Went to the gym the past couple days and this is what I did.
Chest/shoulders tris
1.barbell incline 4x8-10did 295 for 10 last 2 sets
2.flat machine press 4x10-12 1xfailure
3. Incline machine 2xfail
4. Close grip 2x8-10
5. Db military 3x10-12
6. Side raise 5x15
7. Push downs 4 x10-12
8. Flys 5x15
Today I did back/bis
1. Pull-downs 4x10-12
2. Deadlifts I’m still kinda sore from work and tried conventional style. 405x5 solid but 500 was garbage so either sumo for now on or rdl’s
3. Machine rows 4x8-10 with a drop set on the last set
4. Pull overs 3x10-12
5. Cable pull downs (more of a curl)
4x8-10
6. Preacher curls 4x20
7. Hammer curls 2x failure and I was done
Weight is staying around 230 fasted and 235 at the end of the days so that’s good.
It’s week 9 of the cycle
Test e 500mg
NPP 375mg
Primo600mg
I’ll bump the npp up in another week everything is goin solid gunna check the no tomrrow morning I feel like it’s a little high but I’m also getting over a cold and was taking NyQuil

so won’t be shocked but I think after this cycle I’m gunna give my body a good break
