Approved Log My LGD-4033 Mk677 SARMS Cycle Log

Bloods aren't bad, but TUDCA and nac not the only thing you need for cycle support, you need about 20+ ingredients which n2guard has, instead of going 1 by 1 just get the n2guard use lower doses and the bottle lasts 2 months easy. @Archie
Ok will get n2gaurd and HCGenerate.

4 days into PCT. I've done a upper and lower session and strength has stayed the same. Keen to see how this goes over the coming weeks.
A typical day eating at the moment looks like this:
Breakfast and Lunch: Beef or Chicken stir fry w rice.
Tea: varies although lean meat source (Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork) with typical carb source (Potato, Pasta, Rice). usually around 850 cals. This is always directly after training so is my biggest meal of the day.
Snacks: my remaining cals is usually filled up by fruits and/or dairy sources.
Overall: ~210g P, 210g C, 70g F. 2310 cals.
Will be getting blood work done in 3-4 weeks to check how recovery is going. I've attached touchdown pics, have definitely leaned out a little whilst gaining some muscle size so that's a Win. Once bloods are good I'll be looking at cutting to 75kg (currently hovering between 80-82kg) and then assess what's next after that. Hopefully some conditioning comes into my legs with further fat loss as well I typically hold more fat there.

4 days into pct is only the early time :D but you look really good pumped. @Archie
I would suggest you start cutting training by 50% volume.

@LevButlerov By only early time you mean, maintaining gains etc Will be harder in the coming weeks? Also running 10mg mk677 with PCT.
Noted on volume, I've been trying to keep weights the same but dialing intensity down slightly.

As the weeks go PCT will be harder and more emotional and difficult. @Archie

@Archie the chicken and beef is looking good if you ask me. keep up the good grind. protein is on point!

Hit Upper1 yesterday. Dialled back the volume as suggested, still went to approx 80-90% intensity. Workout still felt great but woke up feeling pretty good not to much fatigue. Trying to prioritize recovery.

Donuts vs steak matters right :D
I would still have more protein in PCT.

Yeh 100% I more meant whether it's ground beef or chicken or pork etc.
More protein? How much you recommend? I am only 80kg.
You can do 250 easy!

Lookin thick. Food is great

Had a tooth implant on Monday so haven't been able to train yet this week (going crazy lol). Still been keeping PCT up and trying to get enough calories/protein through liquid and soft food. Hopefully I'll be able to get back into it by the weekend.

Tooth implant, what happened?

Tooth implant, what happened?
I used to have a click in tooth on a denture. They have now put a titanium screw in and put a false tooth on it so essentially it's like a normal tooth. Knocked me round more than I thought it would post op tho haha

That implant takes a bigger toll than people think, healing around the screw can leave you drained for a bit. Good thing is once it settles, it’ll feel way sturdier than the old denture click ever did. Give your body time to bounce back and keep food softer for now so the area heals clean.

Back on deck as of this week. Done an upper session today and the body felt better for the weeks rest. Looking forward to getting back into it over the next few weeks. Will get bloods early next week to see how I'm tracking, keen to get into the cut.

Clean meal pics :D
Good call taking that week off, body always feels fresher once you get back under the weights. Upper session moving smooth is a good sign you’re ready to push again. Bloods next week will give you a clean picture before the cut so you can line everything up right.

I'm still alive everybody! Sorry for lack of updates but personal life has been hectic the last month or so. I've only been managing an upper and lower session per week but I don't think that's been a bad thing tbh haven't lost any strength and body feels like it's recovering well. Still been eating clean and aim to finally get bloods on Thursday.

@Archie there is a super clean meal. It's boring and it's simple but it absolutely works. More people should be eating healthy like that.

Cheers @Dreamer , as per above for how long I've been off.

I need to do ore research on setting up for it.
anything we start with should be sports TRT and move from there, always slow
300mgs test is the base @Archie

Bloods looking good mate. First I've seen your log so went back and had a look at your photos. Looking really good. You're meals look awesome too!

Got bloods pre cycle post cycle and post PCT post PCT bloods are pretty much same as pre cycle which is good!

12 weeks?

Have been looking at Anavar and is probably what I would of done although a lot of mixed reviews on a Var only cycle....Are you meaning Anavar only or Anavar with a test base?
I'm saying test base and anavar :D light cycle of course

I'll think about it haha....biggest decision is if I want to try and continue using anabolics or go back to natty gains. Would the gains from a low dose test + var cycle be somewhat maintainable if I had a dialed in PCT and then went back to being on nothing? Don't want to be using TRT (yet anyway lol).

you should be able to keep gains but being on lgd is not actually natty :D @Archie

Hahaha yeh I'm defo not calling LGD natty, I more meant back to natty gains as in keep on progressing going forward not being on any Sarms, Steroids or any sort of research compound just good old fashioned eating, sleep and progressive overload.

I think if you go all in you go all in :D

Go with sarms and we pct after in that case :D @Archie
I enjoyed LGD I may run that again in a couple at months. Would only do 10mg tho, or potentially Rad. Do you have any opinion on what sarms to run?

rad140 is a good call with some cardarine and hcgenerate :D @Archie

Sweet....10mg? Cardarine on cycle rather than during PCT with mk677 to give me a boost whilst recovering?
You can do cardarine on and off 8/6 style and swap in stenabolic sr9009.
for pct hcgenerate nolvadex mk677 @Archie
for rad140 10mgs is the start but we need your training and diet dialed in
and the whole time you need organ liver support n2guard, sarms are liver toxic to a degree

Cheers this sounds good. Training and Diet is very locked in. Cutting atm (about 7kg down from LGD cycle no strength loss).
Only problem for me with the sr9009 is I don't trust myself to remember to take 3-5 doses per day with the short half life haha.
Is there any reason for n2 guard specifically? I currently use Day one tonic liver support and for every two capsules I'm getting the equivalent amount of TUDCA and 200mg more NAC than I would be for 7 caps of n2 guard. Assuming it's the benefit of all the extra Ingredients?

you can do sr9009 around training so you dont forget @Archie
for n2guard? its tested and tried for liver and organs and body not just liver support
@toddthelineman had bloods on it and it was a big win!
up to you what you use but I'm telling you supps that actually worked real life for guys in the EVO family

Thanks everyone that commented with their thoughts & motivation during this Log, appreciate the input. Particularly @LevButlerov who continually gave me advice and feedback, much appreciated mate you were a great help! The focus for me now is staying consistent with my training, eating well and shedding body fat (although I will be on the piss a bit over the Christmas/New year period). The idea is to prime myself for my next run which will most likely be Rad (still researching this and thinking about whether to add anything in with it). Planning on doing this around Feb/March and I'll definitely be putting a log up for it. Until then I'll be looking forward to following other peoples logs on here!

Haha no promises :D
Well done mate, hopefully your xmas is nice and relaxing, try to take it easy with the piss 😂. Any plans of any hormones or aas?
One day yes, but at the moment the plan is to take it slow doing 1-2 sarm cycles per year and allowing plenty of time to recover from them. Also want to get much leaner before my next cycle to put myself in the best spot possible to grow.

Awesome work brother, it is nice to let the hair down a little and also give yourself a mental reset after each phase.
Enjoy the Christmas break and indulge a little of course. Just remember if your priming yourself for the next phase you dont want to set yourself further back then you have to.
Merry Christmas brother and looking forward to the next log 🔥👊
