Hi all!

So im back after my cutting cycle i got down to 95.7 at 12.7% body fat and thats after two weeks completely off the gear because I went to NZ

I went in and got bloods done on monday although i did eat two golden gaytimes and a rice cream just before bed so im not sure if that screwed my cholesterol levels at all but my HDL looks like it was doen a bit but on the way back up.

I was currently on just 2-300mg of test e per week!

Im not sure why my HGH was elevated so high as im not actually on hgh atm too!?

Im currently looking at doing the following cycle.

NPP 600mg per week
Anadrol 50mg per day
Arimidex 1 mg twice per week
Hgh at 4iu per day at bed time
Cialis 10mg per day

Carbs: 450 g
Fats: 130 g

Lean proteins: grass-fed beef, turkey, eggs, salmon, whey isolate

My meals mainly consist of core strength power foods atm, but tend to include the following.

Clean carbs: jasmine rice, oats, sweet potato, quinoa, bananas

Healthy fats: avocado, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, omega-3-rich fish

Sorry if ive forgotten anything I'll be sure to post up everything today

Training 6 times per week.

Supplements
N2 guard 7 x per day

Also me on Saturday after chest and triceps work out fuck it feels good to be training again after having a break off.

Im looking at eventually going into 5 x 5 sets but alas it was my first day back after a few weeks off

Who eats their calories back after the end of the day?! So today my fitbit says I have burnt over 900 extra calories and im saying its probably about 50% exaggerated as fitbits can't be reliable.

I weighed myself the other day and ive already put on 5 or so kg from my original dexa scan

Who eats their calories back after the end of the day?! So today my fitbit says I have burnt over 900 extra calories and im saying its probably about 50% exaggerated as fitbits can't be reliable.

I weighed myself the other day and ive already put on 5 or so kg from my original dexa scan

Hey bro i usually do cardio about 20 mins before every session I just didn't track it this time! Hahaha whoops
Try to do 20min before 10 after but track :D

Hahaha its good stuff it is! I gave my partner some and she couldn't stop shitting herself and vomiting for 3-4 days and i gave my friend the exact same dose at about 1mg and she was in the hospital!
Be careful giving it to women thats all i can say!

@donkeypunchbub the adex and reta are good ancillaries to add to any cycle. just don't slam your E too low on that adex. and watch on the reta your diet

hgh i would go 2iu's if its high quality. then you can increase here and there and see what happens

superdrol is super toxic. its worth a try once but its nasty overall

Oh yeh so ive asked this before so im at about 4000cal perday and maybe a bit more somedays up to 5-6000 calories and i dont seem to be putting on alot of fat around my midsection.
Even though my diet is pretty good with the odd blow out here ans there or eating a nice meal out which I always put into my fitness pal.
I know these fitbits are not even accurate
And they can be up to 50% off best case scenario.

Lately ive been pushing the food intake a bit more late at night too.

So my question is if im feeling like im not putting too much fat on if anything I feel like im leaning out a bit and getting alot "tighter" by what my Mrs says.

Question#1 Should I up my calories intake by say 500-1000 consistently. Even though its literally only been two weeks since starting this cycle ive already noticed insane gains and not much fat or bloating.

The food post is my night time rice cream with two scoops of vanilla Milkshake protein powder in it freeze it for about 8 hours then with a bit of peanut butter, a sprinkling of chocolate yum and a drizzle of manuka honey!

i am not a calorie counter person. i just don't believe in it at all man. i believe in quality foods and time restricted eating simply because that is how we evolved
