Sorry boys I'm in a rush but will post daily log update tonight.

I'm ordering some NAC and trying to add TUDCA.... does anyone know a good link to a 1000mg TUDCA per cap company? I don't trust the garbage that's coming up on Amazon and I intend on taking about 2g/day.

Ya bro I kept that out of my story but I've done time in the SHU as well (23&1 lockdown). Because of my mental illness and operator syndrome/PTSD rage history (which they didn't care was in check now) and my past career as a pig I ended up in supermax SHU for 6 months. My TRT was at 300mg/week and even my doc was okay with that and in prison they said that's bullshit and lowered it to 100mg every TWO weeks (fuckers). When I got out my T levels were like a teenage girl. My HPTA is fucked so I'm TRT for life but 100mg every two weeks? C'mon. They probably didn't want me riled up and then sue them for giving me too much test LOL.

Just woke up. The 200lbs wasn’t a fluke! With 4 weeks left of my blast I’m pumped to make it to 205lbs with abs!

good to see you working so hard. @HarleyGuy as long as you can keep training that will be your therapy. i know for me without my training i don't know where i would be !

@HarleyGuy sometimes missing workouts can be a blessing. gives your body some extra time to rest. so i am not against that
 
The major issues are effecting mast and primo worldwide. EQ is the alternative to running those two so it's probably going to be in high demand going forward. Hard to say what will happen form sure tho..no one really knows that.

But what is for sure is no primo and no mast cuz 5 of the big labs in China that produce the raws got shut down by the CCP. They're gonna reopen but I can't remember the date. If they do get running again I heard I will be like a year before we see any here.
Yeah ive been hearing about a gear shortage for many months now, just been sitting back waiting on what happens, if needed i will just adjust what i run or try new things if need be

I just use the allmax stuff. They're a pretty reputable and affordable supplement company. You won't need the tudca on your N2guard arrives. Might be a bit tho. I ordered about a week before you and I'm still waiting..

Here's my bloods from 2 days ago during my blast cycle. In my humble opinion my liver is somehow in good shape as are my kidneys. I think Lev recommended 2 caps because it's part of a gyno reduction cycle of Nolva/Aromasin at 40mg/6.25 with the N2Guard as support. Take a look though if you can read the Canadian results and let me know what you think.

What do you use the N2Guard for personally?

p.s. Today is a rest day but I'm gonna hit 600 protein easy again I have 1.5lbs of ground bison thawed and ready in the fridge with a protein shake to go with it. Breakfast was 500g of egg whites with 6 eggs and a steak haha. I'm on a mission!

Here's my bloods from 2 days ago during my blast cycle. In my humble opinion my liver is somehow in good shape as are my kidneys. I think Lev recommended 2 caps because it's part of a gyno reduction cycle of Nolva/Aromasin at 40mg/6.25 with the N2Guard as support. Take a look though if you can read the Canadian results and let me know what you think.

I would say if you're doing nolvadex with aromasin 3 caps of n2guard is your dose.

@lev Butlerov If you look at the first pic and on the top the first one is my Estradiol which is at 129 pmol/L and the reference range is 55-114. I was actually happy to see this because estrogen is great for gains and libido but I'm open to hearing whether it's still too high? My prolactin was perfectly in range. Next time I plan on getting progesterone as well.

@LevButlerov Yes the gyno cycle you recommended I am ready for. I have the Nolva and Aromasin and can start when you say go. My consultation with the surgeon he said my gyno was only Grade 1 and he's sending me for an ultrasound to see if it's all fatty tissue or if there's a significant enough of breast tissue to bother doing removal vs. lipsuction around the nipple. In either case with it being only Grade 1 (out of 4) I think the 40Nolva/6.25Armosin/3caps N2Guard/baby aspirin protocol should produce some noticeable results. I definitely thought it was a higher grade gyno but maybe that's just where my fat gets stored when I'm at 15% or higher. Who knows.

- @LevButlerov With my N2Guard arriving Wednesday can I go ahead with they gyno therapy you recommended? 40 Nolva/6.25 aromasin/81mg baby aspirin/3 caps N2Guard. I can start the N2Guard when it arrives Wednesday. My gyno was rated grade 1 only, by the surgeon and am going for an ultrasound to see how big the lump is beacause he thinks it's mostly fatty tissue (causing the sag). Will post the prices I got for everything soon.

Ate 9oz of rump myself.

Looked at, but decided against, buying a 170g Japanese Wagyu Rib Eye (£146 a kilo!!)

In either case with it being only Grade 1 (out of 4) I think the 40Nolva/6.25Armosin/3caps N2Guard/baby aspirin protocol should produce some noticeable results. I definitely thought it was a higher grade gyno but maybe that's just where my fat gets stored when I'm at 15% or higher. Who knows.

In Canada we have most of our bison farms in our Western provinces. It's definitely a nutrient and very lean source of high protein.

My shoulders have always been naturally one of my stronger body parts. I do heavy seated dumbbell press. I do lateral raises both front and side laterals to hit both heads of the delt. Rear delts I use standing cable pulls. But, always found heavy dumbbell press to by my staple.

Ya bro I kept that out of my story but I've done time in the SHU as well (23&1 lockdown). Because of my mental illness and operator syndrome/PTSD rage history (which they didn't care was in check now) and my past career as a pig I ended up in supermax SHU for 6 months. My TRT was at 300mg/week and even my doc was okay with that and in prison they said that's bullshit and lowered it to 100mg every TWO weeks (fuckers). When I got out my T levels were like a teenage girl. My HPTA is fucked so I'm TRT for life but 100mg every two weeks? C'mon. They probably didn't want me riled up and then sue them for giving me too much test LOL.

n2guard will help greatly if you can get it to canada. is a great supplement. @HarleyGuy I've been using it for years.

Looked at, but decided against, buying a 170g Japanese Wagyu Rib Eye (£146 a kilo!!)
I find Wagyu gets to be too much in larger cuts. It's so rich and fatty it's better to enjoy it in smaller amounts.

Finally hit 200lbs this morning. Pre-workout pic. Definitely feel the 5 lbs I’ve put on and glad it’s happened slowly.

not at all. feast and famine is the way we are supposed to eat. our ancestors would eat 10K + calories on some days if they got a big food find, but on other days wouldn't eat anything if they couldn't find food.

Haha check a couple days back I hit 700 that day. I'm over 600 most days. Almost a carnivore diet with protein shakes, makes it easy I just shut off my brain and get it in. LOL

Ground bison takes some getting used to but the macros are phenomenal.

He wanted to do shoulders, bi's and tri's so I said let's hit it... and keep up baby I'll you something called "negatives, partials, and forced reps"... he was like huh? I said just wait heh heh. Afterwards I said call me Wednesday morning and let me know you feel LOL.


Shoulders:
Seated dumbbell should press
warmup with 30's x 2 sets (bloodflow, form check, injury check).
1 set with 60's x 15
2 sets with 70's x 12 reps
1 set 80's for 10 reps then switch to 50's to complete negative failure

One arm cable raises (rear/mid delts - like pulling a sword out of it's sheath keeping it close to your chest no flare out)
warmup with pin at 4 (whatever that is - I will find out at the gym next time and ask)
1 set with pin at 8 x 12
2 sets with pin at 9 x 10

The 12 steps took me four years, but I only joined this Forum one week ago. I feel like I'm on a new path and everything is changing

At the same time the issues created by my tanked testosterone over the last three years are correcting rapidly. I woke up with a hard-on this morning, kinda gave me a fright and hurt atcually haha

I read, listened and thought over all this, recognized and accepted the higher source pf power can help me in my journey if I accept it and take action to make that happen

And while my faith in The Forum and the wisdom of its loggers and users is great, that's not enough as you know well I'm sure, we need to take action. Faith without works is dead

I've accepted I have initiated a new set of processes. The door of hope, faith and trust opened and I walked through it.

I've chosen my conception and I have identified the things that are within my control, I've accepted that I cannot do this alone and put my ego aside so I can accept the help that is freely offered here

My mindset has changed completely, actions are in motion, just gotta accept the help and stay the course, one day at a time... every day.

Yessir! Almost all the men I've sponsored have either went back out there to the streets because of Step 3 or they've got to the top of the roller coaster by truly grasping step 3 and then riding the rest of the ride down to 12 if they do a proper 4&5 and really mean it when they do their 7.

You had to come all the way up here to Lindsay? That sux. Pretty far from home. Why not Kingston? There was 5 or 6 pens there. Lindsay is a hybrid detention/pen.
All the 23&1 SHU's were filled up at Kingston, and where I started at Brockville well it's a country club and have no isolation so Lindsay was where I ended up for most of my time. I wouldn't know what Lindsay is like because I was in the SHU and for almost 6 months I only knew what my cell and the hallway looked like when I looked out the food slot. When I was brought out to yard it was a cage and when I was brought to speak with my lawyer it chains and cuffs with 2 guards it was around the corner. Never saw Gen Pop at all.

I'm flagged "M" or "flag Mike" (mentally unstable), "V" or "flag Victor" (violent), "E" or "flag Echo" (escape risk), "A" or "flag Alpha (possibly armed), and "S" or "flag Sierra" (suicidal). All those ended up on my paperwork along due to multiple charges from different dates which included Aggravated Assault x 3. I plead to all of them and they giftwrapped it all into a 6 month stint, no biggie. And believe it or not my paperwork helped me in the SHU because no one was the wiser that I used to be a 'pig' back until 2019 when I was medically retired. They just thought I was a walking powderkeg raging timebomb so I had no problems or beef in there with anyone. The white dudes all get each others paperwork from the guards so I was accepted and ended up trading lots of shit for their daily newspaper which helped the time go by. :p

I tried various regular programs and rehabs and was forced to see addiction councillors by the police.

My Dad has been sober in the Fellowship since 1986. The answer was right in front of me all along but I didn't see it.

 And I'm not going to mention anything related to this here or in meetings but I have a big problem with organised and desert religions and the book is written in this 20's language that on first appearance seems christian and that was a hurdle that took me another set of years to jump. The sad thing is the atcual content of what's being said with that language is almost the opposite of what I thought. I was blind to the Truth.

But then my Dad tried again and gave me the Joe and Charlie tapes and that was the key that unlocked the language guarding the book. Those guys are enlightened masters if you ask me. I'm so grateful to them, if I didn't gain the knowledge to decipher and process the book I would 100% be dead now.

I have always wanted to reconnect with the Gods of my ancestors but that seemed like a hippy pipe dream or LARPING even before I finally understood the book, and it turns out the instructions are right there.

Clear, concrete steps on how to have a spiritual awakening. And I did. The decades of analysis, over-thinking and trial and error (fucking up again and again) finally all came together and then it all happened very quickly.

I changed very quickly all things considered, and I felt it. I knew I was done, I never had that sense before... even when I was trying hard I knew it was all going to fall over, I'd wake up covered in whiskey with needles in my bed, and I did. A few times atcually .

But the last two years I've been constantly sober, and my daily aa work is like clockwork. I need to go to more meetings tho, been slack on that front lately.

Do you do any online meetings per chance? I'd be keen to come to one of yours if so.

Same experience, I have never seen someone succeed who didn't do 3 properly, and many who did 3 not 4. They vall it the 1-2-3 Shuffle here haha.

The 4th is where the gold is. The inventory and analysis technique is the only way you can see a big picture. I couldn't believe the patterns I saw when I started, it was intense.

These techniques will serve us well here on Evo as we analyse other parts of our lives.

We can show others some of these methods in a general way too I think.

Wow man I can't believe there's someone like you here, all these different parts of my life are usually completely compartmentalised.

It all works so well together, but I honestly didn't think this was how things were going to go joining Evo to be honest, I've been procrastinating about doing that for a year now too.

My HP connection has become a part of me, I can feel it there like it's an internal organ, and I do daily AA work too. Upon Awakening, 24 hour plan, I meditate, write shit down at night if it bothers me but usually skip this.

As for step 5, well we'll see how my log pans out but I'm not going to hide anything.

Sorry to double-message you bro, I've been thinking about this non-stop all day. You seem to have stumbled across this magic combination of the 12 Steps, sustainable and natural meat-based diet, training and testosterone. The more I think about it the more my mind is blown. I feel like this might be what I've been searching for.

I thought about what you said, and I know I said I've got the daily tasks on lock but if I give it an honest evaluation like I was preparing to post it here, there is a lot of room for improvement.

I also see you sponsor guys, which is amazing. I do not. I've been a bit slack with meetings lately too. Listened to speaker tapes nightly for years to keep things fresh in my mind, from xa-speakers.

Would you consider trying to sponsor me remotely? I'm fully prepared to start from step 1 doing the steps under your guidance. I could even have a forth daily evo sub log, diet, training, gear, aa/spirituality.

You trying to search for your HP and connect with what God you were picturing or chose, this was a step 3 issue like we all have because as addicts we think we can do it 'our way' or a 'different way'. Instead, our HP comes to us when we surrender instead of fighting step 3 and we know when it does finally arrive too, like you do. Good work. Will be back to post after work. Probably for the best. I've heard the pens in Kingston are pretty old and shitty but Lindsay is pretty new so the living conditions would be better.

Seems like all the pieces are falling into place in my life. I have known since a year into the methadone program that I'd killed my testosterone.

The whole year I could feel my essence draining slowly out while a fog of lethargy decended in its place until it just stayed there, running on empty, just coasting along. I had no drive or motivation at all.

I knew what was gone because I had it before, albeit in a rough condition it was still there. Now it seems to be rushing back into me fast.

I can't believe they tried to stop me finding this. I'm not going to tell them anything anymore, I'll just go in and piss in the cup every month so I have another clean test on my record, something more to show my parents, and get the bloods and ecgs to bring back here to log.

Take your time bro, I'm never in a rush. I'll DM you my phone number tomorrow. Gonna try hit a meeting in the morning, there's one that I know that went online during covid where a few of the guys have international sponsors via the internet/phone, I'll ask how they do it.

I hardly ever saw my sponsor in Australia in person but we spoke on the phone every day and read a few pages in the morning and so on.

Hahaha of course, I don't mean I'd tell everybody about how I fingered my cousin when we were 11 or anything, I meant log that I'm meditating, journaling, going to meetings, HP related stuff.

Gonna get into yoga sometime soon too, but by the looks of the new place it's gonna be more 80s lyrica aerobics video than eastern spirituality. I'm easy though =)

You're totally right man. It all sounds simple and obvious in theory but it's wasn't obvious to me.

I feel like I've beem searching/seeking in one way or another my whole like for something.

Haha check a couple days back I hit 700 that day. I'm over 600 most days. Almost a carnivore diet with protein shakes, makes it easy I just shut off my brain and get it in. LOL

Ground bison takes some getting used to but the macros are phenomenal.
i used to eat it a lot when it was harder to find grassfed beef

As far as I'm aware there's no evidence that methadone will lower your testosterone. I believe that's more of a mental thing.

Methadone/opiates can make you lethargic or "lazy" but that's really person dependant. It can also be used as a source of energy for people who work very long hours. I know up here truck drivers like eating opium to stay awake and focused on long haul trips. A lot of construction workers eat Percocets all day to keep pushing the pace.

I guess all I'm saying is it comes down to a mentality sorta thing. I found when I was an addict I was extra productive, even on methadone. Personally it was just harder to get motivated to take that first step, but once you force yourself to take it you can really get going. Don't let it drag you down bro

I pissed away a bunch of time going up and down with methadone itself, I would get takeaways twice a week and double dose, shoot the 2nd one. Pushing 10ml into your arm is pretty fucked up.

That's why I daily dose at the pharmacy now. Just totally gave up trying to manage it myself. They never deviate, I go within an hour either side of 9am, I'm super stable now.

It's done me more good than harm, I don't mean to give it a bad wrap, it changed my life for sure. There's no way I would be where I'm at or even in a position to try fix my problems with how I was on opium.

I always had a high paying career, ever since i was a teenager. I spent all of it on drugs and alcohol. So there was no bottom to my tolerance, it just progressed. So it suits me to have very little money at the moment too, removes a bunch of non essential options and let's me focus on the essentials and the fundamentals

Dosing like I do I feel the same most of the time. I have a base I cam work with. I'm not willing to stop methadone at the moment, I need it to be part of the plan. But that's also not such a big deal anymore since my testosterone therapy is working.

You're definatly not wrong bro, once you're on them and not nodding out all the time they become a very strange sorce of energy

I pissed away a bunch of time going up and down with methadone itself, I would get takeaways twice a week and double dose, shoot the 2nd one. Pushing 10ml into your arm is pretty fucked up.

That's why I daily dose at the pharmacy now. Just totally gave up trying to manage it myself. They never deviate, I go within an hour either side of 9am, I'm super stable now.

It's done me more good than harm, I don't mean to give it a bad wrap, it changed my life for sure. There's no way I would be where I'm at or even in a position to try fix my problems with how I was on opium.

I always had a high paying career, ever since i was a teenager. I spent all of it on drugs and alcohol. So there was no bottom to my tolerance, it just progressed. So it suits me to have very little money at the moment too, removes a bunch of non essential options and let's me focus on the essentials and the fundamentals

Dosing like I do I feel the same most of the time. I have a base I cam work with. I'm not willing to stop methadone at the moment, I need it to be part of the plan. But that's also not such a big deal anymore since my testosterone therapy is working.

I found Suboxone worked a lot better. I think there's even better options now. My use is going back a while.

Pinning methadone is pretty bad...but I snorted my Suboxone just trying to catch a buzz for a day LOL. That's even more retarded so don't feel bad bro. That shit was like 15 years ago but I can still remember exactly where I was and almost see myself doing it....what a moron lol. Railing E was bad but Suboxone is much much worse lol.

Agreed. You can get high on methadone if you time it properly or take enough of it. It was the pain drug of choice during the second world war. It's a Mu receptor agonist in the brain which is the pain receptor and it works just like any other opioid and fits the receptor tight and has a long half life but it does activate the same pathways as oxycontin, dilaudid, morphine etc. Suboxone on the other hand will get you high only the first or second time you try and abuse it and then it does it's job which is to fit so tight in the receptor that it blocks any other opoid from filling the Mu receptor. It stays in the receptor so you never get a buzz from it. The best thing I ever did was move from suboxone (buprenorphine) to sublicade (a monthly injection which dissipates slowly). Coming off sublicade there is zero withdrawal and trying to get high with anything else on any buprenorphine product is a complete waste of time. It's like having a constant flood of naloxone in your blood, it's just not gonna happen and you don't get cravings on suboxone either whereas every day you will crave your next methadone hit. There's a delta and kappa receptor too but using drugs that bind to those are NOT a good buzz.

Not suggesting you switch off methadone @vanlife_gymbum but just food for thought as it's what got @BeMe and myself off of everything entirely. Coming off methadone is nasty I've witnessed people having a hard time getting down to 10mg and trying to jump off from there and they get the same feelings as withdrawal where even the wind blowing your hair hurts LOL

The way I got clean was going cold turkey and putting myself into a K hole for 3 weeks. Then I was addicted to ketamine for a while until it started destroying my bladder. Getting off ketamine cold turkey wasn't hard tho. At that point my life was a disaster and I realized it was time to turn things around and start putting the pieces back together.
 
The rest of my bloods came back (except for Cystastin-C). Here they are.... I don't think there's anything new except my A1C which I'm super happy with considering the GH, MK677 etc. Last time the Cystastin-C was never done so I'll ask them what is up with that test.

My gyno was rated grade 1 only, by the surgeon and am going for an ultrasound to see how big the lump is beacause he thinks it's mostly fatty tissue (causing the sag). Yes the under the tongue sublingual form of suboxone (buprenorphine) is abusable to a degree. The sublicade injection is not and that's how I got off.

You're not the first, many guys relapse on Suboxone and get back on full on drugs. I'm not sure if it really helps without a support network.

Sounds way cooler than it was lol. I'm surprised my wife stayed with me I was such a sloppy mess. Probably walking around with snail trails down to my chest lol. Thankfully it worked tho. I was basically comatose through all the worst bits. Did everything I could to avoid having anything go down in my medical records cuz you never know. I went cold turkey in detention too. That was really tough..thankfully it was only a couple days.
