Yes I see it and saw it before, you would also need to cut your insulin down to 3-5 IUs. I'm talking about long term health here, 15 IUs of insulin and 800 grams of carbs is a lot unless you're stepping on stage. @Ctrain

Nothings bad about this amount of carbs if blood sugar is all in check, my recent bloods reflect that, take a look at my hba1c.
Im not currently planning for a show im in off season, spill and fills usually happen the day before a show anyway from what i know.
Ill be keeping everything the same as is because i currently have a coach that is highly evidence based and i have a lot of trust in. Thanks for sharing your opinion 👍.

Had a solid weekend, good sleep , good eating and hard training. Started some ankle strengthening exercises due to flatfoot during leg presses, my posterior tibialis is weak and needs work so am doing banded inversions and tib raises on top of my current Upper Lower (ULRULUR) split.

Diet: 5200 kcal, 250g Protein, 825g Carbs, 100g Fat.
