Veteran Log Dozers journey to the stage and cycle

I think so. I’m thinking about Dhb this summer and tren in the winter for a bulk so I don’t cramp so damn bad I get fuckin huge from Tren when I do bulk.

I really just want to use two compounds per cycle cause 3 for me is too much especially when I want to up the dosage and it’s like where the fuck am I going to pin all this you know?

Went to the gym the past couple days and this is what I did.

Chest/shoulders tris

1.barbell incline 4x8-10did 295 for 10 last 2 sets

2.flat machine press 4x10-12 1xfailure
3. Incline machine 2xfail
4. Close grip 2x8-10
5. Db military 3x10-12
6. Side raise 5x15
7. Push downs 4 x10-12
8. Flys 5x15


Today I did back/bis
1. Pull-downs 4x10-12
2. Deadlifts I’m still kinda sore from work and tried conventional style. 405x5 solid but 500 was garbage so either sumo for now on or rdl’s

3. Machine rows 4x8-10 with a drop set on the last set
4. Pull overs 3x10-12
5. Cable pull downs (more of a curl)
4x8-10
6. Preacher curls 4x20
7. Hammer curls 2x failure and I was done

Weight is staying around 230 fasted and 235 at the end of the days so that’s good.

It’s week 9 of the cycle

Test e 500mg
NPP 375mg
Primo600mg

I’ll bump the npp up in another week everything is goin solid gunna check the no tomrrow morning I feel like it’s a little high but I’m also getting over a cold and was taking NyQuil 🤷🏻‍♂️ so won’t be shocked but I think after this cycle I’m gunna give my body a good break

Yeah I might up the frequency of my calve training to 3-4 days a week

This is fine but you need to do chest and tris, back and bis, shoulders with arms again and less by themselves thats the best :D

So when you same arms what do you mean cause arms to me is bis and tris.

That was a sick pump but I feel like I wasn’t gettin what I wanted out of it. My forearms are decent but maybe I’ll start directly working them too

I need to start wrapping. I just use my SBD knee sleeves. I have t tried wraps in a long time.
Sleeves are nice youbjust slide on and go but I’m so use to wraps I say fuck it. I did do 500 for 1 without wraps and wasn’t even that bad if that chick didn’t talk the balls off me then I think 5-6 reps would of been doable

I’m back in town ladies and gents. Right now my right patella tendon is being weird again but the pin seems to be coming from the bottom part towards the shin. I’m starting peptides tomrrow bpc157 and tb is the plan.

Ended my cycle. On cruise now at 250mg might considered lowering it to a level where I don’t need and ai but my body is almost to the point so we’ll play around a little maybe.

Taking some time off maybe 4-5 months looking to start a family so gotta just cruise till I get my tests done and go from there

I’ll probably hit the gym tomorrow maybe before date night with the wife not sure what to hit first some kind of upper tho till my knee calms down

What's up with your knee, though? What's going on with that?
 
Make sure you do low impact cardio. Don't go running on concrete or anything like that.
 
Might wanna avoid leg extensions.

Those are what put a lot of pressure on your knees.
 
What you need to do is make sure you go get your knee checked out by a good orthopedic.
 
Knee issues are no good at your age.

Once you get older, it won't get any easier.

It’s an injury from work I think I just stressed it out but I’m doing 250mcg twice a week and tb the same twice a week I’m hoping it heals it so I don’t have to buy more but I might have too 😂

Yeah I noticed early on in lifting that wide pull downs don’t do anything for me. Close to medium grip. Might change the pull downs out with pull overs for a bit tho

1.bench 9x3 50% bar weight with doubled mini bands. 3sets medium grip, 3 sets bench grip then 3 sets close grip 30-40sec rest periods
2.jm press worked up to a heavy 5-8 reps surprisingly got 275 for 6
3.cable row 4x12-15
4a. Hammer curl 4x12-15
4b. DB roll backs 4x15
5a. Flys 4x15-20
5b. Face pulls 4x25-30
6. Side raises 3x15 (they were shot I couldn’t do a 4th set)
7. Leg raises 3x30


Friday. Dynamic lower
1.box squats 50% bar weight(285) 12x2 with purple light bands 30-40sec rest bands added about 160lbs of content tension so 445 at the top.
2.deadlifts 8x2 70% bar weight(385). Until they have the dl platform come in to use bands straight bar weight will be higher.
3. Belt squat. Marching for 1 min then right into 20 squats 3 sets were done 1 min rest
4. 200leg curls
5. Calves 6x15-20
6. Standing abs 6x15


Sunday max effort upper
1. Bench against doubled mini bands with bench grip. Got 375x1 I think I could have gotten 390 as a grinder but the new power racks the owner didn’t want me using yet and nobody was an able spotter cause they’re weak.
2.dead stop barbell rows works up to 8-10 reps did 275x5 then dropped down to 225 and did another 6-7 reps right after.
3. Db incline bench. 3x10 took the 120’s for a ride for the last 2 sets I havnt done a heavy db bench in almost a year but after the 3rd set I dropped down and grabbed the 55’s till failure.
4. Cable curls 4x15-20
5. Db roll backs 4x10-12 did 75’s the last 2 sets.
6a face pulls 4x20
6b. Side raise 4x15
7. Side bends 3x25-30

Medium (normal Training days)

I’ll start trimming up in a month probably I’m not cutting the carbs out as soon as I did last time I’ll just take some out on my training days to start and just do more cardio and find a sweet spot

1. Bench against doubled mini bands with bench grip. Got 375x1 I think I could have gotten 390 as a grinder but the new power racks the owner didn’t want me using yet and nobody was an able spotter cause they’re weak.
2.dead stop barbell rows works up to 8-10 reps did 275x5 then dropped down to 225 and did another 6-7 reps right after.
3. Db incline bench. 3x10 took the 120’s for a ride for the last 2 sets I havnt done a heavy db bench in almost a year but after the 3rd set I dropped down and grabbed the 55’s till failure.
4. Cable curls 4x15-20
5. Db roll backs 4x10-12 did 75’s the last 2 sets.
6a face pulls 4x20
6b. Side raise 4x15
7. Side bends 3x25-30

I feel the itch to compete in powerlifting again cause my hip flexor hasn’t been acting up. So my theory is maybe my hips and glutes were so weak, that my abs,legs and back were just taking over and led to the injury.

Heavy squats and in heavy I mean singles will be eased into. Pulls no problem and Goodmornings I’ll go by feel. Knee is feeling 100% better already but I’m at work again so we’ll see
 
I’m pretty much done cycling I’m just finishing up the primo I had open. Well I’m gunna cruise at 250 till may or June then mayyybe run Tren or just use primo or maybe Dhb for a cut. I’ll start trimming up in a month probably I’m not cutting the carbs out as soon as I did last time I’ll just take some out on my training days to start and just do more cardio and find a sweet spot

You could try and powerlifting, why not?

But I think you got good genetics for bodybuilding.
 
Power lifting is good but man, it takes a toll on your body. My body is still not the same after my last power lifting competition, 15 years ago,

Interesting, the way that you are using bands to your workouts. That's pretty good.
