You need to use 1/3rd of the vial per time so you can draw but use 1/3 on the slin pin 3x, thats way better doses for you @SFDom415

Thats why gay guys were selling HGH to bodybuilders for years, the docs prescribe too much. You can do the same but this is in "theory" I'm not saying you should break the law. :D

i don't have a gym i train in private with PT in a crossfit location when no one's there. 🤷 but i will cut my dose down if you think it's a health threat to take that much and i'll set the extra aside till i figure something out

i do have an idea for a website to make money but im not tech savvy and dont even k kw where to big. i met a sub on line who says its what he does for a living and he will help me as a form of submissive service. So i'll follow up on that. i mean if had 100 people paying few dollars a month it would pay for my training . my concept is good i just have no idea to execute it.

1. started trimming the diet this week
2. as if yesterday getting back on my fiber
supplements daily that should help a lot
3. getting back on the water and cutting the
juices

while work out bro was gone a few days trainer out me on regular bro split but brobro retired today so it's back to the evil circuit. I'm posting these vids cuz it funny to hear us making so much noise lifting these tiny weights. you see me but hear him moaning in the background while trainer adds the unnecessary commentary.
The weights aren't big but it's a circuit
of 6 items 15 reps each with no breaks
x 3 circuits At one point i couldn't catch my breath at all and had to go outside. nearly deceased. the weight isn't a problem. i can't breathe. especially starting with 15 deadlifts

todays circuit was

15 kettle dead lift
15 bench fly
15 reverse fly
15 barbell curl
15 RDL
15 tri kick back

x3

and he kept putting heavier weights. when we weren't looking 😡
PT doesn't get bro inthe pics cuz bro thinks he's still too thick and doesn't like the way he looks. 😥 But bro works way harder than me and i'm really proud of him. ( not just saying that cuz i 🤪 that booty)

Actually that’s normal noise for lifting :) I see you really getting tight there.

On the squats with kettlebells, keep your abs tight try to suck in your stomach to have a tight core, as you go up and down. It’s a core workout as with anything else.

yeh these circuits with no rest are brutal for me cuz i can't breathe.

i feel young until i try to
1. increase cardio
2. try to climb in and out of the miata
then i realize im not 25. 😹

Paying attention to details need constant reminding ( core tight shoulders back etc etc) but good form also does direct the energy so it's not going every which way.
PT has two of us to to keep reigned in now,

it's cold. wet. i'm not driving spring with no shirt inthe convertible
i just wanna eat pizza and sleep all day🙀and then call it "bulking"

My only suggestion is to lose the gloves.

This way, you build up more hand and wrist strength.

I like to kettlebell work out. You don't see too many people taking advantage of that.

Okay, this is going to be a really good meal prep.

The chicken looks terrific.
The skin on bone in just cooks better and tastes better so i've figured out how to not dry it out.

we also made car asada but the meaning and chewy.

ugh. i tried yoga one time in 1983. no. i don't have the attention span.

I did used to stretch a lot more in my late teens i was a figure skater ( i also had a 28 inch waist and weighed 125 pounds and could jog the length of golden gate park and back.
 
I love my chicken with skin and bone left on. The flavor so much better. My favorite part is the marrow Inside the bones. I bite the ends off and eat it. I also eat the chicken ribs bones and all.
There is a problem with outdoor supply that's becoming harder to ignore.
The food itself is terrible. The chicken. The beef. The fish the dairy and the produce.
NOTHIng has the taste and texture it did in the 1970s 80s.
unless you're wealthy enough to buy high end food which i'm not. none of the food has any flavor on its own.
i just heard that mexico.... where of course they consume more corn than anyone on earth.... is going to stop buying US corn because our corn is so fucked up.

Mexico has like hundreds of breeds of ancient corn they still grow and they are going to ramp up their domestic production of that pristine corn instead.
you know our domestic food supply is garbage when the french and the mexicans refuse to allow it in

and i'm not kookoo environmentalist puritan organic whole foods nut, i eat oreos and froot loops, so when i start spitting it out you know it's bad.

Bros nagging injuries at your age become chronic.
That's what sucks about getting old.
one of the many things that sucks.

but if i stay off of it for a while it gets better so i something its too serious ( torn etc) it just gets easily triggered.

trained makes me lay in the floor, with my arm extended the i have to roll a heavy barbell baccknamd forth from chest over bicep and back ouch.

but i have an ortho appt for a cort shot coming up. im sure it will help.

I don't worry about the noise - only the effort
i just think it's funny with the tiny weights.
but like i said it's the total circuit with no resting that's killing us.

if i could breathe and didn't have bicep tendon shit... i could increase those weights across the board.

my breathing is shit. and it's got worse since i let the belly get big again....

it feel like when i inhale... the air is only going halfway like it's not a really deep breathe.
not sure what that means but it's also problem when i fuck. i have to stop cuz i can't breathe.

it's like not getting that last few gulps of satisfying air all the way into the the bottom of the diaphragm .

lima beans are very healthy so the beans and bacon is good proteins and great fiber
and nice on a cold day.

i'm not going to do my SF Eagle social today because we have SF Balket tickets tonight.

i only did a tan no work out. but i need to get in the hadit if going there since i may not be able to have my PT the next two months.

im thinking about dropping the tren i just started and doing another WIN cycle instead from now until vacation. i have got to cut cut cut in a hurry .

i have the hgh and test tren anavar tbol and mast and win

what combo of those would make me hard and cut the fastest?
is mast better than var

Yeh civic center. city hall symphony hall opera house/ballet herbst theater, bill graham auditorium ( assume everyone knows who bill graham is he basically invented the modern rock concert format as we all know it) asian art museum and the main library. we got married inside city hall under that dome at the top of the marble grand staircase.... because i think im marie antoinette🤣and everything has to excessively grand.
any the ballet was ok. Turns out the nutcracker is NOT a bdsm story🤷 but there were prancing muscle boys in tights so good enough. by the second act i realized it would have been better if i had taken some mushrooms.
it's a crazy story with russian dancers and evil mice who go to war with the toy soldiers.
the individual dancers were great but the group /chorus lacked the precision you'd expect in London or New York.
The arts in SF tend to have a cheeky less serious vibe i've noticed over the years. It's not a stuffy serious city. it's always been raucous bawdy sexy place since the gold rush.
next up in january is the national tour of Some Like It Hot at the Orpheum. we have orchestra Third row center aisle. 💪

sit ups and planks are a no. cuz the diastais recti
i dont like getting down on the floor for anything.
but i can go to planet and do a basic whole body workout

( who finally called this morning to profusely apologize - when he said we'd connect today he thought it was the 23rd not xmas eve. i get it he has a husband and two designer 3 year olds (twins a boy and girl) so holidays are hectic. i'm just tired of being put aside.
i've been going through this same shit my whole life i have this extreme rejection and abandonment issues that kick in. years of therapy has not cured it. you know those dogs people find dumped in the side of the road for a month and then they are traumatized . i'll take reasonable things and go deep into very bad pain. it's unbearable and it fucks up my whole world. so i stay away from being close to people. and i also did a lot of drinking an drugs to stay numb but every so often one comes along that im so enamored with. and this time i am determined not to cal it off or fuck it up. i KNOW he's not slighting me but this thing that kicks in is just overwhelming. i don't want to lose a friend by saying " it's too painful i can't do it anymore " that has to stop being the solution. i know his fucked up situation at home. and that he's exhausted and that his hubby who doesn't lift a finger to help, is on the spectrum and it's much worse than he he realized always in crisis.
my bro is buried under stress. i'm his only friend and relief, he doesn't want me to go. and i cant be adding to his stress by being a little simp bitch.
so. he's giving me the entire day this sat with room in the city and shopping at the leather store, and all day of any kinks and fun's i want. i told him " you owe me bitch and i'm bringing the paddle and you're going to pay 🤣🤣"
this brojust really got to me. plus he's very versatile sex positive and very much into ALL kinds of fun stuff. in fact this being put aside has me feeling lines cuck so now i think ill flip and explore that. maybe it'll be good to just go there, come out unscathed, and realize people are still there after and haven't left. that kind of trust and surrender is a big part of bdsm to begin with. it has the potential to heal.
it's a day by day struggle and it painful but i HAVE to get it right this time or there will be another one down the road.

none of this has anything to do with bodybuilding but my log has always had all my personal shit posted in it because this place is therapy for me too.

all that said lifting weights has been something i can show up for , accomplish , see results and feel good. i think it's it the single best thing i can do to stay centered

with a trainer i'm good. i'm paying someone to like me and that motivates me to show up as does the attention i get from peers that never had before. without the trainer i'm useless. i don't have motivation. never have. otherwise i'd have done this 40 years ago.
i'd rather be eating pizza in bed. it's ok i know my limitations
