4 days into PCT. I've done a upper and lower session and strength has stayed the same. Keen to see how this goes over the coming weeks.
A typical day eating at the moment looks like this:
Breakfast and Lunch: Beef or Chicken stir fry w rice.
Tea: varies although lean meat source (Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork) with typical carb source (Potato, Pasta, Rice). usually around 850 cals. This is always directly after training so is my biggest meal of the day.
Snacks: my remaining cals is usually filled up by fruits and/or dairy sources.
Overall: ~210g P, 210g C, 70g F. 2310 cals.
Will be getting blood work done in 3-4 weeks to check how recovery is going. I've attached touchdown pics, have definitely leaned out a little whilst gaining some muscle size so that's a Win. Once bloods are good I'll be looking at cutting to 75kg (currently hovering between 80-82kg) and then assess what's next after that. Hopefully some conditioning comes into my legs with further fat loss as well I typically hold more fat there.
