I feel like I've beem searching/seeking in one way or another my whole like for something.

Agreed. You can get high on methadone if you time it properly or take enough of it. It was the pain drug of choice during the second world war. It's a Mu receptor agonist in the brain which is the pain receptor and it works just like any other opioid and fits the receptor tight and has a long half life but it does activate the same pathways as oxycontin, dilaudid, morphine etc.

What makes it different IMHO is lack of availability, being the slowest of the slow acting opiods it's not a very good recreational drug and also fucks up other recreational drugs for by blowing out your tolerance quickly.

I was in the ER and tied to the bed in four-point restraints (for my safety hehe) in a coma from a .1 shot of uncut South East Asian #4 and that was suppost to be a test shot.

Right now I could inject that entire gram and it wouldn't even get me out of methadone withdrawal.

What this means practically is you can't get high off herion anymore because you can't afford that much or your opiate tolerance is just too high.

I was a bit naughty and told my dad it's like antabuse for opiates which was is not the truth really but was convenient to say, it's not atcually blocking anything like the other shit does.

Basically the euphoria was almost completely removed somehow, so it never got big as a street drug because it's boring. So I can't buy it on the streets which is good. This is another reason why the methadone clinic system in the USA is the worst possible way you could do it. It must be on purpose.

You make every drug addict in the surrounding area line up for at least half an hour at 5am every day, they can sell their doses to each other, sell benzos to each other, etc etc.

Nothing like that happens here. I've only met one other guy on it ever at the pharmacy, the guy I bought benzos off then side swiped three BMWs or similar.

Nodding off on methadone is more like just being asleep than in a dream state in a Chinese opium den. So there's no black market and hard to get more (for me anyway)

The method of administration is a big part imo. The oral administration is important but I mean the pharmacist supervising my use, being handed it every day by someone sober and in a lab coat is powerful in and of itself. I can't get high and I'm never in withdrawal, I can't get more, I can't miss a day. I'm not really in charge of it, it doesn't cause the same cravings and mental obsession that other opiates do for me.

I wanted to reduce to 80mg coz a lot of people report side effects reducing around there, and the heart risk factors and shit drop a lot around 80mg compared to 120mg. I atcually only need one yearly ECG now I'm under 100mg.

90mg before but I'll write a new log about my methadone usage that's detailed and I'll lay it all out for feedback.

I believe I'm stable now and as long as I stay daily dosing at the pharmacy that will tick away in the background while I concentrate on my testosterone therapy and the 12 steps.

Suboxone on the other hand will get you high only the first or second time you try and abuse it and then it does it's job which is to fit so tight in the receptor that it blocks any other opoid from filling the Mu receptor. It stays in the receptor so you never get a buzz from it. The best thing I ever did was move from suboxone (buprenorphine) to sublicade (a monthly injection which dissipates slowly). Coming off sublicade there is zero withdrawal and trying to get high with anything else on any buprenorphine product is a complete waste of time. It's like having a constant flood of naloxone in your blood, it's just not gonna happen and you don't get cravings on suboxone either whereas every day you will crave your next methadone hit. There's a delta and kappa receptor too but using drugs that bind to those are NOT a good buzz.

Not suggesting you switch off methadone @vanlife_gymbum but just food for thought as it's what got @BeMe and myself off of everything entirely. Coming off methadone is nasty I've witnessed people having a hard time getting down to 10mg and trying to jump off from there and they get the same feelings as withdrawal where even the wind blowing your hair hurts LOL

Haha man I don't miss withdrawal... those days after I doubled up were insanely bad. I never let myself get into withdrawal like that back when I was trying to keep a job.

That last run on opiates was by far the worst one. Chasing the dragon on the regular at a school, at work in customers bathrooms, and at home, and no one had a clue.

It's so stressful having to fix during the day. I try not to be one of those guys who has to one-up the next guy to prove he's worse constantly but ten years straight of fixing at lunchtime I ran into problems a couple of times haha.

Most notably I'm officially banned from the Blacktown Police Training facility in Sydney.

When I worked as a digital forensic analyst for BAE Systems I got this job where the cops trainer quit at short notice and they needed a replacement to run his course, I just needed to present his material it wasn't difficult in that sense but possessing, prepping and using at a police satation for five days kinda sucked ass.

On the last night I had a few too many drinks and ah, I'm not sure what happened, but BAE lost that contract and I almost got fired, but they couldn't find a replacement for me so they just sucked it up in the end. Still got the officially-served letter somewhere, and a few photos from that night.

The way I got clean was going cold turkey and putting myself into a K hole for 3 weeks. Then I was addicted to ketamine for a while until it started destroying my bladder. Getting off ketamine cold turkey wasn't hard tho. At that point my life was a disaster and I realized it was time to turn things around and start putting the pieces back together.

Damn dude, that's hard-core!! Glad you got away from the K bro, a colostomy bag would have caused some imbalances in your physique 😅

Ya pissing out chunks of your bladder is a good wake up call.

If you can reduce your methadone then do it. Deal with the mini flu symptoms. Take it in steps. Methadone is just another bad thing to be addicted too. Just government issue. The sooner you can get off the better. Maybe as you get your test dialed in you'll start feeling better and it will make coming off easier.

Yeah I do talk to a lot of people online who swear by it.

Government doesn't offer the shot here but they try and make everyone take suboxone over methadone, but I have already had percipritated withdrawal and wouldn't even think about changing this, I'd shoot myself in the head if that happened again, I'm in a different headspace now and it's just not possible. PWD is indescrible.

There's this thing called the bernese method where you taper to 30mg of methadone and then microdose suboxone and titrate up the dose from there but thar sounds like insanity to me and I don't trust these fucks.

A dodgy inogaine clinic in Mexico wouldn't even take me at 30mg and these clowns talk about taking subs while on long acting full agonist opiods like it's just standard procedure. Doctors are way over rated in their skillset, knowledge, experience. I've even met some that were basically salesmen.

They lied to me about some major things, they're not on my side. They're like corporate HR, pretend to be helping you but atcually are only there to protect the company from you, and are atcually doing the opposite of helping.

They don't get my respect by default any more and I dont trust them. It's unacceptable to lie about peoples health, or at all, unless you're trying to pick up girls.

I encountered a Nautilus Ab Cruncher for the first time last night at the new gym which just opened in my neighbourhood.

I did 3 x 20 last night, and 3 x 50 today. How many of these should I aim for and how many times a week? What are the recovery times for an exercise like this?

I usually do 50 at a time and take a small break.... working my way to 1000. Sometimes I'm gassed and my last set is like 12 because I'm at 988 and I only have 12 left in me. However long it takes I don't stop til 1000.
 
Does anyone know the best place to get the chinese generic blue tops/grey tops/black tops, etc HGH? Napsgear has had them "coming soon" forever now and I only wanna check what's approved off EVO. My wallet is taking a hit at $350/100iu for the others. @BeMe @LevButlerov

Play around with the rep ranges until you figure out what gives you the best stimulus. For weighted ab movements I like 12-20 reps but you might be different.

From there it's just progressive overload like any other muscle

I haven't seen anything cheaper than $350 in a while.

Nordic fusion used to have kits that were $250 and $275 but they weren't on the recent list

Why do you want to add low dose aspirin?
It was when we were discussing raloxifene and my concern about it causing blood clots but I'm taking tamox/nolva as of yesterday so I'm not sure if this still applies. Amazon never delivered them so I got a refund and now may not need them anyway. Just checking if it's a good idea.

What's the deal with Collagen bro? My parents are taking it all of a sudden and I heard two boomers at a meeting gushing over it the other day.

It's a massively pushed item at the pharmacy now, I gotta look at racks of the shit waiting to get my dose.

I thought it was just for woman without the means to try the Lee Priest skin-care routine.

This shake looks sweet bro! I've decided to try get to 250g protein via steak, eggs & milk but if I fail that I'll crack and buy some whey.

I don't like where it comes from, who produces it or its history but slamming 75g of protein just like that is somewhat attractive.

If I have enough for a second tray of eggs at the farmers market this Sunday im gonna try the 12-egg and half/half (cream/milk) Vince Gironda shake.

Just one a day not three like he recommends running in a eight week cycle "like a course of DBOL". Heard good things about it. They know what they're talking about down at the burns ward.

I add a collagen peptide powder to my shakes. It's great for so many things. You're joints, ligaments, tendons, gut, skin, hair, on and on. If it provides even a fraction of the support it's capable of its worth it.

You don't need collagen in high doses if you're high protein, it's going to depend on your diet but collagen and bone broth help a lot. You have a tight budget, stick to the foods that work for you. @vanlife_gymbum

Good start to your anti gyno protocol! yes I suggest clients do baby aspirin eod, and I take it myself ed as well. You'll see a huge anti inflammatory positive.

What's the deal with Collagen bro? My parents are taking it all of a sudden and I heard two boomers at a meeting gushing over it the other day.

It's a massively pushed item at the pharmacy now, I gotta look at racks of the shit waiting to get my dose.

I thought it was just for woman without the means to try the Lee Priest skin-care routine.

This shake looks sweet bro! I've decided to try get to 250g protein via steak, eggs & milk but if I fail that I'll crack and buy some whey.

I don't like where it comes from, who produces it or its history but slamming 75g of protein just like that is somewhat attractive.

If I have enough for a second tray of eggs at the farmers market this Sunday im gonna try the 12-egg and half/half (cream/milk) Vince Gironda shake.

Just one a day not three like he recommends running in a eight week cycle "like a course of DBOL". Heard good things about it. They know what they're talking about down at the burns ward.
I tore the tendons in both my elbows armwrestling my 24 year old and 22 year old over and over because they wanted to beat me on Fathers Day. It took 6 weeks for me to get back to the gym and I was on cycle and still am and stayed on cycle for those 6 weeks too. I mega-dosed the collagen peptides (bag says take 5g/day so I take 20g/day - that's just my personality) as collagen is that primary structural protein that makes up your tendons, it's like scaffolding for new tissue repair. I upped my creatine to 20g/day and I'm staying there to use as a nootropic as well. I also pinned a boatload of healing peptides TB-500, BPC-157 and GHK copper directly into the injured area (it goes systemic but apparently the copper can work locally) and only stopped the healing peptides yesterday. I was back in the gym within 6 weeks lifting what I did when I was 14 years old and when you see today's log update you'll see I Wolverine'd myself back into shape in just shy of 12 weeks. Both my docs said it would be a 6-month layoff.

Today I was crushing the same weights I did before my injury only difference was less reps but I'm 90% back baby! Gotta love being a bodybuilder science nerd! I had to explain to my step-sons doc was beta cells were and that we didn't wanna fry his beta cells in his pancreas at a young age trying to get his A1C under control with such standard methods. Docs know nothing about peptides. Retatrutide even on an 11 year old could totally help reduce his odds of type 2 diabetes and it can also reverse fatty liver disease if it's caught early.

Questions:
- I can do a vacuum and when I flex my abs they look good and 'blocky'. Despite this I have what's called "ab muscle laxity" where I can look ripped with abs one second and then push out a big pot belly if I want to and look pregnant too. Apparently it's genetic but has a lot to do with visceral fat. My question is: I'd be all over retatrutide as it helps nuke visceral fat but it seems like it would be upwards of the price of HGH if I got up to a 5mg dose of it. Is there a retatrutide results or before/after retatrutide thread on here anywhere? I eat so much protein and meats I'm not hungry so I'm not looking for the food noise intervention but moreso the visceral fat incineration. Any feedback? @BeMe @LevButlerov

My old boss got into a gambling related arm-wrestling match at a bar in Singapore and did not emerge the victor.

The scan of the X-ray of his lower arm broken clearly in two he sent me replaced the giant rat on my nightmares.
 
While it's a fun thing to do there's no actual need to hit 700+g protein

I haven't ever even heard of that before. I thought Dorian Yates was extreme mentioning 400g. I recon I can do 250 or 300g as I adapt to mostly eating meat more.

No @Mobster is correct. My 700+ protein per day is overkill. It's been a byproduct of my almost completely carnivore diet and red meat. I'm basically doing 3+g per pound of bodyweight when 2g per pound is lots. I've been avoiding carbs but am going to incorporate brown rice more (like this morning for example) and steel cut organic rolled oats so more of my calories come from healthy slow carbs.

I'm surprised my uric acid hasn't given me gout yet with this diet! LOL.

- @LevButlerov With my N2Guard arriving Wednesday can I go ahead with they gyno therapy you recommended? 40 Nolva/6.25 aromasin/81mg baby aspirin/3 caps N2Guard. I can start the N2Guard when it arrives Wednesday. My gyno was rated grade 1 only, by the surgeon and am going for an ultrasound to see how big the lump is beacause he thinks it's mostly fatty tissue (causing the sag). They're the true superfood. How to you cook them bro? I like boiled throughout the day and carry a few in my man-bag, or scrambled coz it's fast.

With the amount that you eat, how do you even feel fasted? When I was getting up to 600g of protein I felt well fed even if my food was digested I suppose your workouts and your metabolism are levels beyond what I have done.

I have a little anecdote about melanotan 2. It might just be me or the product that I had, but every time I took it, eventually I would develop lower back pain. And it could get bad. I stop it, it would resolve in a few days. Start again, it came back. My skin is a little more tan, and without a tan I have a slightly yellow tone that turns more golden. Pretty common Scandinavian skin tone I think. With melanotan 2, I turn a sort of dirty brown quite quickly. I used it to prevent burns early in the season as well as just an experiment in vanity, but I much prefer my natural tan

@ROIDDERS @Ulter i agree it’s a monster stack and I’ve run them all before in some combo just not all together in this combo. I’m almost done the cycle and I don’t think I’ll go this high at my age again. I’m getting to 205 with less BF from 193 and then thinking of a high end TRT dose with EQ and Reta. Very excited about Reta. I know from my bloods I can run that all year basically.

With the amount that you eat, how do you even feel fasted? When I was getting up to 600g of protein I felt well fed even if my food was digested I suppose your workouts and your metabolism are levels beyond what I have done.

I was wondering that too. When I'm fully fat adapted and only eating meat it's super satiating and I sometimes went to bed completely forgetting to eat.
 
Yes I got pretty skinny like that after a while. You gotta make it happen.

Interesting. I think that's one of its super powers, among others.

But people don't give it long enough.

Need at least a month IMHO, but if they gave it a honest shot for 90 days they'd start to get it.

I'm excited about it, I've never tired to lose weight before and have always had a beer gut and bitch tits.
Retatrutide is a life changer but you have limited food so try to buy low fat foods with reta if you can, like low fat milk etc, easier to digest with this GLP1.

I've got the carb refeed day on Saturdays (tomorrow for me) but could just do ground beef with all the fat rendered out, I usually soak that up with eggs.

That'll be no carbs apart from the refeed day and low fat, I never tried that before but plenty of body fat available, haha.

I probably wouldn't normally do that but now I'm on external testosterone things are different I guess.

Let's say my current cycle/goal is 100 days and I'll re-evaluate everything completely then and continue making adjustments as I get feedback and observe things myself.

There are fruit and vegetables available at the farmers market if I need too, and for far less money than I'm spending on meat.

I was planning on saving that for another time/season and just do meat & eggs to keep things simple and get sliced and reduce a few cup sizes.

I'm open to anything though.

You should stick to your diet for you as it is since working but once you start the retatrutide see which foods you can digest :D go slow.
 
While it's a fun thing to do there's no actual need to hit 700+g protein
@Mobster While I'm in total agreement with this I'd love hear the science behind not needing that high of protein. It's at the point now where my diet is such that I can't help but get to 600 now every day and sometimes 700. I'd have to add in more carbs and less meat which would bloat me and I'd look soft; I've tried for decades to make carbs work for me and the only time they do is if I wanna show up somewhere looking super filled out I can binge eat some fast carbs and look amazing for that night only. But the daily dense and lean look I need this diet.

I’m almost done the cycle and I don’t think I’ll go this high at my age again. I’m getting to 205 with less BF from 193 and then thinking of a high end TRT dose with EQ and Reta. Very excited about Reta. I know from my bloods I can run that all year basically.

It's been 10 weeks of this I have two weeks to go and I'm counting the days... it's been a ride man. From 205lbs, injured and went down to 193lbs and building myself back to 205 again or more. Gained 10lbs so far from my 193lbs and BF has barely gone up. This log and EVO has helped IMMENSELY!

And yes, I walk around with a constant food baby and feel like I weigh 400lbs LOL.

You're a lucky man! I had a Japanese girlfriend for the two years I lived in Tokyo back in the day, she was like a master chef, could do fancy knife tricks and stuff too, but she was just an average Japanese girl, they're all masters.

Also Tokyo constantly smells of BBQ meat so you just want to eat meat all the time =)

This massive cycle ends on 20Sep (two more pins) and I plan on being above 205lbs with lower BF than when I started. My question is, on 21Sep what should be throw the nutrition out the window celebration cheat meal? I'm thinking I go big and do a leg and deadlift day and then hit a buffet somewhere and go apeshit on anything I want. Or order two large pizzas and try and get through them both?

Then dial the gear back start the RETA and stay at 205+ at 5'9" but rock solid and lean.

Any thoughts?
 
Log INJURY 06Sep data update:

-I'm in my 12th week of a 14 week cycle. Started at about 205lbs at 17% BF
-Around the beginning of cycle while I was trying to drop BF before starting I tore my tendons armwrestling (both arms) on 15June2025 and ended up losing weight and strength so fast I went down to 193lbs fast!
-Stayed on cycle and started this log and dove into EVO on 26Jul2025
-Used peptide science, EVO motivation and advice, pure grit with my log holding me accountable to build back to my old weight lifts today, after a 6 week lay-off from the gym from 15Jun until late July.
-Now back up to 203lbs on 06Sep2025 and shooting to get back to 205lbs at 15% BF

The cycle ended up being to offset what the injury did (and would have done even worse) had I not stayed determined.

I just shocked my own self and looked at the graph and realized I went down to 188lbs after the injury. So journey from 188lbs to 205lbs. Crazy.

To never, ever, do it again :ROFLMAO:. As bodybuilders we don't train to put that much torque or strain on our tendons at that angle. Being strong at that specific angle has no use except in armwrestling or maybe in rock climbing.

Ya man I was doing this on my own and then got injured bad, found EVO and went all-in with my first post on 26Jul2025. Finding EVO is what motivated me to go from 188lbs (as seen in the graph) back to 205lbs and I have about 90-95% of my strength back. Staying on cycle and not giving up along with the peptides ended up being a great idea or I'd still be wearing a brace.

205 is nearly 100kg right? That's a lot of extra lean muscle man! You'll already be strong as fuck compared to most guys out there.

Ya bro it's 93kg. If I could keep my BF% the same I'd go to 100kg but it would take forever. I don't like to put on fluffy bullshit water weight just to lift more for nothing and have it just go away after I'm off the bloatlord type juice. I prefer the what you see is what you get look, meaning I have good cardio and can go no matter the weight I'm at. I could get to 100kg easy but I'd be out of breath putting the groceries away LOL.

Nice man, I agree with all that and my goals are very similar. I saw this interview with Lee Haney once where he said at his gym they used to "diet up" for a show not bulk and cut. That seemed like a good idea to me.

Nah man they have these places called Izakaya in every building on every corner, often translated as "pub" but that's not right, they're meat places that server beer, but I don't call a bar a peanut stand so I dunno where that came from.

At the Izayaka they usually have the kotatsu floor tables, they all look kinda the same. At the table there is a small grill and they bring you plates of thinly sliced raw meat and you grab it with your chopsticks and throw it on the little grill yourself, or just eat it raw if you're already half drunk or late for the train or whatever.

I think this is because steel was rare in Japan, so only the chief has a knife and does all the cutting, everyone else has chopsticks which are just bits of wood. But I think a lot of things.

You can get any type of beef, chicken, fish or offal. Side bowls of rice are just the default and one will come as soon as you sit down. The Japanese also use rice as a 'palet clenser' to wash the taste of one thing out before trying the next.

Every weird part of an animal I've ever eaten was at one of these in Japan. Tongue is really common

There's also a similar style called Shabu Shabu where there's a communal hot water trough that goes around the whole counter like at a Sushi Train place execpt instead of train tracks there's a river of boiling water.

Then you pickup the thinly sliced meat with your chopsticks and dip it in the water and hold for ten seconds and it's cooked.

Here's my bloods from 2 days ago during my blast cycle. In my humble opinion my liver is somehow in good shape as are my kidneys. I think Lev recommended 2 caps because it's part of a gyno reduction cycle of Nolva/Aromasin at 40mg/6.25 with the N2Guard as support. Take a look though if you can read the Canadian results and let me know what you think.

What do you use the N2Guard for personally?

p.s. Today is a rest day but I'm gonna hit 600 protein easy again I have 1.5lbs of ground bison thawed and ready in the fridge with a protein shake to go with it. Breakfast was 500g of egg whites with 6 eggs and a steak haha. I'm on a mission!

My goal will be to try to hang onto all the muscle and try and slightly lower my BF% where it's at now around 16% until I'm done the cycle. Then lean out with RETA on an undecided cruise and maintain at 200lbs. Or! Should I just keep blasting for the next two weeks?

One place my boss took me, I think he was the richest guy I ever met, he could bribe the police in Japan somehow which is unheard of outside Yakuza bosses and whatever. We went 190km a hour though the tunnel under Tokyo in his mazarati sports car surving around traffic too, and kept that up for half an hour until we got to this restaurant

It was laid like how their federal villages used to be the village head would have this entertaining shack with one of those BBQ tables in it. This one had a little lake with staff fishing in it and they'd bring the bring the fish to you still alive on a stick the sadistic fucks but it was pretty sweet.

My Japanese was poor at this time and rich boss was bad at English too and I tried to make a joke about how we are taught not to eat raw chicken and next thing I know a man appeared holding a chicken.

This was in 2005 and I can't remember what the exact sequence of events were but the things I remember were guy offering to let ME kill the chicken, I was like I'm with rich guy, we're the customer bro you do it, and he did.

And then he stayed to see the what the white guy recons of the most expensive chicken in a Tokyo and I had to eat this shit without spewing or dry retching with these guys watching me.

Wow so that's 152g Protein in the shake all up? That's pretty crazy atcually. I want to get in on this but how do you find getting those down?

I was thinking of blending six eggs, two bananas and the whey we found yesterday when I get it, and for the liquid use half n half if normal milk had too many carbs and additives. The half and half trick is what Vince Gironda wrote about in his book for his 36-eggs-via-shake cycle. 12 eggs in half/half, three times a day... yumbo.

I know a lot of carnivore guys like blueberries because they're largely in the same form as millions of years ago compared to say bananas which we would not recognise as food how they used to be. But would they work as well or have too much sugar? Skin fruit like that I think I can already buy from Islanders and they're really easy to store.

😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 one of the only people that ever beat me as an adult was an Asian guy in a bar hahaha. There was a whole bunch of people arm wrestling. I said I wanted the winner. The winner said, “nah, you can arm wrestle him”. Well the guy wasn’t very big and he was covered up. Took me down like nothing and then pulled up his sleeve. Forearm was like a football. His arm was so short he really just twisted my wrist hahaha.

You look good the size is legit I really think you are much thicker right now.
For the retatrutide, if you add it, first lets see how you feel and we can dial back fat and protein for more carbs and protein.

Nolva Q, it definitely can for some people. Nolva plays with your estrogen and that can throw your mood out of balance pretty quick. Some guys get short tempered, some just feel flat or annoyed easier than usual. It’s not everyone, but it’s common enough that it’s worth keeping an eye on. If you notice it getting worse, you might want to adjust we could have lowered e2 too much. Lets switch to 20mgs nolvadex AM and no pm dose and 6.25mgs aromasin EOD.

I can get e2 checked as well in a couple weeks and see if we've crushed it or have it in range; I'm fine if the e2 is even in the mid to mid/high range.
 
Ok I can adjust starting tonight. I felt it big time yesterday for the first time then was fine again today. N2Guard is due to arrive tomorrow as well.
