I've been ordering test through napsgear for a few years at this point. There have been several times that I've considered going to a TRT clinic. But I'm wondering, can I be honest with the clinic? It will be pretty obvious that I've been taking exogenous testosterone. Has anyone else done this (gone from UG test to taking TRT through a clinic)?

Yes you can be honest with the clinic, they’ve seen it a hundred times. Just tell them you’ve been self-managing with UG test and now want proper supervision and pharma-grade gear. @bagleyf4
They’ll run full labs, see suppressed LH and FSH, and confirm you’re on exogenous testosterone anyway. Being upfront just saves time and keeps you from being flagged for “unknown cause” hypogonadism, so honesty works better long term.
But real question is WHY do you want to do this? it's such a headache to deal with TRT clinics, and they are expensive.
If you're talking about an anti-aging clinic, they only want your money, so of course they're going to be more than happy to switch you. It's not like you have to hide it from them.
Best reason I can think of is just traveling with test. I used to be on the road for long stretches of time, not scheduled. Had to bring vial and syringes. I have a record so it’s pretty much 100% if I get pulled over I’m getting tossed. Did get pulled over once but we had a huge German Shepherd with us. That’s a life hack if anyone needs to know that lol. Huge scary dog=way less likely to get a hard time at a traffic stop
Is it possible to go off and have low t. Then go see your PCP and get it prescribed by your doc? I feel you about the record. I have a federal and state felony. I use napsgear Beligas test c 250 for my TRT. Then when I travel I take my prescription stuff with me with the script sticker on it. Just a thought.

Right. If they’re going to do that, you’re F’d. I’ve gotten away with outrageous things, many many times. “I didn’t know I couldn’t do that”. The odds never get better though. I got put in the back of a squad car with full winter gear on and he crank the heat up to the max and just left me in there. Kept coming back, asking me where the stuff was. But there was no stuff. I actually thought I was gonna die.
never hide anything from a doctor. that isn't smart in case something goes wrong
You are fine. Going to a clinic and being open and honest. That's the way to do it.
You should always be honest with the clinic. This way you're all on the same page.

bros that scary. imagine what they would have done to me being a BBC. back home in bama i know what towns to avoid, we taught that growing up cause the cops so corrupt they do whatever they want. one chick i knew got raped by one after she closed up gas station, he said if she say anything they would kill her family so she kept quiet for years until big scandal erupted from them doing that to many people
It is important to get blood work done
This is what I do for that reason.
I go off, always test low, renew my prescription for a year and get two vials of TestE every 6 weeks with prescription on it so easy travel if I have to.
To answer your question of course just be honest, I tell my doc everything I'm doing. If they wanna judge then find another doc or clinic.
The hardest part in my opinion would be a clinic putting you through the absolute ringer waiting on monthly monitoring of bloods before they finally decide to put you on trt,by this point you'd be miserable for months wondering why you just didn't self dose,heard some horror stories in Australia of guys going through this,im sure all clinics are different but I couldn't imagine anything worse
Could you not get test prop or even test suspension so you don’t have to live 100% fucked with low t? I bought 10 vials of fake test last year, it took a few weeks before I knew without a doubt that something was wrong, and when I got home I had some Rx sustanon from turkey and got better in like a day.
When I was in the SHU in prison the fuckers took me from my TRT script dose down to 100mg every TWO weeks of TestE... I got out and tested at 4.4 nmol/L whereas the range in Canada is 8.4-28.8 nmol/L. I guess they don't wanna promote anyone being juiced up in prison and keep us all calm haha. I tried to 'complain' but of course it fell on deaf ears.

I actually find I’m much calmer on T. But even calmer still if someone wants to get frisky with me, which has only happened once. I never learned to run when I was a kid because I wasn’t quite fast enough lol.
I am impressed they gave you any. When I was locked up in the State of Florida they barely gave me medicines only what was needed to keep me alive.
Oh they definitely fucked with me for sure. I have operator syndrome (military/swat operations, etc) so to calm my ass down to try and sleep every night I take
- zopiclone 7.5mg (sleep)
- valium 10mg (calm my fuckin nerves LOL)
- seroquil(=quetiapine) 25mg (anti-psychotic)
- prazosin 11mg (operator syndrome nightmares/night sweats)
- Zoloft(=sertraline) 200mg (happy pills)
So in the SHU in prison they removed my valium (a benzodiazepine) as they didn't want that getting traded around the prison and I had to withdrawal off it for 2 weeks (horrible LOL), plus they looked at my 300mg/week TRT dose and balked at it and only gave me the 100mg every two fuckin weeks.
It's like you go into prison and they look at the absolute bare essentials to stay alive for meds, and I'm shocked I still got all that I did too.
Yeah, I hope all of us ex cons on here never have to go back to those old places we once lived.
I'm off Probation in January 2026 and then it's time to stay free!

Be safe while you have a few months left. I couldn't ever do probation. Always violated so after that I just took time no probation.
