Tomorrow will be a straight cardio day.
Fasted cardio in AM and another hour in the evening. I am closing in on the goal.
I have what I think, I want to lean bulk with all set up and I will log it when it starts…..25 more lbs to lose. I am slowly getting stomach skinny and haven’t lost a whole lot of muscle during this fat loss.
I am coming to the end of the Tirzepatide and have some Reta on the way. It will be here on Wednesday. 20 mg vial that I will mix with 2ml bacto water, and will dose 2.5 mg a week for 8 weeks. I think that will help put the finishing touches on the fat loss….after that, GROW GROW GROW!!
I don’t mind being 60 and I am proving people in my life wrong right now about fitness, fat loss and age. FUCK THEM!!

Is it absolutely necessary to take a full dose or will half be realistically good? Would like to try and make a bottle last a little longer

It has been the only way along with the tirz that I have been able to accomplish the fat loss that I have experienced. And logging every single thing that I eat.

I will up the cardio!! There are two days of the week where I split cardio, 45 in the morning and 30 in the afternoon when I have those afternoon training sessions.
I need to start doing that everyday….thanks for the nudge!!

Right now they are still jello. I am losing fat fast, but My arms have gotten smaller, I am
Doing my best to get all of my protein, but I am still losing muscle from the deficit.
But I feel tighter, my stomach is definitely smaller, i am shooting for 20 more pounds and reevaluate from there
