I’m well into the 7th week of this run now with slow and steady gains. I’m not having any significant issues and look forward to the rest of this run. This is my final week of the var so we’ll see how dropping that out goes.

I watched some YouTube that suggested recording myself for physique updates so I gave that a go. My next goal will be to learn how to pose properly but I’ll try to stick to similar postures to better reflect any physical changes.
My kinda number of exercises but worked hard

@Farmboy i love this layout. This is some solid volume. Standing lateral raises are really strong. And you keep the weights under control.

@Farmboy Great work so far man.....keep it up.........

What sort of cutting cycles do you typically see as effective at my fairly new level? I’m only experienced with low (probably underdosed) clen cycles with a 250-300cal deficit plus moderate intensity cardio separate from my daily. (20-30min elliptical bpm 120-140)

I would love to stack onto my trt but wouldn’t know where to begin
If you're ok with low carbs, of course going ketogenic is the best. :D @Farmboy but if you have issues with low carbs (very active lifestyle), we can try a more balance approach with high protein carbs fats and increase cardio to 45-60min.

Between work and the property, I’m under some relatively heavy demands. I’m afraid if I go low carb I’ll gas out

Upping the cardio definitely seems like the way to go. Will the moderate intensity cardio that the elliptical can offer be enough? I’ve never done a lot of running but I do have a spin bike if you think that may be better 🤔

Don't go low carb, push for higher cardio, but you don't need to go higher intensity, even treadmill walk will do. @Farmboy

Roger,

I’ll hit that big 45min then when on the cut. Sounds like a lot of cardio for me haha the old 20 on the elliptical was pain so this surely shall toughen me up 😂
