I feel like I’m in a bit of a jam. Between work, and my sport, which is going to be very intense for the next six weeks or so, I’m not sure what my most effective training strategy should be. I can realistically commit to Saturday and Tuesday, which would allow me to push hard and still have some recovery time unless work gets really tough, then I could be totally smoked. But it should be ok. Still, even on my “rest days” I’m going to be seriously exerting myself. If I can maintain my strength or even most of it, and keep the feeling I get from regularly lifting I’ll be happy. My metabolism and lifestyle is extremely catabolic. This is what I need to avoid the most.

Anther idea, instead of working out hard just twice a week, and likely failing to do so sometimes, is I could do all my warm ups and just one work set, but keep raising the weight, and then add the sets back in once I have the time and energy when things settle down.

I have one of those x3 bars that I use when I travel. That thing saves a lot of time, but it’s less enjoyable. I used it for two months, then got back under a barbell with no need to deload, so it can work.

Obviously I plan to keep eating as I have. Yesterday I didn’t track and just ate pizza because… fuck it hahaha. But today my joints hurt a little and we won’t be doing a lot of that.

I could play with my doses if there would be benefit. I definitely need to maximize recovery and that’s been my biggest challenge. Getting to sleep and staying asleep long enough to really recover.

I think NASCAR can be interesting if you follow it and know the backstories of the drivers and where they're at in the championship. But to just watch it randomly it's insanely boring. I'm into racing but can't get into NASCAR. Different strokes I guess

You’re absolutely right. I only get so much summer! It’s tough, because a big motivation to eat and train is for my sport and life style, but that is more important to me than training. Ideally, I would be bulking and cycling in late fall, and maybe once more in early spring. My business didn’t really let that happen this year, so I started my season very much under the weight I would have liked to. So I’m trying to do everything. Thankfully work is very chill at the moment, but that can’t go on too long or I’ll be in bad shape financially.

I can’t help but feeling like if I’m not getting stronger then I must be getting weaker. As far as my waterskiing, it’s really all about skill and form. I should stop worrying about squatting three plates right now. It’s too b late in the year for that to help me

Man I make these meatza pizzas. I’ll have to make one for the log. I’ll just put two or three pounds of ground beef in a cast iron skillet and put pizza toppings on it. Even oregano, red pepper, Parmesan. It’s BETTER THAN PIZZA.

I got the carport gym, the problem is I’m not able to recover with all the stuff I do. I’m either going to do two hard workouts a week or break them up into four smaller ones. I can’t really be squatting or deadlifting the day of or day before I perform or compete. If I fall people could get hurt. A girl broke her wrist last night. Everyone was tired, they tried one more time to pull off a very tough act, it collapsed.

So my dad has “ retired” as a motorcycle mechanic, and when I met him when I was 8, he explained to me that bmws always were the best motorcycle, mechanically speaking. You can put miles on them like a car. He was a die hard ford/harley guy, but his accountant wife had him on a Honda, which I inherited in mint condition with like 30k on it. But I what’s wanted one. One of my first jobs was at a motorcycle dealership. What’s loved the bmws. Note I have one. It was a splurge before I started my business. I may have other bikes. A buddy is a third generation chopper builder. But I’m keeping this one. It’s a lot of bike for me, but easy to ride. Not easy to ride slow though.

One of my buddies is a club guy, you'd be able to guess which one, and him and a lot of his bros ride k1200s when they go cross country for events. If those guys ride beamers it says somethn lol.

I've always been a Japanese guy, but recently more euro. I got a couple ktms and an Aprilia atm.

Just a regular oven works fine for me.
they have ones now that are portable pizza ovens and they aren't expensive. a buddy told me about them forgot what they were called. i can't eat too much pizza it bloats me too much

Ya those kinda fights are when 1 guy doesn't wanna fight but he can't back down either. Sometimes the guy who wants to go will give the weaker guy an out and just hit him a couple times and drop too the ice.

When you get 2 guys who really wanna go then the fights get pretty good.

It's a respect thing. Hockey is all about respect and a code. If someone does something outta line the only option is a fight. But then you show respect to eachother for the fight, no I'll will, just business.

Say a guy cheap shots the superstar on your team, if your the team's tough guy it's up to you to get on the ice and regulate that dude who cheap shotted your guy. The cheapshotter knows he's about to get what he deserves cuz he was outta line.

It's pretty cool cuz the players police themselves in a way cuz of that unspoken code on the ice.

Naw it's all for the love of the game bro. The same rules and codes exist even before you get paid a dime. By the time you're about 13 years old playing competitive hockey you need to be ready to fight cuz thats when the unwritten rules of the ice start to matter. I dropped the gloves for the first time when I was in grade 8 lol. Had no clue what I was doing but I knew why I had to do it.

It's probably different these days tho cuz the game has softened up a lot, kinda like society in general lol. People don't seem to live by a code as much these days.

Yeah, I’m trying to get dinner consistent cardio in. Took gw for a run this morning. Totally felt it. I had to slow myself down because I haven’t ran miles in a while and can’t smoke my legs this week. I love the way gw makes you breathe

I used to be. Working at heights outside in northern winters sucks. Imagine -30°f at 2 in The morning trying to fix outages. It was cool when the pay was outrageous but that’s not what my industry is doing rn so I’d rather be warm

Yeah man, as a contractor my pay goes up and down with the market and the economy. It’s always been that way. Feast or famine. Lately things have been different though. The prices should be sky high to reflect demand, but it’s pretty stagnant. My work is pretty much always dangerous and deadly in some way. Working right next to traffic, heights, high voltage, remote areas, heavy machinery. My old employer just had a death on the job. Happens all the time. And we’re really always making good money, but I used to be very very spoiled.

bros yeah i feel bad for spouses whey hubbies hurt on job . i suffered but my poor wife sufffered more. i couldn't give her that BBC she craved for like a year while i was bed ridden lol
 
Wish I could tell you. I try to be in bed by 10, wake up around midnight then its every hour or so I wake up. I am usually up at 4:20 to start my day.
I read a great book called The Body Electric. Explains very clearly how the body uses electricity to signal growth and healing. Highly recommend. Short story: your body’s polarity switches like turning a battery around when you’re in a certain state of sleep, and this is when the magic happens. I especially believe this, because I never made gains so fast as when I was in jail, totally natty, but I slept SO MUCH. Like 8-9 hours solid plus a mid day nap. Maybe you could go full kook biohacker and get that super sleep. See what it does. I even had a prescription for trazadone at one point, but over time my mentality didn’t like it. But the sleep was excellent and I did get gains at that time. I’ll still take one if I know I won’t sleep but need to. I take melatonin regularly. I changed all my lights to amber incandescent bulbs. I turn on a red light after dusk. I’ll even play ambient sound apps if I can’t get silence.

I'll check into that book. I tried melatonin and it doesn't help. My doc prescribe me some hyrdoxine and that knock me out, however I felt like a walking zombie the next day. Tried cutting the dose in half and it had no impact.

I do take an ocassional nap here or there and on "rest" days, I do find my self napping more.

yeah that GW you will notice a difference taking it 3-4 hours pre cardio. take it consistent daily 3-4 days leading up to it and you will feel more

I was married for nine years. She was pretty good in that department. Even right up to the end, when she got nasty. She brought a chick home for me. Idk if I’ll ever get married again. Doubtful. I wish I could. I just can’t unlearn what I know now.

Well I’m from all over, man. Born in San Diego, grew up here, spent most of my adult life traveling. I definitely do have a different outlook, sometimes for better, sometimes worse, but I’m not typical anywhere I go🤷‍♂️

I’ve been taking it for a few weeks. Every other day. Apparently I’ve had pretty high estrogen for years. My last test was at 70, but it’s been in the 90s before. Acne cured

Not naturally high, was taking anywhere from 200-250 mg a week of test, for years AND Hcg the entire time. I’m lucky it wasn’t higher, but some of the internet guards say having e2 in the nineties feels good for them and if you don’t have negative symptoms it’s fine. Well I did skates struggle with acne, but I had some of that even natty, and my mom is post menopause and still has oily skin and gets a pimple here and there, so I didn’t think it was from e2.. but it definitely was. I got tested again just recently. I think I posted it. E2 at like 24. Feeling good. Skin much better. I also dropped the hcg and started Fadogia. Which is just ok. Good enough👍

It would be nice to just run a little primo with trt and not take an AI at all. I’m not ready to try dialing that in right now. I had outrageous acne from masteron, very sensitive to dht. I have very very oily skin And my hair gave up on me pretty young. I can’t be having crazy breakouts mid summer. That would be embarrassing.

I didn't even realize you were running TRT at the moment. I thought you were on a supplement mad scientist health kick with your log lol.

What kind of TRT dose are you running now? When I was researching TRT doctors would say if your e2 gets too high you just need to drop your test dose cuz long term AI use is dangerous.

I got my hematocrit and hemoglobin down but my liver enzymes barely budged, which is crazy because the last time I was using injectable glutathione my ast/alt went waaaay down and I was taking orals, winstrol and anavar. For like a year. Sooooo my summer blast is canceled, but no way I can drop my dose rn, or I’ll fall apart.

Currently running beligas test e 300mg/ml. That’s what I’ve used for this entire log, and I’ve got at least another vial of it, as well as a handful of pharm amps that I keep as a sort of control if anything ever gets weird. But the beligas products have been very consistent feeling for me

Yeah I guess I always was pretty responsive. 200mg or so gets me into 1600s, iirc. But I had always had at least 250iu/3x/week of hcg as well. 250mg a week pharma amps had me over 2000. This test at over 900 was no hcg for… a few weeks I think. But that fadogia may be doing something. Pretty sure it does something to the LH.

I wouldn’t say the kratom knocked my test down like hard opiates would have, which I did use a few years of those a long time ago. But the very constant use of kratom definitely did make a difference in that department. I was still a functioning man, but not me at my best for sure. I didn’t know until later that that happens to people, but it was still very much worth it.

My kids are actually adults. My oldest will be done with nursing school in December. She’s dating a dude your age lmao. Asked if I wanted to meet him last weekend. I said sure, but if I don’t like him I’m going to punch him in the face. She knows I mean it and he’s not coming over lmao. She’s my girl. We’re totally cool. My son is kind of a jerk. He’s 20. He’s always with his girlfriend(s) and he works a lot and is generally unhelpful. We live together and see each other like three times a month. Over all good kid. He saved like 14k working at dunking donuts and being a cheap bastard. Probably has more money than me now.

I am sure I could get away with a blast if I really wanted to, but it would be far better in the winter, when I can devote time to training and really bulking. I need to figure out this alt/ast stuff. I’m running out my absurd list of supplements and getting that n2guard and doing a before and after blood test. That’ll be a neat experiment. Honestly, it might just be my crazy work load and huge amount of food. I couldn’t imagine that I have fatty liver. I mean maybe? But it should be getting way better. I’m talking all of the stuff. So if I didn’t take TUDCA would I be… dying?! Don’t think so

Well no, that wouldn’t be normal for my delt pinning. The most I’ve felt in the delt is a little nerve jump, and it didn’t last. PIP like HURTS. I had Pip in my glute so bad I thought it was sciatica and I went to the doctor. That was some harsh gear. Other than that the most I ever feel is very slight soreness, like I just can tell it’s there. Dang it man. I apologize if I steered you wrong. Did you pin like, a whole ml? Even still I think it should be fine. What needle? Have you tried the hip flexor? That’s a good one! Right up front, easy access, not too many nerves. Doctors teach trans people to inject there

So the hip flexor is the muscle that flexes if you were raising your knee. It’s really up front. Like you can do it sitting down. The VG, I believe, is like shoulder of your hip. High and to the side.

They’re running a “night shift” hahaha. Proud of them. I’ve heard mention of this on the podcast. My first real gear ever was beligas npp. Most of their labels look more legit than an American TRT vial. I found one with a typo though lol. I might still have it.

I did a really big fiber optic install in a major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in a big city a few years ago. The security was nuts. They made the building nearly impossible to dig into. And even if you did each separate section underneath was literally fortified. I’m actually surprised they let me in at all hahaha. Everything was automated that I could see, and it looked like some hellish demented Willy wonka factory with big chutes and tracks taking everything everywhere, and it was all in infrared light. I got chastised for having my phone out, but got away with a couple pics.

I also did this place where rich people have their corpses frozen in case they can be brought back to life some day. And I was driving a lift right through all their little pods and had to drill the building entry right next to a huge icy pipe of liquid nitrogen. We had the contract to do Fort Knox, but every single person at our company refused the shot and refused to get a fake card. Almost 200 people. The gov wanted even the secretaries working on the paper work to take the stupid shot. So we didn’t do Fort Knox.

I was working in a house with a secret room once. Same thing, couldn't find a route to the panel and I was getting annoyed. It was a basic little house too so it made no sense. There was a hinged book shelf too a secret room. In the room there was a mannequin covered in all that s&m leather sex stuff. A dentist chair in the middle. Porno everywhere and sex toys everywhere. There are a couple Polaroid photos of some pretty hot chicks which was nice. The owner looked like a regular ass old man.
