What sort of cutting cycles do you typically see as effective at my fairly new level? I’m only experienced with low (probably underdosed) clen cycles with a 250-300cal deficit plus moderate intensity cardio separate from my daily. (20-30min elliptical bpm 120-140)

I would love to stack onto my trt but wouldn’t know where to begin
If you're ok with low carbs, of course going ketogenic is the best. :D @Farmboy but if you have issues with low carbs (very active lifestyle), we can try a more balance approach with high protein carbs fats and increase cardio to 45-60min.

Upping the cardio definitely seems like the way to go. Will the moderate intensity cardio that the elliptical can offer be enough? I’ve never done a lot of running but I do have a spin bike if you think that may be better 🤔

Don't go low carb, push for higher cardio, but you don't need to go higher intensity, even treadmill walk will do. @Farmboy

So from my TRT, I’ve been running low dose, HcG at 150iu e3d to maintain testicular size and function. Good ol pharma Pregnyl. My question is can I begin titrating up my dose weekly until she gets pregnant? Something like 750-1000iu weekly?

If that dosage style could work, I doubt my Nolva would suffice and need to embrace the AIs. Would something like 1mg Arimadex e3d along with the HCG and test shots be sufficient? Dose dependant on how my estro flies away?

@Farmboy I can tell you that steroid use doesn't stop anyone from kids, look at pro bodybuilders and look at @BodyMonster34 lol :P

I suggest you try 500 IUs of HCG EOD, with hcgenerate 5 caps ed hcgenerate.com, and nolvadex clomid light doses 12.5mgs clomid 10mgs nolvadex with eod dose of arimidex .25mgs. This will help a lot.

that is the route i would take while coming off TRT
hcg is more of a last resort
 
I appreciate the guidance. I’ll seek out some vitamin E to roll with the other supports. I’m pretty attached to the hormonal support so hopefully we can make this happen while I’m still on.

Supper tonight was some lovely bbq burgers with potatoes, garlic toast and tossed veggies.

Ah I can blame her less than I blame my own lack of understanding. We had went through the whole “coming off birth control” but I thought that was akin to cold turkeying off a cycle with no pct. I said to myself, ah this’ll be months away, no problemo haha

@Farmboy You need to get your fertility numbers tested. First of all, why don't you go get that done at a clinic and let us know what the results are post them up. We want to see what the results are and then we can go from there.

your best bet is coming off all hormones. and yes hcg is a hormone too
get on clomid. and take natural herbals like hcgenerate

I deeply appreciate all the input and advice I’ve received on this forum regarding fertility and have an update. The missus and I will be discussing this further tonight but we have decided to wait on kids for now and will give it a go next year.

That said, I’ve booked a consultation with my family doc and will look to get a fertility test done. Canadian health care is very slow if you’re not on meth so I have my appointment late July. If that doesn’t go well, my private doc that oversees my TRT will be the next option. He’s great but also pricey and I need those pesos for fooooooood

Alas no, I’m all out of the var. it’s been a solid 7 weeks at 40mg ed though. I’m not entirely certain of dosing however as that gear was from sources prior to finding @pur-pharma-canada. Future cycles will be better for sure

I have some Anadrols and Dbol but that’s it for orals. I had been thinking now about taking a break from the orals for the rest of this cycle to give my organs time to recover until the cut phase. Does that sound reasonable or am I overthinking it?

I appreciate the guidance. I’ll seek out some vitamin E to roll with the other supports. I’m pretty attached to the hormonal support so hopefully we can make this happen while I’m still on.

@Farmboy I can tell you that steroid use doesn't stop anyone from kids, look at pro bodybuilders and look at @BodyMonster34 lol :P

I suggest you try 500 IUs of HCG EOD, with hcgenerate 5 caps ed hcgenerate.com, and nolvadex clomid light doses 12.5mgs clomid 10mgs nolvadex with eod dose of arimidex .25mgs. This will help a lot.

Today was the second nightshift and we had to move our gym setup as some manager that only lifts cheeseburgers wanted the space

Second day of travel, collecting some scrapes and bruises from work haha Had a better sleep in the hotel last night, just over eight hours.

Got in to the gym early and got on the weight rack. The left knee was somewhat tender so I went with more volume, lighter weight before hitting smaller support groups (plus the preachers. I love that rig)
