Are these macros before you throw the steak into it? Good technique btw, I like to steak up my soups too.

In Japan they stick bacon into salad, you barely see it around but if there's something that looks vaguely vegetarian you know it'll be loaded with bacon.

Ya man that was just the stew itself and then I slice the steaks thin and throw them in and slam it down. I thought it was gonna be for two meals but I ate the entire thing. Hence the enormous calorie intake yesterday. So there was the stew and then this on top of it:

That's absolutely savage bro. I did catch the 440g of fat you had, I usually don't care about that number but the reta is forcing me to. It's gonna be sweet though.

  • As this comes to an end I'm really starting to appreciate and realize how EVO brought me back from my injury and pushed me to get over 205lbs and strong again. Also have gained a huge respect for the pros on the board who do this day in and day out with the eating and lifting and logging. The attention to detail every single day has been mind boggling for me especially the protein intake (which has worked like magic!) but how pros do it all year round man I have a newfound appreciation for them.

- I have a big question for post cycle. I don't need an answer now but I'm looking to maintain my gains on a 1 year cruise if my bloods are in check using Test and EQ with proviron. I'm taking any and all advice on a good safe 1 year cruise. I'm on TRT forever so as long as my bloods get back to baseline or are even a bit elevated I'm fine with that. I'll post this question in more detail when this is done.

- Does anyone else get a bit sad when their blast is coming to an end :ROFLMAO:. Like saying goodbye to an old friend that you know you have to leave because if you stay he'll kill you but you love him anyway? :ROFLMAO:

- @LevButlerov @BeMe What dose of biopiperine do you recommend? Is 5g ED of Taurine enough to start?

I did a bit of a deep dive into one of my local supermarket's store-brand bacon and came to the conclusion that it contained 27% ingredients that are not-bacon, so I stopped eating their bacon and haven't found a source of good bacon to replace it.

It's a lot cheaper than beef here and you could make mean bone broths and soups and slow cooker meal-prep loads with a cheap load of bacon offcuts. I used to do this at my cabin cooking outside in a Dutch oven on a pot belly stove:

One of those would be that nights dinner, tomorrow's lunch and four individual meals for the freezer. I used the soup pot at the side to make bone broth out of all the scrap bones I collected in the freezer from cooking through the past couple of weeks and then strained it into the Dutch oven to be the base for the stew.

Probably a lot of fat in all those ideas tho.

Gotta love Costco for bodybuilders!!

That’s a serious run you’ve put together, everything lined up and dialed in. Protein intake is insane, no wonder you’re holding size and keeping those abs tighter even with a bump in body fat. Training looks solid too, lot of volume and you’re grinding every set to failure which shows in the progress. Respect for keeping the log this detailed, it’s the kind of consistency that separates casual lifters from guys who actually transform. @HarleyGuy TRUE protein king! :D

I think you should come into TRT for about 4 weeks, TRT+ so think test+hgh and bridge between cycles.

Does anyone? LOL! of course! we all sad when good blasts close out, anyone says otherwise is a liar :P but thats the bodybuilding life, we live in cycles.

I felt a binge coming on (almost 9:30pm EST here) so this time I made a massive bowl of red peppers cucumbers feta cheese and shredded cheese with ground beef! Once I’m done this if I still need Doritos there’s a problem! LOL

I'm taking any and all advice on a good safe 1 year cruise. I'm on TRT forever so as long as my bloods get back to baseline or are even a bit elevated I'm fine with that. Just got to the biker part. I was wondering how you joined a club with your police background but now it makes sense. The clubs I know being a cop is the one of the few hard passes these days. Even black dudes are welcome now.

Didn't know you were a O cop. I did police foundations outta high school and they told us about how hard that job is with the drinking and depression. Seemed to really get the guys out in the middle of no where they said. Sounds like a tough job and then even harder doing what you did.

My brother's on the job and those guys were trying to recruit him and he was like fuckkkkk no. He's a local cop here in the city and loves it.

  • As this comes to an end I'm really starting to appreciate and realize how EVO brought me back from my injury and pushed me to get over 205lbs and strong again. Also have gained a huge respect for the pros on the board who do this day in and day out with the eating and lifting and logging. The attention to detail every single day has been mind boggling for me especially the protein intake (which has worked like magic!) but how pros do it all year round man I have a newfound appreciation for them.

- I have a big question for post cycle. I don't need an answer now but I'm looking to maintain my gains on a 1 year cruise if my bloods are in check using Test and EQ with proviron. I'm taking any and all advice on a good safe 1 year cruise. I'm on TRT forever so as long as my bloods get back to baseline or are even a bit elevated I'm fine with that. I'll post this question in more detail when this is done.

It's the mild mannered, jovial and humble ones that are kind by default that you have to be careful of and not set off. It's not the ones that give you the stare acting all tough. The humble quiet ones that enjoy their serenity and if you fuck with it too long, you're done. LOL

I take 15g with each meal with 2 Digest Gold and wash them down with a swig of Apple Cider vinegar with mother. Every time I take a swig of that shit my girlfriend knows because I audibly let out a "wooooooo faaack me" behind the fridge door that's open. It's like the world's worst tequila shot and I love it!

I felt a binge coming on (almost 9:30pm EST here) so this time I made a massive bowl of red peppers cucumbers feta cheese and shredded cheese with ground beef! Once I’m done this if I still need Doritos there’s a problem! LOL

Back work was solid, cable rows built up nicely into the 130s and finishing with a burnout at 100 really filled the lats. Bent over rows with the 100s gave you that heavy pull, then dropping to 70 for failure was a good way to finish them off. how does your gyno feel?
If I'm the Protein King then you are the EVO board Log feedback king. I don't know how you keep up with them all I'm amazed. I'm trying to but it's hard to keep track of which logs I'm needing to revisit and check up on etc. I mainly pipe in to new posts of the newcomers and try and get them sorted out on here as best I can.

For the gyno: The irritability is completely gone. I can feel my E2 is lower for sure because my libido used to be a 8/10 and now it's like a 4/10 and takes me longer to finish. The right lump seems to be shrinking and the left one which was the bigger one doesn't feel as hard as it used to. I'm realizing there's some low grade gyno but it's a lot of just fat accumulation there too. I'm getting an ultrasound of the gyno in November so I'll know more about what grade it is and whether it's mostly fat or not. I've got viagra, cialis, and PT-141 for the girlfriend so I'll bump it back to 20mg twice a day with 6.25 aromasin ED to see if the irritability comes back or not if you recommend. I also have raloxifene on hand if you ever suggest I switch to that as well.

With the biopirne you need to be concerned about the doses of your current supplements because it's going the enhance the uptake.

I know you like to go over the recommended doses a lot lol. Might be a good idea to back down to recommended dosages on stuff once you add the biopirne in.

Ya I've been able to figure out that if I keep a high Test with a slow ester and use faster esters along side it (fast 19-Nor and DHT esters) it keeps my gains clean and slow with the diet that I use.

I completely agree and this 16-week run is over as of tomorrow. My last pin is tomorrow. Then it's TRT cruise at high range, reta, and the gyno reduction.

I remember mentioning this sometime but can't remember if you'd tried it before? If not I wouldn't stock the freezer with that sale meat or shoot anything new. It's crazy shit 😅
 
If I'm the Protein King then you are the EVO board Log feedback king. I don't know how you keep up with them all I'm amazed. I'm trying to but it's hard to keep track of which logs I'm needing to revisit and check up on etc. I mainly pipe in to new posts of the newcomers and try and get them sorted out on here as best I can.

For the gyno: The irritability is completely gone. I can feel my E2 is lower for sure because my libido used to be a 8/10 and now it's like a 4/10 and takes me longer to finish. The right lump seems to be shrinking and the left one which was the bigger one doesn't feel as hard as it used to. I'm realizing there's some low grade gyno but it's a lot of just fat accumulation there too. I'm getting an ultrasound of the gyno in November so I'll know more about what grade it is and whether it's mostly fat or not. I've got viagra, cialis, and PT-141 for the girlfriend so I'll bump it back to 20mg twice a day with 6.25 aromasin ED to see if the irritability comes back or not if you recommend. I also have raloxifene on hand if you ever suggest I switch to that as well.
Dont go back up to 20mgs 2x/day, it's not going to help. Stay on the doses we planned please. Ralox hold off for now. @HarleyGuy
 
Right now I'm running:

25mg NF dbol ED

Pin half of the above e3d (Sunday/Wednesday) w/ dbol ED.
5'9" 205lbs 14% BF at 48 years old. Diet is a variation of keto where it's mostly proteins and fats with about 50-100g carbs timed before workouts; workouts about 3x week.

Goals: Keep the look I have just drop more BF and try and stay at same weight (obviously LOL)

Bloods, E2, Prolactin, SHBG, FreeT are all in check (FreeT out of range LOL) with my E2&Prolactin somehow being quite low LOL. Total cholesterol in the higher range which I expected but nothing worrisome.

Two questions:
1. NFTitan was really big on recommending DHB but I'm hesitant to create or run a cycle with it. Anyone have any feedback on DHB?
2. I injured both arms way overdoing it armwrestling and fucked my tendons up. Now, I'm sore AF with pain in my elbows and only lifting half what I used. I'm running Chase Iron's GLOW (TB-500, BPC-157, GHK-CU) at 250mcg twice a day and it helped a shit ton in only 4 weeks (supposed to be a 3-6 month setback). I've stayed on cycle and seem to be maintaining. Would anyone fine tune it based on less weight and times per week in the gym due to the injury?

@HarleyGuy tb, bpc and ghk are good options. you need to stay on them atleast 3-4 months to get the most benefits. hopefully you feel better soon
Just adding in here -- I did a three month round on GHK-Cu and holy mackerel my SKIN. I can't put my finger on what it was, but it was almost like, it held moisture in a way it hasn't done since my thirties? So there was a hydration level there that I just could not get before? It took about a month to see the difference. But pinning it is horrible. I had pain from EVERY SINGLE ONE. Had to do it at least two hours before bed because the pain was so bad it would keep me awake. I started mixing BCP and GHK together -- it seemed to soften the pin pain.

Ya I've been able to figure out that if I keep a high Test with a slow ester and use faster esters along side it (fast 19-Nor and DHT esters) it keeps my gains clean and slow with the diet that I use.

I completely agree and this 16-week run is over as of tomorrow. My last pin is tomorrow. Then it's TRT cruise at high range, reta, and the gyno reduction.

This reminds me of a guy I met at my PAL training course. He was a solid 220lbs but ran ultra marathons. At lunch he pulled out one of those pre cooked full chickens and an apple. I went out for a vape, came back and it was gone and he was eating the apple. I asked him where the chicken went and the guy next to him said he ate the whole thing..I was like you ate and entire chicken in less than 10 mins. He goes buddy, I take down atleast 6 birds a day LMAO.

  • As this comes to an end I'm really starting to appreciate and realize how EVO brought me back from my injury and pushed me to get over 205lbs and strong again. Questions:
- I have a big question for post cycle. I don't need an answer now but I'm looking to maintain my gains on a 1 year cruise if my bloods are in check using Test and EQ with proviron. I'm taking any and all advice on a good safe 1 year cruise. I'm on TRT forever so as long as my bloods get back to baseline or are even a bit elevated I'm fine with that. I'll post this question in more detail when this is done.

- Does anyone else get a bit sad when their blast is coming to an end :ROFLMAO:. Like saying goodbye to an old friend that you know you have to leave because if you stay he'll kill you but you love him anyway? :ROFLMAO:

i am not sure i would mix peptides. they are very fragile. what else did you notice on GHK?

i am not sure i would mix peptides. they are very fragile. what else did you notice on GHK?
@Ulter The way I would describe GHK-Cu (copper peptide) is by using an analogy. If you add salt to a small dish of water you'll notice the salt moves to the water. With GHK it does that with collagen. I tore my tendons early on in my big cycle that's ending today and went down to 188lbs from 205 after the injury due to a deflating layoff. I was getting 'decent' results with TB500 & BPC but when I added the GHK it was noticeably synergistic and healing ramped up. Then, and this isn't for the faint of heart, I pinned the GHK directly into the injury sites (elbow tendons) and took 20g of collagen with each meal and I healed up in 6 weeks when the doc said I would be off for 6 months. Now I'm back and up to 208lbs this morning and lifting heavier than I was before the injury.

So in a nutshell, it draws collagen to the injury site and is like a scaffolding for repair. It's the only time that PIP was actually annoying for me. I usually laugh at people who complain about PIP because suck it up, nobody cares, and work harder, but the PIP with GHK is a doozy. But, suck it up, nobody cares, and work harder LOL, because it works.

That's interesting because after my weight loss, my skin is not bouncing back. a little loose.

If you check my log from beginning to now, and to sum it super fast I went from 270lbs down to 188lbs and now over 3 years I built it to 209lbs of hard and solid. To this day I still have lower abs skin that I can pull out about 4" away from my body. It's just elasticity that is leftover. I call it my "ex fat guy skin". There's ways to deal with it but sometimes surgery is the best option too.

If it isn't that severe there's all sorts of compounds you can try. I'd megadose collagen and run GHK-Cu with HGH.

- Cycle is done. My levels are going to be through the roof as are my lipids and cholesterol etc. What I usually have done is wait 4 weeks cold turkey, nothing, then get bloods done and see where I'm at and start TRT accordingly. Plan is to do TRT until bloods are in range and then run a 'cruise' of TRT w/ EQ for about a year. Any advice on adjusting this strategy?

It’s 01:33am here and my night meds are making me binge BUT @BeMe rest assured I got turkey pepperettes and cheddar cheese on hand. No Doritos. LOL.

This probably puts me over 800g protein for Friday 19Sep. Will add to my journal in morning haha

@Ulter The way I would describe GHK-Cu (copper peptide) is by using an analogy. If you add salt to a small dish of water you'll notice the salt moves to the water. With GHK it does that with collagen. I tore my tendons early on in my big cycle that's ending today and went down to 188lbs from 205 after the injury due to a deflating layoff. I was getting 'decent' results with TB500 & BPC but when I added the GHK it was noticeably synergistic and healing ramped up. Then, and this isn't for the faint of heart, I pinned the GHK directly into the injury sites (elbow tendons) and took 20g of collagen with each meal and I healed up in 6 weeks when the doc said I would be off for 6 months. Now I'm back and up to 208lbs this morning and lifting heavier than I was before the injury.

So in a nutshell, it draws collagen to the injury site and is like a scaffolding for repair. It's the only time that PIP was actually annoying for me. I usually laugh at people who complain about PIP because suck it up, nobody cares, and work harder, but the PIP with GHK is a doozy. But, suck it up, nobody cares, and work harder LOL, because it works.

@Fitasfuckisthegoal you can request a new avatar pic through direct messaging a mod with a new pic if you don't like your ass in that shot (just answering your question not trying to be creepy :ROFLMAO:). But, to be a little on the creepy side I'll say that no, your ass isn't scary LOL.

No I wouldn't substitute GHK for either of the other two except in one case (explained below) specifically for tendon injury. But it could never replace BPC.

@stevesmi @Mobster I was asked on the podcast about GHK-Cu and I wish I had have gone into more detail about what it does and the results I experienced especially compared to BPC and TB


I'd rank them as follows:
1. BPC-157 (subQ systemic pinned anywhere)
2. TB-500 (subQ systemic pinned anywhere)
3. GHK-Cu (to be run only with BPC and TB for injuries and pinned locally into the injury I found made a difference)

  • In general: 1&2 work amazing together and can be run in general for any bodybuilder (BPC & TB) at any time
  • For specific tendon injury if I had to choose only two of them and cost mattered: 1&3 together would be my choice (BPC & GHK) pinned into the injury
  • If money doesn't matter and you can afford it: All three all the time

Dosing total ED:
1. BPC = 500mcg (I would pin half this dose AM and half PM)
2. TB = 500mcg (I would pin half this dose AM and half PM)
3. GHK = 2.5mg (I would pin half this dose AM and half PM)

If I could have afforded it I would have doubled the above doses for the 10 weeks I ran it or at the least just extended it and still have it in my protocol.

Glad to see your making much healthier choices late night these days. You work so hard constantly, training, your diet, then to blow it all up with a late night binge makes no sense right. You got this bro! Stay the course. It's no different then staying sober,.it's

I just meant my T levels today not even needing bloodwork. I did bloods very early on in cycle and they were decent and posted. Then posted bloods mid cycle and they were as expected, not great with T way out of range and probably into orbit in the atmosphere. No bloods since then.

What I meant is now that my cycle is done and last pin is done I'm not gonna bother doing bloods until 4 weeks from now. This is what I usually do. I go cold turkey off everything and let everything level out for 4 weeks. My question was moreso should I do what I normally do and go cold turkey for 4 weeks or just pin a super small amount of T.

Reason why this has always worked for me is that I've taken 4 weeks post-blast off cold turkey and even despite the 4 weeks cold turkey I'd be so high in T levels still that I'm still out of range after 4 weeks LOL. So, I never saw the point of pinning once the blast is over until all the dust settles and I get back into range.

Question: I realize I might have ordered wrong. I ordered two bottles of HCGenerate when I think what you meant @LevButlerov was to get the N2Guard? You suggested it in the context of going with the gyno reduction protocol of tamox/aromasin. Now that my cycle is over should I stick to the HCGenerate or do you recommend N2Guard? N2Guard seems to have about triple the stack of ingredients.

I can see that being an ok option with that sustanon blend you mix up. If it's worked fine for you in the past then do you for sure. We're all so different, so I always think if something works for you then stick with it.

The other obvious option is just switch to a low cruise dose which would guarantee your levels dont get too low. If you use a longer ester like enanthate or cyp it's basically the same as what you're doing anyway.

I guess it comes down to what you got left in the cupboard and want to cruise on. Sustanon or e/c?

- @LevButlerov My Biopiperine says it has 10mg per cap. What is a good dose to take with all my supps which I usually take with Meal#2.
Allmax makes some good stuff and pretty decently priced ive used them alot in the past

Allmax and huge are two brands i like alot, alot of discount supplement sites exist you can get allmax dirt cheap
 
I can see that being an ok option with that sustanon blend you mix up. If it's worked fine for you in the past then do you for sure. We're all so different, so I always think if something works for you then stick with it.

The other obvious option is just switch to a low cruise dose which would guarantee your levels dont get too low. If you use a longer ester like enanthate or cyp it's basically the same as what you're doing anyway.

I guess it comes down to what you got left in the cupboard and want to cruise on. Sustanon or e/c?
I think you're right. You just reminded me that at the end of my cycle I switched everthing to fast esters and used the TestE as the base computer RAM program running in the background. So everything should clear in those 4 weeks and I can do a low TestE starting next week then check bloods in a month.

I actually do love Sust 350 and hoping NF gets it back in stock soon.
 
Question: I realize I might have ordered wrong. I ordered two bottles of HCGenerate when I think what you meant @LevButlerov was to get the N2Guard? You suggested it in the context of going with the gyno reduction protocol of tamox/aromasin. Now that my cycle is over should I stick to the HCGenerate or do you recommend N2Guard? N2Guard seems to have about triple the stack of ingredients.
Off cycle, you're still on TRT so 3 caps of n2guard/ed is a good dose for you, a bottle lasts about 2.2 months that way or so.
For HCGenerate it will help with your anti-gyno protocol use it 5 caps ed 1st month after cycle and 3 caps after until you run out. @HarleyGuy

No I wouldn't substitute GHK for either of the other two except in one case (explained below) specifically for tendon injury. But it could never replace BPC.

@stevesmi @Mobster I was asked on the podcast about GHK-Cu and I wish I had have gone into more detail about what it does and the results I experienced especially compared to BPC and TB


I'd rank them as follows:
1. BPC-157 (subQ systemic pinned anywhere)
2. TB-500 (subQ systemic pinned anywhere)
3. GHK-Cu (to be run only with BPC and TB for injuries and pinned locally into the injury I found made a difference)

  • In general: 1&2 work amazing together and can be run in general for any bodybuilder (BPC & TB) at any time
  • For specific tendon injury if I had to choose only two of them and cost mattered: 1&3 together would be my choice (BPC & GHK) pinned into the injury
  • If money doesn't matter and you can afford it: All three all the time

Dosing total ED:
1. BPC = 500mcg (I would pin half this dose AM and half PM)
2. TB = 500mcg (I would pin half this dose AM and half PM)
3. GHK = 2.5mg (I would pin half this dose AM and half PM)

If I could have afforded it I would have doubled the above doses for the 10 weeks I ran it or at the least just extended it and still have it in my protocol.

Im using Klow80 at the moment and loving it
Ya Klow is pretty much only available from the china wholesalers right now, I could be wrong. But I'm having knee issues a lower back issue from workplace injuries and was thinking of stockpiling Klow to see what 6 months does.
