Had a great week so far, been keeping on top of Training Sleep and Diet the best i can, am noticing more thickness overall whilst keeping decently lean.

Heartburn Update: Heartburn frequency has decrease significantly, ive been using Betaine HCL with every large meal and have noticed much better digestion.

Lighting couldve been better on the new shot but it is what it is. About 12 kg difference here, alot of mass all round, especially through the biceps, triceps and delts.
Been a good weekend, good quality training and eating. Strained my Meniscus mildly at work which sucks but is what it is, will rest up and ease load off quads temporarily.
My training split has been changed, im currently running Push Legs Pull Rest FullbodyPush FullbodyPull Rest (P/L/P/R/FBP/FBP/R) . Am keen to try this new split out as alot of my current exercises have changed, will be posting training clips when filmed during the week.
