Hey everybody, I’m starting this second log a little early. I want to have a good plan lined out for putting on some real mass. I’m not in a big hurry to do it, I want to stay healthy and avoid injury while adding mostly muscle and gaining strength over fall and winter and I hope to hold onto it through 2026 summer, which will be the biggest challenge. I don’t need to be dick skin lean, 10% ish would be great. I’ve never not had a flat stomach and visible abs and as long as that stays the same the bulk will continue!
I’m currently 185 pounds at 5’11”, but at the best of my last log I was 180 and almost as lean as I’ve ever been with that much muscle.
My job is strenuous and can be very catabolic with the constant work, sometimes a lot of steps, running, climbing, pulling, and sometimes missed meals.
I’m also an avid waterskier and practice and competitions get in the way of weight training at the height of summer, and that is 100% worth it to me.
I don’t have a cycle planned out as of yet but Test E, Deca, and Primo are what I’m looking to run.
Maybe 300/100/200 and AI if I need it, but hopefully not.
I have been using mk677 and I like it so far, I plan to use it in this cycle to keep me eating consistently high calories and really high protein.
From my recent logs, I probably need at least 5000 calories a day and at least 400 grams of protein to grow, but I was hitting that almost every single day while logging and I really wasn’t eating much different than I always do and I was still not budging the scale, so I’m going to look back through my log thoroughly and chart the numbers to make my plan.
HCgenerate possibly, and N2Guard definitely.
I’m not starting the cycle until I have good bloodwork showing that I’m healthy. I have struggled with liver enzymes on almost all of the bloodwork I’ve ever had, but everything else on my last bloodwork was satisfactory.
