I am a 43 years old male. I did my first cycle when I was 22 years old. I have experience & knowledge about gear. Been on trt since 2013
Height 5f 10" weight 195lbs
Currently i have a Flat stomach with cuts, but no abbs showing. My core / abbs are very strong. I need to loose body fat to get the abbs to show.
I tend to over eat on healthy food.

I train 5 to 7 days a week and some times 2 training sessions in 1 day. My diet is clean and healthy. I take vitamins and supplements.

Current trt cruise test c 200mg a week, nandrolone decanoate 120mg a week, boldenone undecylenate 400mg a week and Anastrozole .5 eod.

I am getting ready to run my next cycle with gear and peptides
Test e 350mg a week
Eq 400mg a week
Tren e 100mg a week and ramp up depending on side effects maybe by week 5 be at 250mg a wk
Anastrozole .5mg eod
Proviron 25mg ed
Tesamorelin 500mcg and ramp up to 1mg ed in pm
Hexarelin 100mcg am and ramp up to 200mcg ed possible split dose
Mod grf 1-29 100mcg am and ramp up to 200mcg split dose
Igf1 lr3 50mcg post work out

By week 5 my gear can possibly be at 1gram of total compounds
Test e 350mg Alpha Pharma, eq,400mg spectrum Pharma, and tren e 250mg Alpha Pharma

Morning protocol for fasted cardio week 1
5am Hexarelin 100mcg
5:30am mod grf 1-29 100mcg
5:45 am 70min cardio burn 600 calories
6:15am 25g Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate with water only
6:55am end of cardio
7:15am 3 whole eggs with 1 slice of 7g protein cheese and 2 small jalapeño peppers

9:15am yogurt with peanuts, almonds, honey

11am ish Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate 25 g and 25g casin protein with organic whole milk.

2pm ish pre work out meal
yogurt with peanuts, almonds, honey

3pm weight train for 2 hours

5pm post work out meal
Chicken, broccoli, and quinoa (biggest meal of the day)

30mins after the meal igf1 lr3 50mcg. Post workout after and 30mins after dinner

9 pm Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate 25 g and 25g casin protein wwith water

11pm ish Tesamorelin 500mcg right before bed.

After 14 days I may ramp up peptides
In addition to am routine 2nd dosage
Pre work out
Hexarelin 100mcg
Wait 30 mins
mod grf 1-29 100mcg
before bed Tesamorelin 750mcg and work up to 1mg or Possible Tesamorelin 500mcg am fasted cardio and 500mcg bedtime split dosage

I am looking for suggestions and recommendations on gear mg, peptide dosage, and timing of food and training with peptide injections

My goal is for body recomposition. I want to loss body fat and build lean quality muscles over time.
 
You should convert this into a log and post some pics.

As far as suggestions don’t ramp up tren. Start at the dose you want from week 1. You can always adjust down

Those are some hefty peptides. The dosing looks good. Make sure you check out the peptide pro link and code to save money in my signature as well
 
From my experience with Trenbolone enanthate. I have used 100mg a week and got the nights sweats and insomnia. It was from a random ugl. After a week my body got used to the compound. The insomnia went away and I woke up sweaty every morning. It had awsome thermogenic effect during the night and day. Than with other cycles I ran at 250mg a week slept and woke up dry, minimal thermogenic effect. Bumped the dose to 325mg. It was not an enjoyable cycle for me or people around me. I had no patience for nobody or anything. I like to take it slow and use low dose up front to assess the gear and so I can stay on cycle longer at the end. I am not looking for rapid changes.

For this cycle I am using alpha pharma and spectrum Pharma from domestic-supply.
Going forward I am only using sources that are board approved.

next time always stack some proviron with the nandrolone.

I have been on doctor prescribed trt since 2013, test c and Anastrozole only. I donate blood every 70 to 80 days. My blood work is good. In 2013 I had low test levels.

In 2022 I got in a car accident. My neck, back and both shoulders got messed up. I do not take pain killers or anti inflammatory meds. My orthopaedic doctor prescribed nandrolone decanoate to maintain my quality of life. About every 10 to 12 weeks i do blood work.

In 2025 I wanted to discontinue the nandrolone and replace with eq.

I am getting ready to bodybuilding cycle for body recomposition

Tren freaks me out something that strong should not exist lol, i know my attitude would be way out of hand, so for that reason i wont and cant touch the stuff.

I stop running deca and switch to eq. I never adjusted the Anastrozole dose from when I was running deca. I think I crashed my e2 levels. I am pausing Anastrozole for 10days than dosing at .25mg eod. 1mg a wk

Very high protein meals, and they look tasty, you cooking yourself?

Since I discontinued the deca i am no longer taking Anastrozole. I think the Proviron is keeping my estrogen in range. I have no estrogen side effects.

I am up 5lbs and holding at 200lbs and my stomach is flatter, more vascularity, and reduced body fat..
Estrogen is not related to Deca, deca is a progestin mainly. Your E2 levles were test related.
 
I cook the simple high protein meals and my girlfriend cooks the itialian meals.

The deca definitely gave me gyno and increased prolactin. I was treating the gyno with Anastrozole. I should have stopped the Anastrozole 7 days after last deca shot. I used the Anastrozole for to long. I had all the symptoms of crashed e2. I even got nausea

@jerseyshoremuscles those types of injuries are always scary. the problem is those types of soft tissue injuries can become chronic over time. sounds like you dodged a bullet which is good

its tough to go through but keep in mind once you hit 35 or 40 things don't heal up the same way. wear/tear is real

You watch out for inflammation, you don't want to train through that, it will only make it worse.

@jerseyshoremuscles make sure you ease up a bit. you dont' want to end up having chronic issues. soft tissue injuries can be tricky !

I strained / re injured the bottom part of my bicep that runs through the inner part of elbow through the forearm last week while doing bicep dumbell curl on preacher. I believe the tendons are strained, no tears. I went to low and leaned back. I over stretch the arm

My strength is up and I feel very strong when pushing to max weights

I am finally recovered from my bicep injury. I switched up my train routine and I am training with a coach 2 days a week and training with my friends the others days. On top of weight training I am doing faster cardio.
