Trens too problematic for a long Mass phase,
It definitely has its place in contest preps or even microdosing in off season but i dont need any extra side effects atm.
bro tren should be base of all cycles.

Has been a good week so far, steadily progressing which is always a good thing, weight is creeping up,
some slight tweaks in my diet to reduce acid relux symptoms likely related to high protein intake, Previous Protein intake was 300 grams per day, carbs were 775G.
New Macros: 5200 Kcal
250G Protein, 825G Carbs, 100G Fat.
PEDs: 300mg Test and 2iu HGH provided by my sponsor @Anabolic Advancements, (the quality of these products have been great so far fyi).

Had a solid weekend, good sleep , good eating and hard training. Started some ankle strengthening exercises due to flatfoot during leg presses, my posterior tibialis is weak and needs work so am doing banded inversions and tib raises on top of my current Upper Lower (ULRULUR) split.

Diet: 5200 kcal, 250g Protein, 825g Carbs, 100g Fat.

Peds: 300mg Test and 2iu Hgh provided by my sponsor @Anabolic Advancements.
1600mg Masteron and 15 iu Lantus.

Supps and Vitamins: 1 mens multi gold, 600mg Omega 3, 2000iu Vitamin E, 300mg Coq10, 2000iu Vitamin D3, 600Mg Magnesium.

Cardio: 100 cals pre workout, my cardio is done 20 cals fast and hard then LISS for 20cals and repeat until 100 cals done.

Hey bro, yeah i have started implementing 50 grams Kimchi daily and 600mg Betaine HCL with my highest protein meal daily aswell.
Kimchi is not enough, you need to start using actual probiotics. @Ctrain and psyllium.

@Ctrain The diet isn't bad on protein fat, but carbs are way too high, 800+, why not cut them down?
 
Because carbs are performance enhancing and this is the calories i require to grow.
Yes but 800 grams of carbs are too much, you're not stepping on stage right.

@Ctrain that looks like a nice carb breakfast. if you react well to carbs great.
sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming for some people
 
I dont think its too much, why would i put the extra cals in protein or fats when you said they are fine? Feel like nothing about my protocol is good enough lmao.
It's a good protocol, but extra calories can go to fat or protein, especially protein to build lean mass. Just seems you're not stepping on stage, so why 800 grams carbs? @Ctrain

Because my calories has been titrated up over time and this is current macros im at to have me at a pretty lean body weight of 103.5kg.
Seems unreasonable to have those 5200 cals be made up of mostly protein and fats as that will cause terrible cholesterol and digestive stress.

The conversation is not to have the calories all fat and protein, the conversation is to dial down the carbs to have better long term health. You'll essentially become diabetic doing this. And you can easily drop carbs by 300 grams and up fats and proteins. Up to you, just making a suggestion based on experience. @Ctrain
