Hi All,

So glad I've stumbled across this site the last few weeks and after encouragement from EVO mods I'm posting my LGD log.

I'm 22 years old 5'7" (Can't grow taller so may aswell grow wider) and 80kg. Been training naturally approx 4 years, this is my first time using any form of PED. I pretty consistently hit 8hrs sleep per night.

My Cycle is:
LGD 4033 15mg ED - 8 Weeks
MK677 25mg ED - 12 Weeks
PCT Nolvadex 4 weeks 20/20/10/10. Start day after last LGD does. (Dosage may change depnding on bloodwork results).
Bloodwork:
Pre Cycle - everything came back in normal ranges, Will be getting bloods at week 4 of LGD, after LGD last dose and after 4 weeks PCT.

Supplements:
-Multivitamin
-Fish Oil (2,700mg EPA DHA Combined)
-Zinc
-Ashwaghanda 600mg
-Vitamin D
-Creatine
-Magnesium
-Tudca 250mg, NAC 800mg

Diet:
Circa 2300 calories (running at maintenance, trying to recomp)
P: 160-180G
F: 50-80g
C: Remaining calories
I shuffle my diet around as long as im ticking my fat and protein goals and am eating at around maitenance. Typically it's ground beef/chicken, with rice, potato etc. Very repetitive but it doesn't bother me.

Training:
Upper Lower x 2 a week. Big focus on progressive overload and high intensity. Each upper and lower split for the week incorporates different exercises for that muscle group.

Goals:
- Gain muscle whilst keeping similar BF%. (Understand gains wont be crazy on a sarm only cycle)
-More importantly get a feel of what's required for a cycle (E.G. tracking bloods, on cycle support, pct etc.) to set myself up for future if I ever want to do more full on cycles.

Im into 2nd week of this and strength has increased and pumps have been through the roof. I can see why people love PED's. :)

Photos are no pump, and I need to learn to pose haha.

Look forward to updating you as I go along and keen for feedback / advice particulary post cycle and trying to get lipids back up.

I think 10mgs lgd4033 is enough you dont need 15.

Your protein is too low to grow and carbs too low if you want to grow too. You need around 250 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs to grow.

Unfortunately, the capsules I have are 15mg. I would of went 10 although the source I got them from was the only trusted one I had at the time (Before I came across EVO). Noted on the PCT will get. Bloods attached (note. Liver marker in the red, was partying to much, have had 4 week break before starting cycle.)

Start doing 10min pre and post workout walk up treadmill incline.

Goal is to recomp. I would estimate myself at around 20% bodyfat and the plan is hopefully gain some muscle over the next 7weeks. Get hormones good again then into a cut.

@Archie bodybuilding is a nice thing to get into. i like how you are using sarms and not steroids at your age. make sure you still respect them and cycle on and off. make sure you have a mini pct in place as well

If you want to recomp you need to start with cutting at your bodyfat, we need to cut carbs and up protein and fats.

If you want to recomp you need to start with cutting at your bodyfat, we need to cut carbs and up protein and fats.
Weight has been pretty stable last two weeks with strength increasing so I've been pretty happy with Diet. In saying that what do you recommend? I like having a good amount of carbs around my workout windows.

Cut by about 50 grams of carbs lets start there.

You can get one of those mini treadmills for home that fold, worth it. @Archie

That's a very good carb meal along with protein. Good way to feed the muscles, especially after some hardcore iron training. Keep up the good work, man. Let's see more. @Archie

food is looking solid. lgd is a good one if you want mild results and sides. you feel good so no need to get bloods @Archie unless you are curious

Just depends i typically on cycle get them before and mudway through to make needed adjustments

Cycle still been going good. Actually starting to lean out slightly whilst still picking up strength. Been trying to eat at maintenance but must be in a slight deficit. Post cycle will begin in just over two weeks have Nolvadex on hand and planning on doing 20/20/10/10 for 4 weeks (blood work results may change this ) was also looking at Cardarine to help with endurance whilst trying to get hormones back to normal. Keen to hear people's thoughts on this.

Training etc. has still been consistent 4 x weeks just nothing major to log. Ok will get pic.
What a long with Nolva then would you suggest?

True true. I'm weighing in more consistently around 80 now compared to 82 at start of cycle. Pretty pleased with this considering strength is going up every session.

I said HCGenerate not HCG, HCG is estrogenic.

Food is very repetitive for me. Pretty much ground beef chicken eggs and then another source of red meat for tea. I've attached a few recent meals. After cycle I'll be doing a cut and then aiming to make gains whilst eating around maintenance over the summer.

Updated plan is Nolva at 40mg and Clomid at 25 + HCGenerate for 6 weeks get bloodwork and determine next steps from there.

Carbs are around 200-220g, the plan was get a good amount of Carbs in at maintenance calories so when I cut I can keep Protein/Fats the same so most of my calories cut are from carbs and my hunger levels don't crash so much.

You can keep protein at 250+ track it please.

I'm taking Tudca and NAC hoping this will improve AST, hoping Cardarine improves HDL . n2gaurd needed as well as this?
Bloods aren't bad, but TUDCA and nac not the only thing you need for cycle support, you need about 20+ ingredients which n2guard has, instead of going 1 by 1 just get the n2guard use lower doses and the bottle lasts 2 months easy. @Archie
