Daily supplements : fish oil, d3, b-complex, tudca/nac, magnesium, zinc
Planning to use Berberine and ALA during high carbs meal.

No joke no games here, with cabergoline you don't want to play, if you get the fakes you'll mess up your prolactin levels. And you need very little of it to work, 0.25mgs/week so one of those domestic-supply bottles will last a long time, good investment imo.

I do normal exercise like everybody else but 24-30 sets per muscle groups a week (basic movements nothing special)

For the food right now i do 2200 cal
250g+ protein
120g carbs only post workout
80g fat
I need to bump up slowly each week for bulking

The supplements i take are the one I listed earlier

Thank you for the compliment but i actually don’t know my BF% my digital scale said 22% but i know it’s inaccurate

I come a long way from this picture, 220lbs 40% BF down to 166lbs and bulked up to 191lbs then cutting down to current physique. Yes, I feel small, I wanna get big

I need it just to have it on hand, I will check my bloodwork week 5-6 after my first deca pin. i didn’t have it and didn’t even use AI last time with 400test 300deca dbol/adrol. End of cycle developed mild gyno and had to run Nolva for 8 weeks to fixed it. I will check Napsgear thank you!

This is smart play, i see a lot of people smash huge calories straight away before the body is ready for it, not point smothering a campfire with wood before its hot enough to burn through it.

Yeah to be honest it’s a luxury item. Really isn’t necessary. I’ve seen 3 instances where some really needed it

Good setup. Bumping test to 500mg will give you a solid base and dropping the orals now keeps liver stress down before you bring in dbol. Adding deca at 400mg with dbol split am and pre lifts will stack nicely for size and strength. Smart call adding enzymes, berberine, and ALA since the food push is just as important as the gear, that’ll keep digestion and bloods in check while you grow.

Do you think 2cc will fit Ventro? Or i need to move to my glute? I can’t do delt because oil always leak iut and no quad because it’s painful a day or two after.

Yes ventro glute can hold 2cc without issue, it’s one of the safest and cleanest sites if you’re hitting the right spot. Rotate sides and you’ll be fine, most guys run 2–3cc there no problem. If delts leak and quads beat you up then just stick with ventro and glute rotation, that’s more than enough real estate to cover your pin schedule. :D

When i was on a cut i was always hungry and fights with hunger everyday. Today my first transition drop clen anavar and winstol. Im full with breakfast and lunch. I had to force feed my dinner.

Breakfast i got 2 servings of Rice Chex with 2 servings of Carbmaster chocolate milk, 2 cans of tuna with light miracle whip with garlic powder and onions.

Lunch after i trained chest i got Jamaican curry goat with cabbage and rice and beans a big portion. Super enzymes +ALA+berberine

Dinner i got Kevin’s paleo meal korean bbq chicken with 2 cups of white rice and 24g of gochujang. ALA+berberine

Still got 156cal to eat to hit 2700cal and im full

Not crazy at all, that’s just your body flipping from being on clen, anavar, winstrol to now running natural hunger signals again. Those orals and clen ramp metabolism and appetite swings, once you drop them food feels heavier and digestion slows a bit. Breakfast and lunch you packed in solid carbs and protein, then that curry goat meal is dense so no wonder dinner felt like force feeding. Ride it out, appetite usually balances after a week or so, and hitting 2700 cals while feeling full is a good spot to grow from. :D

No, i never use GLP-1 before but after this off season cycle I will cut with Retatrutide + trt (150-200mg test e a week) and maybe some winny+var blend from PSL.
No more clen, i hate clen so much, it makes my jaw cramp when chewing food🤣
 
After i dig on my last bulk, my right nipple started to get irritated when i added 4ea of dbol a day. It’s 40mg on the lable but lab results from Euro Pharma is 12.5mg each, that makes it 50mg. I had mild gyno from last bulk and had to fixed with Nolva for 8 weeks to reversed it.
I will not run 50mg this cycle but i will do 3 pills a day(37.5mg) and I will do it 3 times a day, every 6-7 hours. I think this way will makes my blood level stable and don’t have a peak spike of e2.
@Pigsy @LevButlerov what do you guys think?
 
After i dig on my last bulk, my right nipple started to get irritated when i added 4ea of dbol a day. It’s 40mg on the lable but lab results from Euro Pharma is 12.5mg each, that makes it 50mg. I had mild gyno from last bulk and had to fixed with Nolva for 8 weeks to reversed it.
I will not run 50mg this cycle but i will do 3 pills a day(37.5mg) and I will do it 3 times a day, every 6-7 hours. I think this way will makes my blood level stable and don’t have a peak spike of e2.

Splitting the dbol into 3 doses is the smarter move, less chance of that big e2 spike hitting you like before. 37.5mg should still give you plenty of strength and fullness without pushing the gyno risk higher. Keep Nolva on hand just in case but if you’re spreading it evenly you’ll likely manage sides a lot better this run. :D @Pat7x though I would consider low dose tamoxifen 5mgs eod to be safe.

Feels good, not super hungry all the time. Sometimes have to force eat

And I'd get that protein up my man... you're thick AF and at around 200lbs you can easily handle 300+ grams.

clean progress hitting 190 lbs and adding 2 reps at 225 on bench in just a week shows strength and recovery are lined up well. Keep progressive jumps small, around 5–10 lbs per lift, to lock in clean form while that momentum lasts.

Post your shoulder day breakdowd in your log. It’ll help fine tune load progression and nutrient timing as the next few weeks pick up pace.

@Pat7x This is looking really good. Benching 225 and going up on the repetitions is a good sign. It means you're getting stronger and your body is reacting.

Strength should start climbing hard from here into week 3. Keep protein high and carbs around training to fuel the growth phase.
 
I feel like I started lifting so late (32yo)
Bro trust me when I tell you it doesn't look it at all. At worst it looks like you used to life heavy and now you're back at it again just hardening up old muscle memory. You have muscle maturity that looks old and waiting to grow again. Plus if you're done having kids (or even if you're not) 32 is a much better age to start gear than 22 in my opinion. @Pat7x

I don’t use ai and caber yet, don’t have symptoms. But I will do bloodwork soon to confirm, maybe around week 5-6

That's why we wanna get bloods sooner. Once you're fully saturated the prolactin and e2 may have been too high for too long and you'll be playing catchup with your AI's or caber.

On my workday, I have been doing the same 3 meal everyday at work. 2 bagels with cream cheese and 2 scoops of Dymatize whey isolate at 6:30, 8oz 98% lean turkey with taco seasoning and 2 cups of white rice at 9-10:00 and another meal at 12:00 or 13:00 then go workout at 15:30. Post workout I go get whatever i feel like around the gym but must be low fat high carbs and protein (I like Qdoba) and then go to Aldi to get another 1lb of 98% lean ground turkey to cook for tomorrow and repeat the cycle of eating. I feel like I’m doing my own meal for meal 1-3 and take out on meal 4 is sustainable and I can enjoy my life.

Good structure. The 3 meal rotation at work hits balance, and the post workout takeout rule of low fat high carb keeps glycogen topped without messing digestion. Well planned! though you do need more fiber add psyllium husk, can you? @Pat7x

The 1 lb turkey prep at night keeps you on track for the next day, so stay with this setup through week 4 bloodwork. Once labs are in, post them up.

I got the exact same problem bro. Same wrist, exact same pain. I'm about 6 or 7 weeks in. Been strapping up as well to keep not safe. No forearm training. Cuffs for my shoulder work.

Happy to say tho it's feeling a bit better these past few days now. I've been running bpc-157 and tb500 for about 4 weeks now and I think it's finally healing.
