Approved Log Going from TRT to first cycle Journal

So, this will be my first cycle.
For a little background info: I’m 33m, 6’, 185lb, fairly lean. I’m currently on TRT: test cyp 180mg/week (tues/Fri), enclomiphene 25mg (m/w/f), and Anastrazole .5mg (Thursday).
My diet is definitely in check. No sugar, no highly processed garbage, bare minimum of saturated fats. Also take 10mg creatine every day along with whey protein post workout. I do a PPL then rest routine and push my sets to failure in the gym. Average session ranges from 1-2 hours depending on energy levels.
I attached my first (baseline levels, no trt) and second (most recent, TRT levels) lab results to get an idea of what’s going on so far.

My goals are to gain mass and size. Also, I would possibly like to restart enclomiphene post cycle to get natural test production working again. I want to have kids one day but for now I’m working on me.

I have gathered a damn good bit of info but it is just a pebble in the ocean that is the knowledge of endocrinology. So any advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated. I want to do this the right way and not jump in head first.

Transition Phase (Weeks 13–14)

Drop testosterone back to TRT dose (180 mg/week)
Discontinue primobolan
Reintroduce enclomiphene (25 mg M/W/F)

Also bloodwork at 3-4 weeks post-cycle to assess recovery and health markers

I think your cycle switch is possible from TRT but to start off, can you share with us your picture face blurred? we need to see what your base is, what are we working with.

And ok, so diet. This is one of the things I got fairly down pact before I even started lifting. Started at around 220lbs with lots of fkin fat and no remorse for what I ate. But, I made a few lifestyle changes, started keto diet, and got down to about 170lbs. Stopped keto, started eating in a small surplus.
This is when I actually started working out. At first with only home workouts/dumbbells then I got to the point where it wasn't enough. Got a gym membership and really started lifting and now I'm up to what you see now and about 185lbs.
I was tracking macros at first but it became tedious so I got a good idea of what I need to eat everyday and just ran with it. I'll have to start a log again to track macros and I definitely will during the cycle.
But mostly my diet consists of 93% hamburger meat, chicken, rice,Greek yogurt, skim milk. No highly processed garbage, no sugar.
Training
In the gym I only use the machines or dumbbells because I absolutely love when I push my body to failure and to get that tight pump is a great feeling. Also, I CANNOT STAND when I feel like I haven't pushed myself to the max. Eats away at me.
Keep in mind all my sets in the gym are pushed to failure maintaining perfect form and getting the best stretch possible while being safe. Once I do my 3 sets on one workout I move to the next machine and then do it over again till I can't or run out of energy. Usually when this happens though I drop the weight and keep going. Also, before I workout I try to atleast do a half mile jogging cardio but I've been slacking lately on this.
Push:
Tricep Pushdown: 60-66lbs 8-10 reps
Overhead Tricep Extensions (straight bar): 60-70lbs 8-10 reps
Seated Decline Press: 180lbs 6-10 reps
Seated Delt Machine: 180lbs 6-8 reps
Pull:
Baysian Cable Curls: 30lbs each arm 8-10
Lat Pulldowns: 180lbs 8-10 reps (can rep with 200 for about 6 but form doesn't stay perfect)
Seated Delt Machine(rear delts): 100-120lbs 8-10 reps
Seated Lat Pulls/rows(pull from the front instead of overhead) 140lbs 8-10 reps
Legs:
Seated Leg Press: 180, 200, 220lbs (step up the weight each time) 8-10 reps
Standing Calf Raise: 80-100lbs 8-10 reps
Seated Quad Extension?: 180-200lbs 6-10 reps
Seated Hamstring Curls?: 180-200lbs 10-15 reps
Rest Day
Supplements
Creatine 10mg daily
Whey Protein shake 1-2 times a day
I know I probably need to take multi vitamins and something to support joint health but need some advice on this area.

Other than that I think that covers everything. Sorry for the excessive reply; I want to be as thorough as possible.

@Nezz4488 just keep an eye when you are on base trt. you might be crashing estrogen using a serm and AI together like that. might make more sense on trt to just lower the test dose where you dont need anything else

well if you want mass this is a good stack but there are better options. i would switch primo to EQ. EQ is better here

I've seen a lot of people talking about eq and test. Think this would be a better route? I choose primo because it's non-aromatizing and has minimal side effects.
EQ and test is much better, primobolan is trash and overrated. EQ is at least something you'll get non-aromatizing but high quality results. @Nezz4488 Been waiting hows your training diet?

Heyy, sorry for the delay. I work third shift and it throws my sleep hours off on the weekends. I wind up sleeping all day. But I just downloaded myfitnesspal so I'll keep an eye on the macros. Will have to grab all the right supplements this weekend. Also! I been looking into EQ and there's about as many horror stories on it as there are tren. Lol. Everybody's experience here with it good?

Hey, sorry for the delay. I thought I had replied but it didn't post for some reason. But anyway, I downloaded myfitnesspal so I'll have to update you on the exact macros in a few days? And with EQ are there higher risks when it comes to side effects? That was one of the main reasons I was hoping to go with primo due to its lower side effects.

I just might do that because it seems like that's what everybody is suggesting. How are the side effects when compared to primo? And any suggestions on dosing?

This sounds like a good safe route. Should I bump the test to 300? Also, I have the Anastrazole on hand right now because that doctor had me taking it every week. Should I stop the enclomiphene and Anastrazole, start the cycle, then check bloods about 4 weeks in to see where my resting levels are and decide about the Anastrazole from that point? Is that considered a high aromatization rate or pretty standard?

This sounds like a good safe route. Should I bump the test to 300? Also, I have the Anastrazole on hand right now because that doctor had me taking it every week. Should I stop the enclomiphene and Anastrazole, start the cycle, then check bloods about 4 weeks in to see where my resting levels are and decide about the Anastrazole from that point? Okk, so how does this sound for macros:

Daily target average: 3,300 kcal
Protein: 190–200 g
Fat: 75–85 g
Carbs: 400–420 g

And as far as the actual food goes, I'll have to update you on that one. Gotta get a kitchen scale and start meal prepping. My training is what I listed above.

The target of calories forget, calories mean nothing :D

I've been waiting for an update but it only says shipping label created so far. Same status for about 16 days now. Jason from Napsgear said that it will update once it gets into the country. (I didn't realize I was ordering the items from international as some of the postings do not specify that. It's actually misleading in a way). But it's fine, hopefully it will be here soon.

With Napsgear all of sudden one day it will update and then be at your home with a few days after that maybe like 3-4. My internationals take 3-4 weeks delivery in. Florida and they come in usually up around New York Or Jersey.

Yup. I couldn't figure out what the hell it was at first. Lol. I didn't realize your nail grew back like that. But I got it damn near crushed between a steel 90° corner and like an 80lb plate in a twisting motion.
 
Also, here's something that I just put together when I want something sweet. Also, I sometimes get whole grain cinnamon toast crunch or something like that and sprinkle a little on top to give it a little extra flavor.
1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1tbsp zero sugar coffee creamer
About 1/2 cup whole oats
✅ Final Macros (for the whole recipe):
445 Calories
48 g Carbs
44 g Protein
8 g Fat
(numbers added using chatgpt so I didn't have to add all that up) looks about right though.

That’s frustrating, grip is everything on pull days and those two fingers make a big difference. You can still get work in by leaning on straps for rows and pulldowns so the hand doesn’t limit you. Keep pushing what you can without forcing it, the strength will hold while the finger heals up.

I was actually looking into getting a pair of wrist straps this morning. I just didn't feel like going by Walmart so I'm about to order some off Amazon right now.
I the pics: on the left is the Napsgear and the right is from my old clinic. The Napsgear came wrapped in like 6 bubble wrap bags for safe shipping.
They're both 200mg/ml test cyp but napsgear is 10ml and the others are 5ml. Also, the different coloring is from different carrier oils I'm assuming?

If you’re set on running it alongside test, keep your test at 300 and bring the EQ in at 300 as well, that’s a nice balanced starting point. Running EQ at only 100 won’t really show much effect, so better to keep them even and see how you respond.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are both solid options when joints and tendons are nagging. BPC is great localized healing if you pin close to the site, guys notice less pain and quicker recovery there. You can pull both into the same syringe if the oils are compatible, no need for 2 separate pins unless you want to. Just swap the draw pin for your 25 and you’re good. Glutes are fine, they hold a lot of volume, just rotate sides each pin so you’re not hammering the same spot every time. If you liked the 27s and the oil isn’t too thick you can run those again, it’ll just take a bit longer to push. :D

Good call simplifying it, EQ and test will give you a clear read without extra stuff clouding how you feel. Adding BPC-157 and TB-500 after you’ve settled in makes sense, that way you’ll notice what’s doing what. Labs at 4 weeks is perfect. Definitely post the diet too, seeing the food with the gear and training gives the full picture of how it’s working.
