Started the triple stack last Sunday
Stats at the start;
6'0"
170.5 lbs
16-18 % BF

Doising:

Am doses are PWO I subscribe to FTP so no eating before workout

GW 10 mg am, 10mg 12 hrs later
S-4 25 mg am, 25 mg 12 hrs later
MK-2866 25 mg am
AnimalPak, fish oil, Uqibuniol, Life Support for cycle support

Diet was definitely not what it will be once the holidays are over way too much simple carbs and nutrient ratios were way out of whack.

Current weight 173.5
BF: 16-18%
cardio has improved ever so slightly adding .25 miles to my 8 mile run 3x weekly. energy level increased, I attribute this to GW
No noticeable increase in strength during my HIIT sessions, burpees, planks, hill climbers weighted pull-ups, weighted dips etc...
My goal was to add 8-10 lean lbs during the 8 week cycle and increase strength, so I will be managing my diet much better to keep weight gains under control.
I am using Uniquemicals and did notice that my S-4 leaks some when I shake it. Reported to the company and they are shipping a replacement at no charge. I have an order with Sarms1 which I am expecting Tuesday. I will switch to that after week 4.

are you going to be lifting too or just the circuit & total body workouts?? what will your macro's look like??

the sarms one shit should be noticeable when you switch over. do you have a pct lined up??

I do mostly bodyweight exercises as I train for triathlons and spartan runs.
Open to suggestions on PCT. Thought about AI like PES ErasePro. Not a fan of N2BM so HCgen is out as are all herbal test boosters, I've never had an issue with libido and my physician won't do a test level. The few times I did PH like Epi and Stano I would run some tamoxifen in PCT. Will post macros when I get on my strict diet next week

Why not a fan of N2BM? HC generate is a good product but if you're against N2BM you should just buy hcg on amazon. Alternatively, you can take horny goat weed, maca, ashwagandha or tribulus terrestris as a standalone herbal test/libido booster because S4 will cause some suppression since it's 1/3 as androgenic as pure testosterone. Also, the half-life of S4 is 4 hours so I would stick with the AM dose but perhaps take the PM dose pre-workout roughly 4-6 hours after your AM dose and before your PM workout. You will see more of a difference in your training so keep that in mind. I will be following along, sir!

P.S. Are you planning on running MK during your pct? That's where it will make the most difference as far as keeping your body in an anabolic state and maintaining gains/energy.

^ I'm following this and plan on upping my S4 dose in two weeks.
For pct I'd think some Daa started about week 6 (of the 8week cycle) with another 1 -2 week after the triple stack should do him well. Maybe start some unleash around week 6 then go another week or two.

So what would u recommend on the S4 dosing? Just dose before lifting, then a second maintenance before bed? thanks
 
I would do one dose in the AM since your body is going to absorb everything better after being in a fasted state while you sleep. Then do the second dose approximately 4-6 hours later or before your workout to get the added strength/endurance/energy(whichever one is more conducive to your schedule). Even if the PM dose was more than 4-6 hours after the AM dose I would definitely try to take it pre-workout.

OK I take all mine around 7-7:30 AM. Then lift around 11ish. 11 would be too soon to dose again, right?

According to evolutionary's article on S4 the half-life is 4 hours so I would think you'd be okay. Obviously if you start experiencing sides you may need to spread the doses out a little further or reduce the dosage. 50-75 mg seems to be the sweet spot but obviously it depends on the individual's tolerance as everyone's physiology is different.

Yea I'm going to give it ~14 days then up a little. Will try and time the S4 doses based on lifts. Thanks
 
In for this bro.. Next time for your sarms you should go with Sarms1. They are hands down the best and you won't continue to have them leak from the bottles.

I would run HCGenerate during cycle and HCGenerate ES in PCT.

I would also have a better AI then Erase. Erase is garbage and wont do a damn thing to combat gyno if you are sensitive. I would have a real AI and my choice would be:

1) Ag-guys.com- Aromasin
Or
2) N2BM- Liquidex

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think I will dose S-4 am pre-workout then somewhere around 6 hrs for the second dose. I'm a big fan of USP Labs so I think I'll run their DAA mid-cycle as well. Now that I'm hearing that S-4 is suppressive, I am wondering if I need Tamoxifen in PCT? I thought one of the benefits of SARMS over PH/AAS was lack of suppressive sides thus no need for Estrogen suppression in PCT.
 
Daa is only really effective for guys with low T. If u don't want to use hcgenerate or HCGen ES u will pretty much have to use a serm. This many sarm"s for this long will shut you down.

The DAA can be used while on but it's only going to do so much.

So serm or hcgenerate pretty much. Recovery will be like from a light oral cycle.

Okay so I will do tamoxifen 4 weeks along with DAA, maybe ErasePro. That's what I've done when I ran PH and served me well

Yeah I was kind of confused. A serm is only used when it is absolutely necessary and sarms don't cause the same degree of suppression like AAS or PH. Personally, I haven't experienced any suppression while taking ostarine.

weight 171 down 1.5 lbs on an ok diet macros:

Protien= 250 grams
Carbs= 200 grams
Fat= 60 grams

So by my calculations about 2500 cals per day

Supplementation for the week:

Switched to my supply of Sarms1 as follows

10 mg GW 2x daily 12 hrs apart
25 mg S4 2x daily 12 hrs apart for 5 days last 2 were at 40mg per dose
25 mg MK-2866 in the am pre-workout
20 pumps OxoSterone started Thursday
AnimalPak, fish oil CoQ10, LifeSupport, vit d-3

I definitely feel stronger last few days attributed to the bump in S-4. All in all happy with the progress. If I can continue to get stronger while dropping BF then this is a winning cycle.
Visually I don't appear any leaner or more vascular at this point, but still too early for that.
 
Nope..no insomnia whatsoever. First dose of gw and s4 around 5am...second around 5pm. Bed around 9:30 no issues

Looking good, sir. A 40/40/20 split of protein/carbs/fat is optimal so looks like your numbers are within those ranges. Obviously if you're feeling a little lethargic you may need to tweak some things but if you feel good then stick with it. If it ain't broke don't fix it know what I mean Vern? Looking forward to your progress.
 
Man my triple is in full effect. Looks like you're doing well too. I've started dosing all my GW and S4 as a preworkout now, but on rest days I split them. Hitting around 60-65mg/day now of S4. Hoping to hit the sweet spot asap.
 
That's good , I was worried about insomnia too.

I asked that question, about insomnia, just to verify it's just me. I suffer from it but I was just curious if he had had any too, so it's not the SARM's it's just my effed up brain :(

strength up minimally, but no big deal.

goal is to hit max strength and weight by end of month then start a calorie defieinct diet so that I am back at around 172 for the race

Great bro, I'm on week 3.5 and really seeing strength gains and recomping nicely. AB's 3/4 are coming out and I'm maintaining my same BW. Mirror and calipers don't lie.

man i see a sleep specialist....never had any issue with a sarm making matters worse. Ive used them a long time.
 
Week 5 update. Weight did not change 171.5 lbs. But, I think I am learning what body recomping is..I think. While my weight did not change, there are definitely changes taking place both visually and in how my clothes fit..or don't fit. My abs are peeping through sporting a 4 pack. I've always been able to get okay abs because i'm so thin. But i have the abs now and my waist is smaller and my shoulders are wider. No by much, but my 30 waist trousers are falling off and my athletic cut dress shirts are too tight in the chest and shoulders....Interesting, this was not a goal, but I'll take it.

Now cardio...which is the goal. did a mock tri today balls to the walls. 400m swim, 30 mile stationary bike, 9 miles random hills on the treadmill. felt great with good times for being 6 weeks away from competition.
Diet was not good this week as i was on the road in the f*cking freezing Florida panhandle.

Supplementation;

Good update, bro. The mirror is a much better indicator of change than the scale...glad the triple stack is treating you well. I definitely want to run it soon.

Thinking of doing a quick 4 week cycle of Oxandrovar, but have a couple questions. Will it affect my endurance? If I run something like N2Guard will I have BP or Cholesterol issues? I have good BP and HDL is about 65 and LDL is about 100. How about prostate?
Was thinking this would boost my strength without sacrificing endurance.
 
always good to get bf measured before and after cycles! weight really means nothing when you are adding muscle..muscle weights more then fat obviously, so it can confuse you
