous update that my first cruise dose was half a ml and I think I got confused cos its a quarter of my weekly dose, so not sure the previous dose might of still been half a ml
 
Thats too high of a dose for 125mgs sustanon, and now that you say that I think your E2 too low. Dont take the aromasin this week but next week take 2.5mgs/week 2 days after dose. @rooster18
Anyways will know whats going on in a couple days when blood results come in
 
Ok I was originally told to have the 10mg aromasin 2 days after my trt dose, I only have caps so

Im confused now whether or not I took 1/4 of a ml this week or not
I noticed from a previous update that my first cruise dose was half a ml and I think I got confused cos its a quarter of my weekly dose, so not sure the previous dose might of still been half a ml
to be on the safe side pin another 1/4ml of sustanon and log it here so we know whats up @rooster18

the aromasin is easy to fix, open cap, drop the powder into warm water; mix with 100ml of warm water, mix really well, drink 25ml of that water and that will be 2.5mgs aromasin

but lets see bloods as well, when ready?

I just had a 1/2 a ml shot about 2 hrs ago, I was due tomoro, but decided to have it today to try rectify whatever is going on asap.
As for the aromasin can I keep the 7.5 dissolved in water for later or do I get rid of it?

@rooster18 good on the sustanon :)

on the aromasin, if you are ok with the budget, better drop the water and every time use a new cap to get a close to exact dose

Sweet as, maybe better i find another source for aromasin tablets?

Also I just put in another order for sus, gotta order min 2 items, so ordered clomid 20mg as I thought would be useful in future

@rooster18 sure you can find another source but this is a short term solution we need.

I think tamoxifen much better for you than clomid.
