Yeah bro if you looked at my Log properly youd see 15 iu of insulin in the Ped stack.The conversation is not to have the calories all fat and protein, the conversation is to dial down the carbs to have better long term health. You'll essentially become diabetic doing this. And you can easily drop carbs by 300 grams and up fats and proteins. Up to you, just making a suggestion based on experience. @Ctrain
