So glad I've stumbled across this site the last few weeks and after encouragement from EVO mods I'm posting my LGD log.
I'm 22 years old 5'7" (Can't grow taller so may aswell grow wider) and 80kg. Been training naturally approx 4 years, this is my first time using any form of PED. I pretty consistently hit 8hrs sleep per night.
My Cycle is:
LGD 4033 15mg ED - 8 Weeks
MK677 25mg ED - 12 Weeks
PCT Nolvadex 4 weeks 20/20/10/10. Start day after last LGD does. (Dosage may change depnding on bloodwork results).
Bloodwork:
Pre Cycle - everything came back in normal ranges, Will be getting bloods at week 4 of LGD, after LGD last dose and after 4 weeks PCT.
Supplements:
-Multivitamin
-Fish Oil (2,700mg EPA DHA Combined)
-Zinc
-Ashwaghanda 600mg
-Vitamin D
-Creatine
-Magnesium
-Tudca 250mg, NAC 800mg
Diet:
Circa 2300 calories (running at maintenance, trying to recomp)
P: 160-180G
F: 50-80g
C: Remaining calories
I shuffle my diet around as long as im ticking my fat and protein goals and am eating at around maitenance. Typically it's ground beef/chicken, with rice, potato etc. Very repetitive but it doesn't bother me.
Training:
Upper Lower x 2 a week. Big focus on progressive overload and high intensity. Each upper and lower split for the week incorporates different exercises for that muscle group.
Goals:
- Gain muscle whilst keeping similar BF%. (Understand gains wont be crazy on a sarm only cycle)
-More importantly get a feel of what's required for a cycle (E.G. tracking bloods, on cycle support, pct etc.) to set myself up for future if I ever want to do more full on cycles.
Im into 2nd week of this and strength has increased and pumps have been through the roof. I can see why people love PED's.
Photos are no pump, and I need to learn to pose haha.
Look forward to updating you as I go along and keen for feedback / advice particulary post cycle and trying to get lipids back up.
