Still dealing with this sleep stress issue. I went from no sleep stress almost ever to every night this last week. It's leading to a lack of recovery. Not sure if I'm eating too much for dinner or what else it could be that's changed this past week.
Everything else is good. Had a great training session yesterday. Felt strong but numbers dropped from last week towards the end of my session. Seemed to be lacking endurance at the moment.
Think I'll sneak in a quick shoulder workout today to make up for the day I missed last week during my prescribed rest period. Nine sets of shoulders can't be too detrimental to my recovery right.

Yea me too. I have a temp sensor in my room so the thermostat in my home sets the room for 71. Also have the Eight Sleep mattress that cools my side of the bed to the same temp every night and automatically adjusts throughout the night according to how I'm sleeping. Thanks. I messed up taking the pics so different. Hard to see much change. First few weeks I was really just leaning out a bit but these past 2 weeks I'm starting to grow noticeably. Arms are up 1 inch in those before and after pics. People in my life are starting to really notice. I actually got a compliment on my "physique" from a random dude in a convenience store. Thanks bro. I've been a pretty hard gainer, probably cuz my age and low t while I was powerlifting. TRT was really helpful in making some gains and being in this baby cycle has really improved things.
