How long is to long to be expected to wait on a source to reply after you have made an order and paid? I placed an order with one of our sources on here Friday, I got the automatic order confirmation email and I paid with bitcoin. I got up the next morning to an email that said payment failed, but clearly it did not because I’ve got the record of it going through. I have reached out several times since then and have not received one reply on this matter. It was my first time placing an order with them and since they are so highly recommended, I thought this would be a smooth transaction, but when I check the website, it says I have no order history. My question is how much longer should I be expected to wait for an answer?

@Tao77 once you put in a support ticket or email, add your transaction ID to confirm and give it time.
How long has it been? in terms of days and did you check the transaction ID?

Yes on transaction ID. I included my order # details n the ticket.
I made the order Friday, however, I did not start trying to open a ticket until the next day when I found out there was an issue. I’m not too concerned yet, but since I’ve never used this company before, so I am unsure what their average response time is. I’ve just noticed other post where people said theirs shipped within 24 hours, and I haven’t even heard anything yet, I just know if there’s a error then I’m wanting to get it addressed ASAP. It’s probably just a little anxiety because I had never used this sponsor before. So any hiccups are disheartening.

however its a 3 day holiday weekend
 
Yes on transaction ID. I included my order # details n the ticket.
I made the order Friday, however, I did not start trying to open a ticket until the next day when I found out there was an issue. sorry rather not say the source name, I don't want to down any source here. its just my first time using them, so unsure on how long is a normal wait for a reply from them. I have contacted a couple of their reps so hopefully this will be figured out soon.

@Tao77 bros in USA it a 3 day weekend. a lot of reps and people off weekend. i gotta work too, i am on call but a lot of sources give they guys weekend off

@Tao77 you need to get a hold of one of their reps. every situation is different. who knows how to answer all this

@Tao77 1 month is the time you need to give a source to deliver. after that most sources will reship

Oh yes, of course but it’s not an issue with them shipping, it’s just an issue with knowing that the order has been confirmed. I got an email today saying the order was canceled because payment was not confirmed but I know it went through. I think maybe they’re just Out enjoying the holiday and so it may be tomorrow before I hear anything.

It's a holiday here too. Only realized Friday. Makes no differences to me. But yes sources let staff have time off

if you were billed then they will fix it. you have the proof

Oh, I have no doubt. I kind of feel stupid, this was actually a mistake on my part. Apparently I had created an account before on my phone, but since I’ve never ordered from it, I forgot it existed. Then when I made a new account and made an order on my PC that’s where all the of correspondence was going. So I was getting the emails correctly on my phone but yet when I was logging into the website from my phone, it was actually auto logging me into the original account that I had forgotten existed. So that is why I could not find any record of anything. So I was messaging them about the wrong account. I finally figured that out last night and sent them everything they had requested from the proper account so I’m hoping this gets worked out sometime today. I wonder if there’s a way to close that old account so this doesn’t happen again. I have already changed the login info on my phone so hopefully it’ll never be another issue with it. But thanks for everyone’s replies they were all appreciated.

It shows my order cancelled yesterday due to payment error but on same page it shows payment was received on the 23rd, the day I placed the order. So I’m not really sure what’s going on.
I don’t want to be seen as bashing a sponsor because of some confusion on my part. One of the Reps for them here on the board has been responsive and attempting to help. It’s just frustrating more than anything

well, I’m still relatively new to this board. I just didn’t wanna be seen as trying to start trouble. But when I first joined on another board, their reps were very welcoming here and on another board. And since they came highly recommended I decided to go with them. anyways my order is with PSL.
I’m willing to provide any more information they need, but I gave them everything that they asked for and I’m willing to wait a little longer cause I was not planning on starting till the end of June. I would just like to hear something back. Anyways, thanks again for your help.

Oh yeah psl is as solid as they come, sometimes the source will even pop into threads like this just depends, yeah psl is great and a top tier source, they have reps on evo that can definitely aid you in your issue.

I get what you mean, as a staff member i just wanted to give you assurance with my word, as long as you are respectful with the words while also letting us know the issues and why you are frustrated, just do it respectfully is all we ask of people.

Other than that you dont have to worry about offending anyone here, this community is very positive and supportive with how we try and conduct ourselves, you are golden brother, now that it is in the open im sure a rep from psl will glady jump in and help.
