Veteran Log First Testosterone Cycle and Beginner Training Log

Day 53: Steam Up & Tour Day
100 Years of Heavy Lifting

It's fucking windy today. It's steam-up day on the steam crane and we were gonna try drive the crane today but with the wind it's too dodgy and it was already too dodgy 🤣

I've been inconsistent with adding sleep and step data lately so here's a 7 day view from Samsung Health, a good advert free app to go with the tracker watch my Dad gave me for my Evo log 😀

Past 7 days, 12th to 18th October:

There's no lavatory on the ship so we go to the museum and I found myself in the same public bathroom I took a picture in one week one, and I didn't take the side shots I told @LevButlerov and @toddthelineman I would the other week.

Thursday night I didn't sleep at all. Had an appointment very early Friday morning and ended up drinking coffee far past the infendwd cut off point of noon, and past night noon too, and was wired enough that I decided to cut my losses and just stay up until it's time to go to the 6:15am assault bike class, which I also didn't do.

There's an event in the city related to history and preservation of historical artifices and the ship has bits of other ships it helped rescue or salvage including the biggest maritime disaster weve ever had where lots of people died in the 60s I think, the ships crane picked up some of it and the horn and other bits are still on board so I helped the Chinese girl give a tour.

He English is poor so I was super impressed she lead this tour group, stayed behind to catch people if they fell down the ladders

It was built in Glasgow along the banks of the Clyde River by two big time heavy hitters of that time though the shipbuilding firm Fleming & Ferguson and Sir William Arrol & Co who constructed the crane.

The old man himself died in 1919 I think but his company and ideas lived on. An amazing guy to look up if you're into mechanical engineering or other types of lifting. The fact that this thing is still floating a hundred years later is a pretty awesome legacy but thats nothing on this guys resume, well worth looking up. His name is etched into metal all over the ship too.

I've learnt so much about weight distribution and stuff learning about the counter weight systems and lots of other stuff on board, there's some real big brain thinking in lots of parts, the type of shit you never see these days. Like out of the box thinking, not production line shit.

For example this very heavy black hook thing under the thing with 80T on it can be spun around and moved into a different position just by hand. Its smooth as fuck too. No idea how but it trips people out. That's the first stop on the tour where we give a speech about the life work of the great shipbuilder as it's right next to the gangway.

My friend once found a "Kilroy was here" graffiti somewhere down the sides which we've been trying to find again. I vaguely know about this tradition but didn't realise the ship had done shit in the second world war so now I really want to find it. There's parts of the ship nobody would have been in after the 50s when it got diesel to replace the coal.

It is believed to be the last fully operational self-propelled floating steam crane in the whole world. I took tons of photos of it today and planning to write up some of the weight related stuff and show the old school leverage systems that I think will be of interest to The Forum.

And I re-upped on eggs but unhappy, they're cheap ones and say "colony eggs" on them, whatever the fuck that means but I need to know the chickens ate insects outside else the eggs are going to be savagely compromised. It's sickening. I atcually have $20 left this week so will try hit up the farmers market tomorrow.

Nice touchdown as well. Are you adding EQ in your first cycle for the E2 control? I think you mentioned you'd be getting bloods soon. Will be interesting to see where your E2 is sitting on TRT dose.

Hahah you guys don't reckon stuff over there? I came back a little weird after ten years in Australia, but I have a good knowledge of what's colloquial due to interacting with non native speakers so much and learning to speak simply. Different from succinctly or briefly, not too good as those 🤣

The other half of the tray that's out of shot is empty so one and a half days :) do 5 per shake and usually have 4 shakes a day but sometimes have extra ones if I have something like a banana to put in it, which isn't too often. It's pretty chemically without the eggs...

How's that new gym treating you bro? I was always attracted to gritty gyms and powerlifting type ones but I'm loving thr fancy new gym so much haha. Just go to the other one for cardio group classes and leg day hacksquat and to do captians chairs now. I joined a yoga studio too but haven't started yet.

Thanks bro! Nah not E2 control specifically but so I can keep cardio ability high, hopefully avoid side effects being too bad and getting clean gains - want to save the nuclear shit for winter.

We've had a few nice spring days but it's still pretty gnarly outside. We cancelled shit due to wind today and now it's raining sideways. But spring and summer are stunning in Wellington, and there's a tourist beach right in the central city next to the ship with a skatepark in it too. And a wide broadwalk along the ocean with girls roller skating and shit. I gotta get my cardio up and get better on rollerskates so can join those girls 😀

There's a half pipe right next to my van too, it's why I park here and not on the beach side which has better views. Be sweet getting up early and going skateboarding for an hour or so.

Was going to get bloods yesterday but I didn't think to check it the place had a branch in my city, just assumed yes as it's the capital but I was wrong, so I need to find somewhere else but will post them as soon as I get them :)

My prescriber has me on Bodybuilder TRT 🤣

Went 300mg for a month and 400mg for the past 3 weeks, after bloods and running it by @LevButlerov I'll move to 500mg and add EQ. Want those bloods to be testosterone only because that will be useful data for the future

The steam crane story and history talk something new for me though I remember you talking about this ship before , that’s serious old school engineering power and cool to see you hands on with something still functional after a century. 1926 is a long time ago! @vanlife_gymbum

Sleep and steps data tracking looks good even if you’ve been inconsistent, using the watch and app combo is a smart way to visualize progress. And it helps us too when we check your log.

The new AUStarLabs vial and regular pin schedule looks dialed in, and props for checking into the heavy metal testing idea too, that’s next level attention to detail.

I don't know what colony eggs mean but suspect its like mass farming right? you’re not wrong, better quality always makes a difference. Hitting the farmers market will sort that and you’ll notice it in the meals straight away. :D

I just got a 1st listen at your podcast episode. Amazing life! I won't spoil it for anyone, but I guess I did miss that you know Japanese. :P

Haha I'm sure it will bro :) but man since I had lost my testosterone and suffered all the affects of that for a fairly long time (3 years) having them bounce back and recover a lot of who I am made me have a great respect for testosterone itself. Although I have been interested in lifting (reading about it instead of atcually doing it 😔) for a long time, it was atcually crashed test and needing to do self-administered testosterone therapy thar got me here.

How long had you been lifting and how long on PEDs before you tried a cycle of it?
i tried tren after about 3-4 years of steroid use

No fancy gym for me bro. Just my basement lol. I have some pretty fancy gear but nothing crazy. I never train at commercial gyms. Just don't have the time or the patience for it lol. The large groups of kids eating up the machines would drive me insane. Couldn't handle it lol

Hahah yeah man, that's exactly why I belong to two. Significantly reduceds violent intrusive thoughts 😂 as funny as beating up kids sounds I don't want to think about it all the time. But it's impossible to avoid there, it turns into a fucking afterschool babysitting service at 3pm. And what are they doing? Standing in front of the mirrors in packs of six pointing at.... stuff? on each other's prepubescent bodies... it's lame as fuck. You would seriously get your ass kicked acting even remotely like this at my community collage in the 90s. I don't even get what is happening here.. like you want a couple of Tren Twin videos and think you can take your shirt off in public but skip the bit where you lift shit first? They don't even respond to bullying, there's nothing going on upstairs. Wasted some top jokes on those fucks.

So there's definatly bit advantages to having your own! I like your setup man, it's cool and all yours.. I had another failed attempt at getting into lifting in 2018 when I moved to a cabin in the bush in Australia and had a 20ft shipping container (the half sized ones) as a shed and setup a gym there. I wish I took some photos of it but in Australia home gyms are way more common and there's also tons of crackheads there so any given pawn shop or similar will have all sorts of random gear. All the stuff I had was in the imperial system and just straight blocks of iron. Got like cable racks deom informertials still in their boxes. One thing I got for $100 was called the PILATES POWER GYM that had a really clever design and I had the boxing bags and stuff like that I'd been dragging round for a while. It was pretty complete, was all sorts of things to rest my beer on.

I don't think I'd swap back now tho. It's pretty much the centre of my social life, apart from hanging out with the elderly on Saturdays and eating filthy carbohydrates with them. And also where I get all my electricity and shower. Now I shower every day I'm way more high maintenance and need the gym. My gym either is profiting from the kids being there (unlikely) or this Nanny state we live in is preventing them from fixing it more likely. But the solution of an R18 gym right across the road works good for me, and also keeps all the bums with the $7 membership over one side to make them easy to avoid too. Don't want those filthy pricks in the meditation room while you're trying to get massaged by a robot.

That sounds reasonable bro. I'm weary of it because I've already beaten up my heart on a long term basis.. and that's what all the Aussie kids who go to Thailand die from. Being the only one on a forum of loggers that read Zyzz's forum logs looks like that was it too, 7 cycles of tren from 18 to 22 then heart stopped. I knew this other male model guy called Jaxon Tippet who was the same, he was the guy who said that if he could go back and redo his life he'd stick to testosterone and growth hormone. That stuck with me after he died at 29.

But really it's because I know how it'll go. And I've thought things like that about other drugs. Like in America when herion was king it wasent atcually that bad, but when you start fucking with stuff to make if different you get different side effects too. Like they say "fentynal is 50 times stronger than herion" type shit but a shot of herion will have you okay to return to work and you'll be okay all afternoon, maybe even till morning before you need another shot. Fentynal you nod out for 45 minutes and wake up in withdrawal, and have to go find it again, no work that afternoon as you're busy finding drugs on the street. So fentyal might be stronger in some measures but so what ?

Benched 240 for 5 multiple sets. Estimated 1rep max was 290 and I believe I could’ve done it or more but my shoulder just kept getting worse and worse. Squatted 255 for 5. I hope to get all that back with no pain and actually put three plates up somehow. Those squats had my core looking way crazy from bracing. Definitely the lifting is going to create the look you want, and then it’s the PEDs that will get you there without 15 years of living like a monk to virtue signal your natty purity hahahaha

I have lined some stuff up related to this, my cousin who works at the blood bank at the hospital is going to help me get some equipment. I can't bring myself to lie to the blood bank, especially after what @trentwin1 doctor girlfriend said about the affects on pregnant woman.

Thanks for sharing bro. I'll have a sit down with thr calendar and think and get back to you. Got two leads on the gh. @LevButlerov recommend adding that to the list of things introduced one by one with blood tests in between to see what adding them did. That seemed reasonable to me, I may as well get as much baseline data as I can.

So I dropped the morning dose and the gh (if mk raises gh for a fraction of the price, I wanted to give it a fair assessment). The result was: manageable appetite, sleep as good as gh, still getting fast hair and fingernail growth etc. it’s definitely doing the GH thing. AND I’ll be damned if I don’t actually look FULLER on mk 677 than I do on gh, except sometimes with gh I will wake up and look in the mirror like “wtf!” And just look like really amazing, but I never could nail it down.

When the squats start getting up into your ‘personal best’ numbers, you’ll feel how you have to brace your whole core REALLY STRONGLY. Eventually you might brace into a lifting belt. It feels amazing. This is when squats start really changing you

Will you continue eating the same way on blast? You’re basically not chewing any solid food rn? That means much less salivary enzymes. Something to think about

Not crazy amounts but still dumb at 18. I think he did 500mg tren only cycles from memory but it was a long time ago I read those. I moved to Australia in 2011 and tried to get into the rave scene right away and zyzz was big in the rave scene and on the rave forums I used. I didn't atcually know he lifted until he died. It was in the newspaperr and I'd also just got back from Pattya Thailand where I went on a pharmacy shopping trip myself so was very interested in this and went back through all his bodybuilding forum logs which were training dairies and gear logs just like here. He trained as hard as anyone else and was not living a wild party lifestyle like everyone says. Going to big festivals in the summertime is what they do in Europe too, I don't see the big deal.

I'm sure they're on archive.org or somewhere. The way I remember it is he did 5 to 7 tren cycles at around 500mg but I know that he was also doing dumb shit like taking dietetics and using saunas all the time and tanning beds and shit. Probably going from dorky teenager to having all that attention was hard to manage for him and he was doing stuff like that because he had to be "on" all the time and now people were taking photos of him a lot so had to be ready. He also moonlighted as a stripper near the end, that sounds funny but he died soon after he started. I just feel like people project a shit load onto this random guy and doent even take the time to see what he was.

What do you think? Be interested to get his weight numbers from his logs, he was progressively working up pretty consistently and over three or four years got some bug weight up I'd imagine.

Okay that makes good sense. I got offered a GH pen that's pharma I think for $350, a similar one is $600 at the source I have. Or MK will be 120 a bottle. I would be happy with trying the mk first based on everything you've said and also the podcast episodes about it seemed generally positive also. Ah I get you now, thanks for this. Out of everything I'm most excited about squats. Changing to one high rep bar only squats day and one heavy leg day has made a big difference to me. One of the main things I got from Tom Platz seminars was that he was doing all manner of squats for all types of reasons, not just trying to lift once the heaviest he can... something about them is really attractive. Chicks at my gym all do various squat techniques too... it's a big topic :)

Nah not at all man! Not even sure what you're referring to but I appreciate your feedback man. You're one of the few people who knows what I'm doing, has done similar before and I want to know what you think. And believe me man, if I wanted to rush it would already be in my ass.

There's stupid young kids here too, and zyzz wasn't even that stupid. I was far, far worse than him but he had a pre-existing heart condition so got hit harder than me but it's just the luck of the draw that he's dead and I'm alive. Also I flatlined in a hotel foyer and was in an ambulance pretty quick and he was alone in a sauna so that's also random not proper planning on my end 😂

I'm not eligible for Sports TRT+ as it requires GH apparently, that's what the + is not the extra 100mg I was hoping it was 😂 that would sound real nice to my parents haha. But @LevButlerov told me about Bodybuilder TRT and I get prescribed that now. I'll use bloodwork to evaluate weather I do 125mg, 150mg or 200mg (aka @Mobster TRT) but do indeed the "cruise" periods to be an atcual break. I'm going to use fasting and other techniques copied from @stevesmi to have periods of further rest for my organs and heart. Of course keep cardio high most of thr year and maintainable while doing winter cycles with less cardio friendly gear, or maybe try stacking tbol in or experimenting with GW Cardarine and things like that. I'm trying to organise my thoughts and tidy it all up into a cycle design post and that's what I want to take along when I have a proper consultation with Stevesmi with blood test results and stuff too.

I think it will be a big part of it bro, did you hear that new Nick Walker interview where he's talking about it? He makes the great point that he thinks it will save a lot of people from using clenbuterol and T3 and junk like that because they can control their diets themselves now which I think is valid. I would never do any shit like that, it's got nothing to do with my goals, lifestyle or interests and I want nothing to do with it. Retatrutide on the other hand is going to have a big place in my life but I'm not exactly sure how to play it yet, I'm getting a tolerance already. Maybe I should stop for winter and run it 6 months of the year going forward. Also probably won't work well with my winter diet.

Nah, I want to eat with the seasons and this summer blast coming up will have fruit ans vegetables. Maybe drop one or two shakes but I'm good at making bone broth, I used to do it outside in a big army soup pot in Australia and will do that again, the weather is getting better so I will be able to light fires on the beach and use my outdoor gas element that hooks into an LPG bottle.

And the organ meat in ice tray trick I mentioned.

So bone broth and organ meat is the base, alongside fish, and the egg shakes and suppliments in addition to that. That's the diet plan.

Have not been chewing much no, a pot of rice every two days around training, the sandwiches and fruit on Saturday and tuna occasionly. Can you explain more what you mean tho? This I will definitely think about. What do you think I need to figure out?
 
That sounds reasonable bro. I'm weary of it because I've already beaten up my heart on a long term basis.. and that's what all the Aussie kids who go to Thailand die from. I knew this other male model guy called Jaxon Tippet who was the same, he was the guy who said that if he could go back and redo his life he'd stick to testosterone and growth hormone. That stuck with me after he died at 29.

But really it's because I know how it'll go. And I've thought things like that about other drugs. Like in America when herion was king it wasent atcually that bad, but when you start fucking with stuff to make if different you get different side effects too. Like they say "fentynal is 50 times stronger than herion" type shit but a shot of herion will have you okay to return to work and you'll be okay all afternoon, maybe even till morning before you need another shot. Fentynal you nod out for 45 minutes and wake up in withdrawal, and have to go find it again, no work that afternoon as you're busy finding drugs on the street. So fentyal might be stronger in some measures but so what ?

I think you should do mk instead of hgh. I think if you get quality hgh you could theoretically get optimal results-in like a year! And that could cost you several thousand dollars. And you could look really fantastic without it. As far as I can tell, MK does everything hgh does possibly with less side effects, except one big one: hunger, and that has proven manageable.

I see you as being on a sort of rebuilding/self remodeling journey. You’ve cut all the unneeded things out of your life and you’re doing the things you never did when your vices precluded you from doing anything else. And recreating your self image. What do you think about that?

And he got fucked up from it, and the prognosis was that because he was blending all of his food, that the predigestive enzymes weren’t adequate. So maybe one would need to spit in the blender or something? Like that movie The Fly? A little vomit should work. Or digestive enzymes? But those never do anything for me. I just eat🤷‍♂️. I like the shakes though. Like a cheat code

I'm attracted yo the skin health stuff, leanneas, joint strength improvements I've read about, etc. It sounds great but also MK sounds fine to me too after hearing your take and the podcast take on it too.

I would never do anything that weakened or compromised my health or strength like dietetics, clenbuterol, t3, etc... it's just not what I'm here for. I read that powerlifting for example can increase bone density and bone strength and am looking into that. If it's true then it will be training for that in the future.. that sort of thing is what I'm after.

A hot Scottish chick in yoga pants washed and dried my clothes for me.

A volunteer at the mobile van full of washing machines and driers. Amazing service haha.

I've been paying $25 at the laundromat to do it myself.

Never again while there's woman willing to do it for free right outside the soup kitchen.

I overhead a steet fight while I was there. No restaurant could possibly provide entertainment to rival this shit 😂

Finally went skateboarding, as transport to and from the community centre with my washing.

Way faster than walking and way harder cardio wise.

Had some cool chats with some cool cats on the Evo forums and in DMs while sitting in the sun at a nice Cafe in town

Walking back I had the sense that every thing is going to be alright, and that I'm on the right path.

Just need to stay the course now.

Way faster than walking and way harder cardio wise.

Had some cool chats with some cool cats on the Evo forums and in DMs while sitting in the sun at a nice Cafe in town

Walking back I had the sense that every thing is going to be alright, and that I'm on the right path.

Just need to stay the course now.

Caught up a bit from missing that night of sleep.

Went down so quick I forgot to turn off the lights and ran their batteries down.

The sourdough is a decent choice since it contains significantly less gluten due to the fermentation process. I still get bloated with sourdough but if I was at a restaurant and they didn't have gluten-free that's what I'd order for easier digestion.

Maybe don’t wear it at night. I think for me it takes more than 14mg to get the dreams. So best to just forget I said that lol. Those lozenges are foul hahaha. I can’t do any oral nicotine

Fuck yeah, this is the business - thinking about this sort of thing could lead to big discoveries about strength and resilience into old age I reckon. I feel like that kinda stuff gets overlooked a lot by the bodybuilding as a sport crowd, they don't really care about stuff like that.

I'm really not into that whole "longevity" movement that's a marketing buzz popular on social media. Half there things would kill you on the spot for a start but it's just smoke and mirrors liver king style weaksauce marketing drivel but.

Thinking about how far @Mobster has gotten with consistency over a long time period made me think if just some slight adjustments were made with these goals in mind, over 30 years that'd add up to something advantageous in old age. Like really strong legs and bones would surely help :)

My friend got a six pack just from skating when he learnt how to drop in properly, he's keen to get back into it too now the weather is getting better so maybe we can hang out and do it together.

True! I didn't think of it like that but that's exactly it. That's my favorite of the promises, it takes doing the steps to get it I think. Lots of people misunderstand it too and think it means their current issues will be solved but it says fear of people and economic insecurity will leave us, not you're gonna get a job to pay your bills with 😂 I've heard all sorts of takes on this. But you're right thanks man, those fears are gone. I did used to worry about living so close to the edge but in reality I've been doing that for 20 years anyway. I had a high income but no savings at all, if I got fired I would have been in a lot of trouble. Only real good thing I did was to never borrow money so I have never had debts (I don't count insurance companies I don't have a contract with) and to pay off my student loan. I'm comfortable at zero. Almost everyone in the USA and elsewhere in the West is up to their eyeballs in debt, they don't even own their cars but are paying them off with interest. And like over $20k in credit card debt, they blows my mind... why the fuck would you do that? I'm not surprised these people are riddled with anxiety over it.

Have you ever come across the little AAWS book Best of Bill? It's got his main classic essays Fear, Humility, Honesty and Love and a few other things. It's really little and I keep it in my man-bag with my little Big Book and read it while waiting at the pharmacy in the morning. I've underlined a bunch of stuff relayed to the fear of economic insecurity line and I'll dm you some quotes sometime.

But there's another thing I was worried about where I made a mistake reconstituting it. I'd just read comments from you to a newbie about how to reconstitute and you mentioned you use high gague insulin pins to slow thr water as not to harm the delicate peptides and I got some 31g tips and did the same 3ml of bac water as last time. I used the tip but I forgot to turn the bottle upside down and the pressure inside the bottle sucked the bac water in so quickly I didn't realise what happened initially.

Nah bro, every Sunday - I'm not sure I'll go again, there was dodgy shit of multiple varieties going on and they were all not the type of people I want to associate with, both the organisers and the other riff-raff.

Next time I'll just drop my washing off to the mobile washing machine van and go bum around on the beach for a couple of hours while those ladies are taking care of it for me.

The idea is it is so acidic it helps ready the stomach for incoming macros so my swig is right before a meal. If I forget then I'll do it afterwards sometimes too. It's believed to help breakdown protein in the stomach by increasing acidity.

One thing that is not arguable is that it inhibits the enzymes that break down carbs and therefore slows the release of glucose into the blood so your glucose spike is lessened and your insulin sensitivity stays more in check with ACV.

Also what do you think about the reconstitution problem? The whole 3ml sucked full tit into the reta bottle all at once? I slightly upped my dose but still haven't recovered from that week+ off when the life forge guy fucked up my dosing schedule. Beem eating a lot more, but with my high step count etc I'm sure I'm still in a decent deficit. I'm still worried I damaged them tho. I need to find a new source for it or start getting everything prepped to do meal prep in the kitchen on the ship so I can eat cleanly it I have to stop.

It's a 1997 Toyota Estima and I spent all winter lying in it, can't stand up but it's pretty roomy for an SUV. I was planning on giving it to a tourist but it's probably more of a burden to them now.

I could sell it to a wrecker for $500 probably and use that money to buy more of my summer stack up.

Lately charities have been putting flyers I under the window wipers and someone left a bag of towels at it.

Very nice of them but I don't like this attention, especially because I'm over the other side of the park now. It's registered in my name but the registration expired.

The police won't do anything because I'm also a registered homeless person (long story) and they don't want to be seen to be "targeting the homeless".

What a fucking great country this is. $500 would be 20 x 10ml EQ ampules and 3 blood tests.

Spring also started creeping in a bit. It's been raining overnight and still but I can feel spring coming finally.

People are out doing shit.

There's a halfpipe about 30 meters from my van and there were skateboarders when I returned from the gym at 1am last night.

Day 56: Offically On-Cycle Now
250mg Equipoise --> Ass

Everything's gone to shit with getting private blood tests done.

I talked to a friendly pharmacist and a doctor who's a friend of my Dads. The pharmacist didn't even believe that the private place I found exists, but when I showed them warned me to get a second opinion and that it'd be like some sort of automated machine report. I dunno but they were not impressed by it that's for sure 😂

The two lifters I talked to who've done it lately got them through the regular doctors channels or used the place I was planning to in different cities.

Going to any doctor or specialist connected into The Public Health System is off the table for me. There's no privacy inside the system itself, everyone knows everything and there's flagging and alerting functions between departments and other entities.

The methadone clinic knew as soon as I got my medical cannabis prescription and called me that same day to ask about it. That script was from a private clinic that's not publicly funded but still they have to lodge the scripts centrally and then it raises a flag at the clinic that my regime has been changed by an external party, and they care greatly about that at the methadone clinic. They hate it when you try and fix your own problems, especially ones they've already told you are not problems.

They did not care about that MC script and agreed it was beneficial and signed off on that, but that will not be the case this time. They will be absolutely beside themselves if they knew I was injecting testosterone.

There's politics and shit at play here that I'm far to intelligent to understand but the long and short of it is that the government doesn't like to pay for TRT and don't want to pay for it so they deny it's nessary at all. Unless you wanted to change your gender of course, then you can have whatever you want.

So telling the doctor would soon filter down and shortly after I would he flagged as non-compliant with the requirements of the methadone program as I'm taking controlled drugs without prescription which means from then on I'll be failing my monthly drug tests.

Then they would take interest in my hormone levels and start testing me every month... what a fucking joke. See how this is just another set of bullshit? You guys have your insurance companies and we have the government health system.

We can't just go in and order tests or buy stuff, there's no upselling because nothing is for sale to buy more of. There's a lot of regulation too of course and they will crack down on dodgy scripts very quickly. There was a doctor writing loose trt scripts I heard about from reddit, but when trying to book with him his office lady said he's not allowed to do that any more... so I guess they threatened to take his license or something.

I knew it's tightly controlled but still thought for money I could get simple blood tests done.

I'll still get liver and kidney tests every three months as a requirement of the methadone program but not as much as I was required to do when I was also taking Antabuse, it's day 9 off that now.

Required to get quarterly ECGs too. I don't think many gear users worry as much about their heart as they do blood testing for other stuff. The 3 dead gear users I knew irl were all heart related. I have continuous monitoring via the Samsung watch, which is awesome data when correlated with activities.

I've seen a good few patterns now and adjusted my behaviour, for example removing my nicotine patches before bed reduced my resting heart rate by 10bpm where the prescription says to wear it 24 hours.

I've got a plan to reduce caffine (harder than I thought) and nicotine to take more load off mine and I've been doing good with steps and cardio and plan to up that too. Was a big part of why I chose EQ and TBOL to go with testosterone for my first stack and first cycle, also because the cycle runs through spring and summer so will have the diet and training style to match.

I can't fuck up my recovery program, that's the only thing I haven't fucked up in the past two years. I have two and a half years worth of clean drug tests through the clinic which are very important to me. I need them prove I've been sober to polite society, the police, my parents, the courts, and the courts in Australia if I was involved in anything to do with my kid in the future.

Having a big FAIL: NON COMPLIANT stamp over my test will he very difficult to explain to my mother and I'd rather risk gyno than cause her to miss any more sleep because of me.

I don't see any way I can make up a story that would involve getting esteogen checked and until I find a private blood testing place I'm not going to risk it. I can take blood out of my arm myself, maybe there's a way to get them to post me vials and post them a sample back.

Getting some advice from @toddthelineman about the blood pressure issues with eq and in general so still figuring it all out myself but I will log all my moves.

I'm going to start prepping soon to be able to take blood out myself instead of going to the blood bank. I'm not prepared to lie to the blood bank about my use of seriods and if I was honest that'd go into The System too, so instead I'll just take it out myself. I got a butterfly clip and a lead to a 10ml barrel but think I'll get a 50ml one for it.

I've at least got baseline liver, kidney and testosterone level blood tests from 7 weeks ago I got before my first pin. I left the doctor yet another voicemail yesterday about getting a copy of the results. Should he easier going forward to get results of new tests, as I'll be sent a copy as well as the doctor.

The two testosterone tests I got over those two years were just the testosterone only ones. It's lucky they don't care atcually else they'll see what I'm doing and absolutely lose their rag.

That's why I turned down their government TRT in the first place. Well that and all the insane requirements, almost had as much overhead as methadone. My TIT plan worked way better anyway, I love the TIT 💉😁

It'll be so hot in my uninsulated van soon I'll have no choice but to go outside surfing and skateboarding and trail hiking and beach volleyball and shagging loose woman with enthusiasm, hopefully rollerskatering too. I joined a yoga studio and intended to start the hot yoga style recommended by @stevesmi.

Also going to switch to raw organ and bone broth at the core of the diet. Gonna move this bone broth operation to the beach and cook over an open fire unless it's too windy, in which case there's some old war ruins up on the hill I can make a fire in for this. Can't afford to cook with gas for that long.

I think everything is pretty much lined up, next four months of gear, lifting and diet is mostly planned already, few details to work out, few things left to buy but comfortable and very happy things are moving. I'm always open to suggestions and modifications or additions and will fairly evaluate everything that comes my way. @LevButlerov has been helping me adding a low dose of Proviron to this stack to help with the estrogen issues, which I really appreciate. I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can. Also started tracking mood as recommended by @HarleyGuy and set up my watch to ask me twice a day.

To be honest dealing with doctors and the health system and fretting about this blood testing has been really stressing me out. Especially running into brick walls over things that aren't even an issue for other people.

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I've also been looking forward to this for a very very long time now. I wanted to start steriods in 2008 but it's taken this long. But that's cool, I'm here now. I have my entire 40s ahead of me. I'm going to spend it cycling steriods and lifting.

It'll be 16 weeks of test and eq at the core of it, with some orals too. Thanks to @HarleyGuy for helping me with duration, in all my research in the eq community research thread and leaening from the podcast episodes about it 16 weeks seems like the ticket. This feels perfect too and the timing is great, it means I can take autumn off and drop to trt dose of test and try some fasting and take it easy and stockpile and prepare everything for a different type of training, diet and steriods come winter. That's way in the future tho, spring is about to start here and I am ready!! Skirts are flying up all around me.

Day 56 is exactly eight weeks on test only so good day to add equipoise, almost looks planned. 300mg for the first month, 400mg the second and today I'll up my dose to 500mg to keep a 2:1 ratio with the 250mg of eq I've beem advised about.

I listened to and gave proper consideration to all the advice I got. I'm particularly grateful to all the advice Lev gave me about EQ dosing and test ratios and Todd for advice around blood pressure issues and for putting the + into my stack, and HarleyGuy for duration tips - between all this I think my stack is near perfect for me. There's still a few things left that aren't 100% but after all the shit with the medical system I've decided against talking to soon and assuming things will work.

I couldn't expect to get my friends and mentors here to sign off on my incomplete plan. I'm not looking for someone to take responsibility for my actions so I didn't seek anything further and gave back the money I borrowed for the blood tests and got my needles and ampules out of the chilly bin/esky/cooler and got out the beautiful equipoise amplue kit from @SWOLENZ

First time I've done more than .3 - an entire ml of liquid!

I've only seen Narcan in ampules before. They gave me 5 of them when I joined the methadone program but I gave them to a woman at a 12 step meeting. I did break one to see how they worked tho. Had a little dot and line around the neck, I wasent sure if you were suppost to use a knife around that line or what but I just snapped it whole holding it with a paper towel and it came off clean. That narcan cost me nothing so I didn't care to do it carefully but not so with this precious equipoise.

First I washed and sanitised my hands because I'm flash as fuck these days. All needle users should have an alcohol habd sanitatiser pump on their wall so they can pin at a moments notice and still stay clean, can't let those gains slip away.

This ampule has a dot on the neck of the ampule, the narcan one had a line around it which I guess was for tracking with a knife or tool? Not sure what this dot means exactly but I didn't have any ideas beyond just trying to snap it

I wiped down the neck of the ampule with an alcohol swab to disinfect it then held the ampule upright and made sure liquid was all below the neck by gently flicking the top.. that'll become a nice part of the prep ritual.

Used the alcohol wipes to grip the top and bottom and took a bit of pressure but I snapped it fairly clean. Didn't drop any of the precious nectar.

And whacked it in slow and steady

Fuck yeah, life is fucking good. Every day things are moving forward in the right direction. I'm happy, I have energy to spare and love to give. I feel like going out and flinging wads of rainbow jjzz into the world.

This summer is gonna be awesome. The woman in a 50 mile radius around my van don't know it yet, but they're gonna have an awesome time this summer too 😎

The retatrutide is working more now though, @HarleyGuy is right I think, it's tolerance starting to build. I've pushed up to more like 2.5mg a week with the shot today. I'll calculate exactly how much for the next shot.

I thought I'd try low fat milk and bought a litre for coffee. I had a few with no problems yesterday but this morning number three isn't sitting well. The litre is almost finished and won't get another but a sign the reta is still at least somewhat still okay despite my mistake reconstituting it.

Had carbs before and after the gym - had 101g of protien in a five egg and whey shake to wash down this half finished bowl of rice and tuna:

Then when I got home just after 1am I had the rest of the sourdough and tuna, a two ingredient meal! First chewing and now this... I need more retatrutide.

I always forget to weigh myself first and I had about a litre of water in the half hour I was screwing around on my phone with it plugged into the wall charging prior to lifting so I could listen to the Evo podcast while lifting.

I had a lot on my mind last night so just went for my machine version of the @2G2B upper stack.
The R18 gym I go to has three Nautilus machines in a row: biceps curl, chest press and shoulder press 💪 and I do a form of supersetting I guess where I do 3 sets of 12 on each in total but go from one to the next and do three laps.

This let's me cut down the rest time to 30 seconds pretty easily. I think it's easier than doing them one at a time. I sometimes add a forth thing to the rotation, shrugs or eazy-bar preacher curls.

Got it my ten minutes on the stairmaster at intensity level 8, but i was seriously watching the clock and ready to bail soon after I noticed 10 minutes was up.

Absolutely agree. For us all things stem from sobriety and our spiritual connection. I wouldn't be here and definitely wouldn't be well enough to do steriods had I not gotten sober two years ago. And even after, that 40mg methadone taper I did at the start of the year had me in bed most of it. I had to do a lot of shit to prepare to get ready for this, it's not a knee jerk decision.

Everything's gone to shit with getting private blood tests done.

I talked to a friendly pharmacist and a doctor who's a friend of my Dads. The pharmacist didn't even believe that the private place I found exists, but when I showed them warned me to get a second opinion and that it'd be like some sort of automated machine report. I dunno but they were not impressed by it that's for sure 😂

The two lifters I talked to who've done it lately got them through the regular doctors channels or used the place I was planning to in different cities.

Going to any doctor or specialist connected into The Public Health System is off the table for me. There's no privacy inside the system itself, everyone knows everything and there's flagging and alerting functions between departments and other entities.

The methadone clinic knew as soon as I got my medical cannabis prescription and called me that same day to ask about it. That script was from a private clinic that's not publicly funded but still they have to lodge the scripts centrally and then it raises a flag at the clinic that my regime has been changed by an external party, and they care greatly about that at the methadone clinic. They hate it when you try and fix your own problems, especially ones they've already told you are not problems.

They did not care about that MC script and agreed it was beneficial and signed off on that, but that will not be the case this time. They will be absolutely beside themselves if they knew I was injecting testosterone.

There's politics and shit at play here that I'm far to intelligent to understand but the long and short of it is that the government doesn't like to pay for TRT and don't want to pay for it so they deny it's nessary at all. Unless you wanted to change your gender of course, then you can have whatever you want.

So telling the doctor would soon filter down and shortly after I would he flagged as non-compliant with the requirements of the methadone program as I'm taking controlled drugs without prescription which means from then on I'll be failing my monthly drug tests.

Then they would take interest in my hormone levels and start testing me every month... what a fucking joke. See how this is just another set of bullshit? You guys have your insurance companies and we have the government health system.

We can't just go in and order tests or buy stuff, there's no upselling because nothing is for sale to buy more of. There's a lot of regulation too of course and they will crack down on dodgy scripts very quickly. There was a doctor writing loose trt scripts I heard about from reddit, but when trying to book with him his office lady said he's not allowed to do that any more... so I guess they threatened to take his license or something.

I knew it's tightly controlled but still thought for money I could get simple blood tests done.

I'll still get liver and kidney tests every three months as a requirement of the methadone program but not as much as I was required to do when I was also taking Antabuse, it's day 9 off that now.

Required to get quarterly ECGs too. I don't think many gear users worry as much about their heart as they do blood testing for other stuff. The 3 dead gear users I knew irl were all heart related. I have continuous monitoring via the Samsung watch, which is awesome data when correlated with activities.

I've seen a good few patterns now and adjusted my behaviour, for example removing my nicotine patches before bed reduced my resting heart rate by 10bpm where the prescription says to wear it 24 hours.

I've got a plan to reduce caffine (harder than I thought) and nicotine to take more load off mine and I've been doing good with steps and cardio and plan to up that too. Was a big part of why I chose EQ and TBOL to go with testosterone for my first stack and first cycle, also because the cycle runs through spring and summer so will have the diet and training style to match.

I can't fuck up my recovery program, that's the only thing I haven't fucked up in the past two years. I have two and a half years worth of clean drug tests through the clinic which are very important to me. I need them prove I've been sober to polite society, the police, my parents, the courts, and the courts in Australia if I was involved in anything to do with my kid in the future.

Having a big FAIL: NON COMPLIANT stamp over my test will he very difficult to explain to my mother and I'd rather risk gyno than cause her to miss any more sleep because of me.

I don't see any way I can make up a story that would involve getting esteogen checked and until I find a private blood testing place I'm not going to risk it. I can take blood out of my arm myself, maybe there's a way to get them to post me vials and post them a sample back.

Getting some advice from @toddthelineman about the blood pressure issues with eq and in general so still figuring it all out myself but I will log all my moves.

I'm going to start prepping soon to be able to take blood out myself instead of going to the blood bank. I'm not prepared to lie to the blood bank about my use of seriods and if I was honest that'd go into The System too, so instead I'll just take it out myself. I got a butterfly clip and a lead to a 10ml barrel but think I'll get a 50ml one for it.

I've at least got baseline liver, kidney and testosterone level blood tests from 7 weeks ago I got before my first pin. I left the doctor yet another voicemail yesterday about getting a copy of the results. Should he easier going forward to get results of new tests, as I'll be sent a copy as well as the doctor.

The two testosterone tests I got over those two years were just the testosterone only ones. It's lucky they don't care atcually else they'll see what I'm doing and absolutely lose their rag.

That's why I turned down their government TRT in the first place. Well that and all the insane requirements, almost had as much overhead as methadone. My TIT plan worked way better anyway, I love the TIT 💉😁

It'll be so hot in my uninsulated van soon I'll have no choice but to go outside surfing and skateboarding and trail hiking and beach volleyball and shagging loose woman with enthusiasm, hopefully rollerskatering too. I joined a yoga studio and intended to start the hot yoga style recommended by @stevesmi.

Also going to switch to raw organ and bone broth at the core of the diet. Gonna move this bone broth operation to the beach and cook over an open fire unless it's too windy, in which case there's some old war ruins up on the hill I can make a fire in for this. Can't afford to cook with gas for that long.

I think everything is pretty much lined up, next four months of gear, lifting and diet is mostly planned already, few details to work out, few things left to buy but comfortable and very happy things are moving. I'm always open to suggestions and modifications or additions and will fairly evaluate everything that comes my way. @LevButlerov has been helping me adding a low dose of Proviron to this stack to help with the estrogen issues, which I really appreciate. I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can. Also started tracking mood as recommended by @HarleyGuy and set up my watch to ask me twice a day.

To be honest dealing with doctors and the health system and fretting about this blood testing has been really stressing me out. Especially running into brick walls over things that aren't even an issue for other people.

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I've also been looking forward to this for a very very long time now. I wanted to start steriods in 2008 but it's taken this long. But that's cool, I'm here now. I have my entire 40s ahead of me. I'm going to spend it cycling steriods and lifting.

It'll be 16 weeks of test and eq at the core of it, with some orals too. Thanks to @HarleyGuy for helping me with duration, in all my research in the eq community research thread and leaening from the podcast episodes about it 16 weeks seems like the ticket. This feels perfect too and the timing is great, it means I can take autumn off and drop to trt dose of test and try some fasting and take it easy and stockpile and prepare everything for a different type of training, diet and steriods come winter. That's way in the future tho, spring is about to start here and I am ready!! Skirts are flying up all around me.

Day 56 is exactly eight weeks on test only so good day to add equipoise, almost looks planned. 300mg for the first month, 400mg the second and today I'll up my dose to 500mg to keep a 2:1 ratio with the 250mg of eq I've beem advised about.

I listened to and gave proper consideration to all the advice I got. I'm particularly grateful to all the advice Lev gave me about EQ dosing and test ratios and Todd for advice around blood pressure issues and for putting the + into my stack, and HarleyGuy for duration tips - between all this I think my stack is near perfect for me. There's still a few things left that aren't 100% but after all the shit with the medical system I've decided against talking to soon and assuming things will work.

I couldn't expect to get my friends and mentors here to sign off on my incomplete plan. I'm not looking for someone to take responsibility for my actions so I didn't seek anything further and gave back the money I borrowed for the blood tests and got my needles and ampules out of the chilly bin/esky/cooler and got out the beautiful equipoise amplue kit from @SWOLENZ

First time I've done more than .3 - an entire ml of liquid!

I've only seen Narcan in ampules before. They gave me 5 of them when I joined the methadone program but I gave them to a woman at a 12 step meeting. I did break one to see how they worked tho. Had a little dot and line around the neck, I wasent sure if you were suppost to use a knife around that line or what but I just snapped it whole holding it with a paper towel and it came off clean. That narcan cost me nothing so I didn't care to do it carefully but not so with this precious equipoise.

First I washed and sanitised my hands because I'm flash as fuck these days. All needle users should have an alcohol habd sanitatiser pump on their wall so they can pin at a moments notice and still stay clean, can't let those gains slip away.

This ampule has a dot on the neck of the ampule, the narcan one had a line around it which I guess was for tracking with a knife or tool? Not sure what this dot means exactly but I didn't have any ideas beyond just trying to snap it

I wiped down the neck of the ampule with an alcohol swab to disinfect it then held the ampule upright and made sure liquid was all below the neck by gently flicking the top.. that'll become a nice part of the prep ritual.

Used the alcohol wipes to grip the top and bottom and took a bit of pressure but I snapped it fairly clean. Didn't drop any of the precious nectar.

And whacked it in slow and steady

This summer is gonna be awesome. The woman in a 50 mile radius around my van don't know it yet, but they're gonna have an awesome time this summer too 😎

The retatrutide is working more now though, @HarleyGuy is right I think, it's tolerance starting to build. I've pushed up to more like 2.5mg a week with the shot today. I'll calculate exactly how much for the next shot.

I thought I'd try low fat milk and bought a litre for coffee. I had a few with no problems yesterday but this morning number three isn't sitting well. The litre is almost finished and won't get another but a sign the reta is still at least somewhat still okay despite my mistake reconstituting it.

Had carbs before and after the gym - had 101g of protien in a five egg and whey shake to wash down this half finished bowl of rice and tuna:

I had a lot on my mind last night so just went for my machine version of the @2G2B upper stack.
The R18 gym I go to has three Nautilus machines in a row: biceps curl, chest press and shoulder press 💪 and I do a form of supersetting I guess where I do 3 sets of 12 on each in total but go from one to the next and do three laps.

This let's me cut down the rest time to 30 seconds pretty easily. I think it's easier than doing them one at a time. I sometimes add a forth thing to the rotation, shrugs or eazy-bar preacher curls.

Got it my ten minutes on the stairmaster at intensity level 8, but i was seriously watching the clock and ready to bail soon after I noticed 10 minutes was up.

I had a lot on my mind last night so just went for my machine version of the @2G2B upper stack.
The R18 gym I go to has three Nautilus machines in a row: biceps curl, chest press and shoulder press 💪 and I do a form of supersetting I guess where I do 3 sets of 12 on each in total but go from one to the next and do three laps.

This let's me cut down the rest time to 30 seconds pretty easily. I think it's easier than doing them one at a time. I sometimes add a forth thing to the rotation, shrugs or eazy-bar preacher curls.

Got it my ten minutes on the stairmaster at intensity level 8, but i was seriously watching the clock and ready to bail soon after I noticed 10 minutes was up.

I was trying to be lazy and do a light 23kg on all but the pins on these Nautilus machines work differently than the Startrack machines at the gym across the road and I atcually had it on 36kg. It was hard but I managed, surprised myself atcually.

I totally agree about tuna, so easy to eat. Eating fish is usually an ordeal but their macros are flat out amazing. I'm trying to overcome a mental barrier to step up my fish game. I can get big 440g cans of mackerel for like $2.20 and the macros are just amazing, but in my head I've built it up to be gross and I haven't even tried it. If I can mix it with rice and drown in salt it'll be great financially and for macro goodness 😀 check it out:

I totally agree about tuna, so easy to eat. Eating fish is usually an ordeal but their macros are flat out amazing. I'm trying to overcome a mental barrier to step up my fish game. I can get big 440g cans of mackerel for like $2.20 and the macros are just amazing, but in my head I've built it up to be gross and I haven't even tried it. If I can mix it with rice and drown in salt it'll be great financially and for macro goodness 😀 check it out:

Mackerel. My buddy did a few years in Texas prison. Said he ate a can of mackerel every day and all body weight prison style workouts. Was impressive. They have some interesting ways to make workouts more effective. Like instead of full ROM, they’ll only do the hardest parts of the movement and keep constant tension. You can actually prevent injury like that too.

This triggered the idea to put tons of my rock and pink salt mix into the tuna and mix it up to make it more addictive. It was salty as fuck, my mouth was watering it was crazy. Got the salty taste all over my lips and shit. New method of getting tons of salt down for electrolytes that also makes tuna almost bingeable. I'll get more and smash it :)

Everything's gone to shit with getting private blood tests done.

I talked to a friendly pharmacist and a doctor who's a friend of my Dads. The pharmacist didn't even believe that the private place I found exists, but when I showed them warned me to get a second opinion and that it'd be like some sort of automated machine report. I dunno but they were not impressed by it that's for sure 😂

The two lifters I talked to who've done it lately got them through the regular doctors channels or used the place I was planning to in different cities.

Going to any doctor or specialist connected into The Public Health System is off the table for me. There's no privacy inside the system itself, everyone knows everything and there's flagging and alerting functions between departments and other entities.

The methadone clinic knew as soon as I got my medical cannabis prescription and called me that same day to ask about it. That script was from a private clinic that's not publicly funded but still they have to lodge the scripts centrally and then it raises a flag at the clinic that my regime has been changed by an external party, and they care greatly about that at the methadone clinic. They hate it when you try and fix your own problems, especially ones they've already told you are not problems.

They did not care about that MC script and agreed it was beneficial and signed off on that, but that will not be the case this time. They will be absolutely beside themselves if they knew I was injecting testosterone.

There's politics and shit at play here that I'm far to intelligent to understand but the long and short of it is that the government doesn't like to pay for TRT and don't want to pay for it so they deny it's nessary at all. Unless you wanted to change your gender of course, then you can have whatever you want.

So telling the doctor would soon filter down and shortly after I would he flagged as non-compliant with the requirements of the methadone program as I'm taking controlled drugs without prescription which means from then on I'll be failing my monthly drug tests.

Then they would take interest in my hormone levels and start testing me every month... what a fucking joke. See how this is just another set of bullshit? You guys have your insurance companies and we have the government health system.

We can't just go in and order tests or buy stuff, there's no upselling because nothing is for sale to buy more of. There's a lot of regulation too of course and they will crack down on dodgy scripts very quickly. There was a doctor writing loose trt scripts I heard about from reddit, but when trying to book with him his office lady said he's not allowed to do that any more... so I guess they threatened to take his license or something.

I knew it's tightly controlled but still thought for money I could get simple blood tests done.

I'll still get liver and kidney tests every three months as a requirement of the methadone program but not as much as I was required to do when I was also taking Antabuse, it's day 9 off that now.

Required to get quarterly ECGs too. I don't think many gear users worry as much about their heart as they do blood testing for other stuff. The 3 dead gear users I knew irl were all heart related. I have continuous monitoring via the Samsung watch, which is awesome data when correlated with activities.

I've seen a good few patterns now and adjusted my behaviour, for example removing my nicotine patches before bed reduced my resting heart rate by 10bpm where the prescription says to wear it 24 hours.

I've got a plan to reduce caffine (harder than I thought) and nicotine to take more load off mine and I've been doing good with steps and cardio and plan to up that too. Was a big part of why I chose EQ and TBOL to go with testosterone for my first stack and first cycle, also because the cycle runs through spring and summer so will have the diet and training style to match.

I can't fuck up my recovery program, that's the only thing I haven't fucked up in the past two years. I have two and a half years worth of clean drug tests through the clinic which are very important to me. I need them prove I've been sober to polite society, the police, my parents, the courts, and the courts in Australia if I was involved in anything to do with my kid in the future.

Having a big FAIL: NON COMPLIANT stamp over my test will he very difficult to explain to my mother and I'd rather risk gyno than cause her to miss any more sleep because of me.

I don't see any way I can make up a story that would involve getting esteogen checked and until I find a private blood testing place I'm not going to risk it. I can take blood out of my arm myself, maybe there's a way to get them to post me vials and post them a sample back.

Getting some advice from @toddthelineman about the blood pressure issues with eq and in general so still figuring it all out myself but I will log all my moves.

I'm going to start prepping soon to be able to take blood out myself instead of going to the blood bank. I'm not prepared to lie to the blood bank about my use of seriods and if I was honest that'd go into The System too, so instead I'll just take it out myself. I got a butterfly clip and a lead to a 10ml barrel but think I'll get a 50ml one for it.

I've at least got baseline liver, kidney and testosterone level blood tests from 7 weeks ago I got before my first pin. I left the doctor yet another voicemail yesterday about getting a copy of the results. Should he easier going forward to get results of new tests, as I'll be sent a copy as well as the doctor.

The two testosterone tests I got over those two years were just the testosterone only ones. It's lucky they don't care atcually else they'll see what I'm doing and absolutely lose their rag.

That's why I turned down their government TRT in the first place. Well that and all the insane requirements, almost had as much overhead as methadone. My TIT plan worked way better anyway, I love the TIT 💉😁

It'll be so hot in my uninsulated van soon I'll have no choice but to go outside surfing and skateboarding and trail hiking and beach volleyball and shagging loose woman with enthusiasm, hopefully rollerskatering too. I joined a yoga studio and intended to start the hot yoga style recommended by @stevesmi.

Also going to switch to raw organ and bone broth at the core of the diet. Gonna move this bone broth operation to the beach and cook over an open fire unless it's too windy, in which case there's some old war ruins up on the hill I can make a fire in for this. Can't afford to cook with gas for that long.

I think everything is pretty much lined up, next four months of gear, lifting and diet is mostly planned already, few details to work out, few things left to buy but comfortable and very happy things are moving. I'm always open to suggestions and modifications or additions and will fairly evaluate everything that comes my way. @LevButlerov has been helping me adding a low dose of Proviron to this stack to help with the estrogen issues, which I really appreciate. I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can. Also started tracking mood as recommended by @HarleyGuy and set up my watch to ask me twice a day.

To be honest dealing with doctors and the health system and fretting about this blood testing has been really stressing me out. Especially running into brick walls over things that aren't even an issue for other people.

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I've also been looking forward to this for a very very long time now. I wanted to start steriods in 2008 but it's taken this long. But that's cool, I'm here now. I have my entire 40s ahead of me. I'm going to spend it cycling steriods and lifting.

It'll be 16 weeks of test and eq at the core of it, with some orals too. Thanks to @HarleyGuy for helping me with duration, in all my research in the eq community research thread and leaening from the podcast episodes about it 16 weeks seems like the ticket. This feels perfect too and the timing is great, it means I can take autumn off and drop to trt dose of test and try some fasting and take it easy and stockpile and prepare everything for a different type of training, diet and steriods come winter. That's way in the future tho, spring is about to start here and I am ready!! Skirts are flying up all around me.

Day 56 is exactly eight weeks on test only so good day to add equipoise, almost looks planned. 300mg for the first month, 400mg the second and today I'll up my dose to 500mg to keep a 2:1 ratio with the 250mg of eq I've beem advised about.

I listened to and gave proper consideration to all the advice I got. I'm particularly grateful to all the advice Lev gave me about EQ dosing and test ratios and Todd for advice around blood pressure issues and for putting the + into my stack, and HarleyGuy for duration tips - between all this I think my stack is near perfect for me. There's still a few things left that aren't 100% but after all the shit with the medical system I've decided against talking to soon and assuming things will work.

I couldn't expect to get my friends and mentors here to sign off on my incomplete plan. I'm not looking for someone to take responsibility for my actions so I didn't seek anything further and gave back the money I borrowed for the blood tests and got my needles and ampules out of the chilly bin/esky/cooler and got out the beautiful equipoise amplue kit from @SWOLENZ

First time I've done more than .3 - an entire ml of liquid!

I've only seen Narcan in ampules before. They gave me 5 of them when I joined the methadone program but I gave them to a woman at a 12 step meeting. I did break one to see how they worked tho. Had a little dot and line around the neck, I wasent sure if you were suppost to use a knife around that line or what but I just snapped it whole holding it with a paper towel and it came off clean. That narcan cost me nothing so I didn't care to do it carefully but not so with this precious equipoise.

First I washed and sanitised my hands because I'm flash as fuck these days. All needle users should have an alcohol habd sanitatiser pump on their wall so they can pin at a moments notice and still stay clean, can't let those gains slip away.

This ampule has a dot on the neck of the ampule, the narcan one had a line around it which I guess was for tracking with a knife or tool? Not sure what this dot means exactly but I didn't have any ideas beyond just trying to snap it

I wiped down the neck of the ampule with an alcohol swab to disinfect it then held the ampule upright and made sure liquid was all below the neck by gently flicking the top.. that'll become a nice part of the prep ritual.

Used the alcohol wipes to grip the top and bottom and took a bit of pressure but I snapped it fairly clean. Didn't drop any of the precious nectar.

The retatrutide is working more now though, @HarleyGuy is right I think, it's tolerance starting to build. I've pushed up to more like 2.5mg a week with the shot today. I'll calculate exactly how much for the next shot.

I thought I'd try low fat milk and bought a litre for coffee. I had a few with no problems yesterday but this morning number three isn't sitting well. The litre is almost finished and won't get another but a sign the reta is still at least somewhat still okay despite my mistake reconstituting it.

Had carbs before and after the gym - had 101g of protien in a five egg and whey shake to wash down this half finished bowl of rice and tuna:

Never tried the tinned mackerel. Can understand your hesitation. I don't mind sardines, particularly on toast.

Thanks bro, I appreciate that :) yeah I think it's even worse in Australia generally thought. I've had mixed results. You need referrals even more so than here I think. Like I've got really flat feet and wear orthotics in my shoes and had a clay mould of them and I just wanted to get some of those made up so go to place, he laughs at me like I'm stupid for just turning up with my moulds and not a mountain of paperwork and so I went to a GP which as $80 just for signing in where I had to let them weigh and measure me on a separate appointment then the real one was $120 just to get a referral which he wrote down off the bit of paper I bought in with the first cunt's address on it. So im $200 down just to start talking to this guy, who called my moulds "unofficial". I was so fucked off I biffed his gay parker pen with his name etched on it out the window into the river when he wasent looking. Broke a few other things that looked about $200 worth and then he used the same lazer machine the dude in Veitnam had. I'll spare you the rest of the details but I paid $1800 for them in the end and they weren't any better than the veitnamese ones, wish I didn't loose them. I think all Australians should go to Veitnam for medical shit, they're atcually competent over there and everyone has an atcual purpose not just trying to get a clip of the ticket they don't deserve. My parents go every year and had full sets of teeth implants that cost them the same as what I was quoted with one. Cost more to get one tooth pulled out with pliers in Australia than their implanta did..

Now I've had some of my drive and motivation return I can manage more basic tasks and and slowly trying to sort out the two fucked vans I have on the other side of the park in addition to my van. So I reached out to my ex-girlfriend about getting my shit back.

The sunset was stunning, the beach is at the end of the road you can see there, I'm standing where my van is usually parked but I have a fence to hide from the wind behind, else sandstorms come and sand gets in everywhere.

In my first van that got stolen I used to park right at the beach but after a year of that there was sand fucking everywhere. Glad I didn't have to deal with that in the end.

I just know I'm going to shag my ex-girlfriend next week. God damn testosterone, I feel powerless to stop it 😂 but ah well, a friendly party to evaluate weather my shit still works will be good I guess. Wonder what she's going to think of my changes, I last saw her on January 8th, after walking out at a brisk pace on December 28th.

We haven't really talked this year, apart from some half assed plans to swap stuff back. I have her Mazda MPV still, which is a giant pain in the ass and I hope people haven't clicked that it's mine, as that's really pushing my luck having two fucked SUVs and a fucked van.

I reached out and she apologised for the radio silence I was secretly thankful for but accepted that and we made plans to meet up next week.

I told her to come over here so we can evaluate the situation and make plans to solve them but I'm instead going to ask vanbum lady for a jumpstart and go and pick her up because that would let me have a first crack at her hoarding pile and grab the laptops and juggling clubs and other things I want the most.

Can't even remember what stuff I have anymore, it was all in boxes when I lived at her record store already so some things I haven't seen since my parents place in early 2022.

    • Sitting down at my Raspberry PI Linux ARMv6 machine, full keyboard, full-screen'd command line terminals on both screens with the knowledge and hardware to tackle any problem the internet could throw at me. I haven't used a proper computer since last year and I'm itching to hack on some shit. I want to make a few little tools to organise my log better and alert me to log entries from guys on the sister sites like @ceo , @2Thick and @ballin2504
  • Collection of mechanical vaporisers that could potentially be sold for steriod money. I got somewhat addicted to buying these when I first got sober. Also quit smoking after 20 years with them and learnt a lot about power, ohms law and metal work, cnc machines and metal-lathes. Artificial flavors and making juice taught me a lot too. I'm close to having a industrial grade power system in my van and want my computers back. That alone will make me a better Evo Logger. I have three nice laptops, including the $9000 AUD one my last Big 4 finance employer gifted me. I think that's what happened, definitely how I remember it. That has 64GB of RAM and is 5 years old and is insanely spec'd but uses a lot of power.

It has a clever system of two inbuilt graphics cards, one a big full GPU gamer type card and the regular type and a switch, so the GPU stays off most the time unless you're playing games or cracking passwords or mining bitcoin with the GPU. I haven't played a game since Street Fighter II in the 90s, and I don't mine bitcoin.

If you think I use too much text now, wait until I get my keyboard back. I can type faster than I can think with 98% accuracy, so aren't slowed down by any filters that catch things as I'm fat fingering them into the phone at a painfully slow rate.

I'll also be able to write scripts and little programs again and will build and index or table of contents for my log with direct links so you can ignore more of my posts and get to the one you want 😀

I found a nice faux-leather office chair with a FREE sign on it the other day and now that's piled on my bed. I have access to the workshop on the steamship which has a wood lathe and bench mounted saws and shit so I can make a nice desk and have a proper little van-office for my Evo activities! Just gotta get some screens.

I had to go into the city to check on the ship this morning. Nice they reached out to me to go, they either have prior engagements or trust me more now. There's a weather red warning for tomorrow with high winds blowing at the ship so I'm gonna be on call. Might have to abandon squats mid set and go watch the ship sink or, I'm not sure what I'm suppost to do about anything but I'll be there anyway.

I'm feeling really great I got everything going with my cycle finally. Still a few kinks to iron out, I was getting a bit ahead of myself and was starting to forget I need to maintain the baseline. That means getting whey and eggs.

On the dole they give you an extra $30 a week to spend on electricity or blankets, but now the weather is coming right they took it away. I forgot about it and from this week I get $320 NZD a week ($183.72 USD today) and my 5lbs tub of ON Gold Whey powder is $175 and eggs about $15 a day on average, depending on what I can get and what's on sale.

Have been out of creatine for a few weeks and got more of that too. Managed to get the banana flavor again thankfully, chocolate and cookies and cream flavors were a mistake. I was hoping to keep some on hand for when I have big girls over and they get hungry but oh well, I'll explain to them what a banana is first and sure I can sell them on the idea of trying it.

They're really nice with an atcual banana, I made one for vanbum lady the other day and didn't mention the 5 eggs and she loved it.

Getting the EQ wiped me out financially last week and I couldn't get more protein powder and ended up using the little bits from the past tubs to get through the week without dipping below 400g protein a day. Have to protect my PROTIEN KING forum badge - it means more to me than woman and employment.

I'm happy 250mg of Equipoise is in my ass with its long esters doing their thing, don't need to worry about that again until Monday and I have 9 more 250mg ampules, 9 weeks worth.

So last night I restocked my whey and egg supplies and got a bunch of bananas imported from fucking Ecuador which I didn't notice until I was back home. Argh. Also got some apples but didn't look where they were from. Got a kilo of rice left in the bag too I recon.
Gonna start using food banks soon, I need some more money free to get supplements.

Been trying to get small amounts of carbs in before and after training as recommended by @LevButlerov - also will re-evaluate my salt intake and do some calculations. I thought I was going up not down, I've been having a heaped spoonful and washing it down with the @HarleyGuy juice.

I believe you need to be more mindful of salt when on carnivore type diets. All processed food contains lots and it all adds up but when you remove factory food completely you need to start getting it elsewhere. I think factory food hijacks your taste senses and makes them useless.

I also believe the term "salt to taste" has a deeper meaning and once you've done a pallet reset from at least a month on carnivore you can "salt to taste" and when it's nearly too much go with that, you'll notice if you try a few days later with the same amount it'll taste different.

I add salt to meat I'm cooking but that's about it, I was making an effort to add more of it to more things.

I was a little frustrated about something and decided I wanted to clear my head at the gym and left my phone and bag and all my shit I usually charge up and just went and did bar squats until I'd had enough.

The 7mg patches aren't enough, gotta go back to 14mg for a while. I had a few of the old ones just took off before sleep and stuck to the wall next to my bed on. Got nic sick doing this so only got one big one and one little one now. Just making sure they work still ;)

Was planning to do the massage chair post sports recovery routine but it was after midnight a day I want to get my sleep fixed again so I can go to the 6:15am assault bike class.

I joined a yoga studio recently to try more @stevesmi techniques out but haven't been to a class yet. I got a mat with some hippy shit and love hearts :)

Soon I'll have my morning cardio fixed. Haven't missed my hour fasted walk lately. Not going into crippling opiod withdrawl by taking my morning methadone dose provides sufficient motivation to walk to go get it 😅

Now I've had some of my drive and motivation return I can manage more basic tasks and and slowly trying to sort out the two fucked vans I have on the other side of the park in addition to my van. So I reached out to my ex-girlfriend about getting my shit back.

The sunset was stunning, the beach is at the end of the road you can see there, I'm standing where my van is usually parked but I have a fence to hide from the wind behind, else sandstorms come and sand gets in everywhere.

In my first van that got stolen I used to park right at the beach but after a year of that there was sand fucking everywhere. Glad I didn't have to deal with that in the end.

I just know I'm going to shag my ex-girlfriend next week. God damn testosterone, I feel powerless to stop it 😂 but ah well, a friendly party to evaluate weather my shit still works will be good I guess. Wonder what she's going to think of my changes, I last saw her on January 8th, after walking out at a brisk pace on December 28th.

We haven't really talked this year, apart from some half assed plans to swap stuff back. I have her Mazda MPV still, which is a giant pain in the ass and I hope people haven't clicked that it's mine, as that's really pushing my luck having two fucked SUVs and a fucked van.

I reached out and she apologised for the radio silence I was secretly thankful for but accepted that and we made plans to meet up next week.

I told her to come over here so we can evaluate the situation and make plans to solve them but I'm instead going to ask vanbum lady for a jumpstart and go and pick her up because that would let me have a first crack at her hoarding pile and grab the laptops and juggling clubs and other things I want the most.

Can't even remember what stuff I have anymore, it was all in boxes when I lived at her record store already so some things I haven't seen since my parents place in early 2022.

    • Poorman's Karaoke machine - thanks to @HarleyGuy for the idea. Might save me from having to sit through another season of Love Island with Tinder girls, though Sober-karaoke could just as easily backfire, neither of us has checked
    • Swinging around to watch TV in bed - I need to move the bed to the opposite end of the van, I suddenly thought the other night if I get rare ended I probably won't survive as I'd take the entire impact, and there's a high chance of getting rare ended since I park on roads a lot.
    • Sitting down at my Raspberry PI Linux ARMv6 machine, full keyboard, full-screen'd command line terminals on both screens with the knowledge and hardware to tackle any problem the internet could throw at me. I haven't used a proper computer since last year and I'm itching to hack on some shit. I want to make a few little tools to organise my log better and alert me to log entries from guys on the sister sites like @ceo , @2Thick and @ballin2504
  • Collection of mechanical vaporisers that could potentially be sold for steriod money. I got somewhat addicted to buying these when I first got sober. Also quit smoking after 20 years with them and learnt a lot about power, ohms law and metal work, cnc machines and metal-lathes. Artificial flavors and making juice taught me a lot too. Keep the EQ steady at 250 mg weekly, and stay consistent on the Test E. You’re in a solid rhythm with cardio and squats now, don’t rush the heavier work until recovery feels perfect again. You don't want hard injuries, so slow is the way trust me.

Once the laptop and van office are up, you’ll be able to log better and track your compounds, diet, and lifts more precisely. That’ll make your updates better and much easier to actually get work done too. going to be a sweet look to it I bet :D

Bro with it seems like life just loves throwing hurdles in your path and yet still you tear through them like a napalm wave of positivity and happiness. Its a rare trait to be able to always be looking at the glass half full rather then half empty and you to this better then most people i have come across my entire life.

I really love and respect how much your recovery means to you and how it impacts people close to you. I try not to, because i wish i could take it all back, but sometimes i sit back a really reflect on damage i had done to my loved ones through self abuse in my younger years, it just continues to confirm who i really am today and not imprisoned for life again decisions and mistakes i had made earlier on.

I really am happy for you brother and where you life is headed because of your Commitment and drive for a better direction. It really is inspiring how easy you make it all look!

💯 brother! Its why i enjoy spending time on here so much. The crew just going through life trying to be better then last week and all getting around eachother to help make it happen for everyone. It got a little flat there for a while but this year i feel evo has really ramped up again with people like yourself, @BeMe, @vanlife_gymbum, @toddthelineman and @LevButlerov bringing back the big interaction and conversations to heaps of logs. Even seeing so many of the newer crew and there logs firing up getting amongst eachother logs for some support and positivity.
I have a great feeling 2026 gonna be huge for the platform and solid interaction with all the logs rather then just a quick workout update.
The community discussion threads have been great for this and getting more members involved in constructive discussions and i believe this is a positive forecasts for the direction its heading. Big shoutout to yourself and Lev for being at the front of that👏

Too much toxicity out in the world so its nice to enjoy a place that is almost immune to it.🤍

If you think I use too much text now, wait until I get my keyboard back. I can type faster than I can think with 98% accuracy, so aren't slowed down by any filters that catch things as I'm fat fingering them into the phone at a painfully slow rate.

I'll also be able to write scripts and little programs again and will build and index or table of contents for my log with direct links so you can ignore more of my posts and get to the one you want 😀

I found a nice faux-leather office chair with a FREE sign on it the other day and now that's piled on my bed. I have access to the workshop on the steamship which has a wood lathe and bench mounted saws and shit so I can make a nice desk and have a proper little van-office for my Evo activities! Just gotta get some screens.

I had to go into the city to check on the ship this morning. Nice they reached out to me to go, they either have prior engagements or trust me more now. There's a weather red warning for tomorrow with high winds blowing at the ship so I'm gonna be on call. Might have to abandon squats mid set and go watch the ship sink or, I'm not sure what I'm suppost to do about anything but I'll be there anyway.

I'm feeling really great I got everything going with my cycle finally. Still a few kinks to iron out, I was getting a bit ahead of myself and was starting to forget I need to maintain the baseline. That means getting whey and eggs.

On the dole they give you an extra $30 a week to spend on electricity or blankets, but now the weather is coming right they took it away. I forgot about it and from this week I get $320 NZD a week ($183.72 USD today) and my 5lbs tub of ON Gold Whey powder is $175 and eggs about $15 a day on average, depending on what I can get and what's on sale.

Have been out of creatine for a few weeks and got more of that too. Managed to get the banana flavor again thankfully, chocolate and cookies and cream flavors were a mistake. I was hoping to keep some on hand for when I have big girls over and they get hungry but oh well, I'll explain to them what a banana is first and sure I can sell them on the idea of trying it.

They're really nice with an atcual banana, I made one for vanbum lady the other day and didn't mention the 5 eggs and she loved it.

Getting the EQ wiped me out financially last week and I couldn't get more protein powder and ended up using the little bits from the past tubs to get through the week without dipping below 400g protein a day. Have to protect my PROTIEN KING forum badge - it means more to me than woman and employment.

I'm happy 250mg of Equipoise is in my ass with its long esters doing their thing, don't need to worry about that again until Monday and I have 9 more 250mg ampules, 9 weeks worth.

So last night I restocked my whey and egg supplies and got a bunch of bananas imported from fucking Ecuador which I didn't notice until I was back home. Argh. Also got some apples but didn't look where they were from. Got a kilo of rice left in the bag too I recon.
Gonna start using food banks soon, I need some more money free to get supplements.

Been trying to get small amounts of carbs in before and after training as recommended by @LevButlerov - also will re-evaluate my salt intake and do some calculations. I thought I was going up not down, I've been having a heaped spoonful and washing it down with the @HarleyGuy juice.

I believe you need to be more mindful of salt when on carnivore type diets. All processed food contains lots and it all adds up but when you remove factory food completely you need to start getting it elsewhere. I think factory food hijacks your taste senses and makes them useless.

I also believe the term "salt to taste" has a deeper meaning and once you've done a pallet reset from at least a month on carnivore you can "salt to taste" and when it's nearly too much go with that, you'll notice if you try a few days later with the same amount it'll taste different.

I add salt to meat I'm cooking but that's about it, I was making an effort to add more of it to more things.

I was a little frustrated about something and decided I wanted to clear my head at the gym and left my phone and bag and all my shit I usually charge up and just went and did bar squats until I'd had enough.

The 7mg patches aren't enough, gotta go back to 14mg for a while. I had a few of the old ones just took off before sleep and stuck to the wall next to my bed on. Got nic sick doing this so only got one big one and one little one now. Just making sure they work still ;)

Was planning to do the massage chair post sports recovery routine but it was after midnight a day I want to get my sleep fixed again so I can go to the 6:15am assault bike class.

I joined a yoga studio recently to try more @stevesmi techniques out but haven't been to a class yet. I got a mat with some hippy shit and love hearts :)

Soon I'll have my morning cardio fixed. Haven't missed my hour fasted walk lately. Not going into crippling opiod withdrawl by taking my morning methadone dose provides sufficient motivation to walk to go get it 😅

Day 57: Protien & Creatine Re-Up

Now I've had some of my drive and motivation return I can manage more basic tasks and and slowly trying to sort out the two fucked vans I have on the other side of the park in addition to my van. So I reached out to my ex-girlfriend about getting my shit back.

The sunset was stunning, the beach is at the end of the road you can see there, I'm standing where my van is usually parked but I have a fence to hide from the wind behind, else sandstorms come and sand gets in everywhere.

In my first van that got stolen I used to park right at the beach but after a year of that there was sand fucking everywhere. Glad I didn't have to deal with that in the end.

I just know I'm going to shag my ex-girlfriend next week. God damn testosterone, I feel powerless to stop it 😂 but ah well, a friendly party to evaluate weather my shit still works will be good I guess. Wonder what she's going to think of my changes, I last saw her on January 8th, after walking out at a brisk pace on December 28th.

We haven't really talked this year, apart from some half assed plans to swap stuff back. I have her Mazda MPV still, which is a giant pain in the ass and I hope people haven't clicked that it's mine, as that's really pushing my luck having two fucked SUVs and a fucked van.

I reached out and she apologised for the radio silence I was secretly thankful for but accepted that and we made plans to meet up next week.

I told her to come over here so we can evaluate the situation and make plans to solve them but I'm instead going to ask vanbum lady for a jumpstart and go and pick her up because that would let me have a first crack at her hoarding pile and grab the laptops and juggling clubs and other things I want the most.

Can't even remember what stuff I have anymore, it was all in boxes when I lived at her record store already so some things I haven't seen since my parents place in early 2022.

  • Two old style flat screen monitors - my friend recently gave me a dual-screen wall mounting bracket so if I bolt tjar into the side of the van I will have an appropriate monitors for:​
    • Poorman's Karaoke machine - thanks to @HarleyGuy for the idea. Might save me from having to sit through another season of Love Island with Tinder girls, though Sober-karaoke could just as easily backfire, neither of us has checked
    • Swinging around to watch TV in bed - I need to move the bed to the opposite end of the van, I suddenly thought the other night if I get rare ended I probably won't survive as I'd take the entire impact, and there's a high chance of getting rare ended since I park on roads a lot.
    • Sitting down at my Raspberry PI Linux ARMv6 machine, full keyboard, full-screen'd command line terminals on both screens with the knowledge and hardware to tackle any problem the internet could throw at me. I haven't used a proper computer since last year and I'm itching to hack on some shit. I want to make a few little tools to organise my log better and alert me to log entries from guys on the sister sites like @ceo , @2Thick and @ballin2504
  • Collection of mechanical vaporisers that could potentially be sold for steriod money. I got somewhat addicted to buying these when I first got sober. Also quit smoking after 20 years with them and learnt a lot about power, ohms law and metal work, cnc machines and metal-lathes. Artificial flavors and making juice taught me a lot too. Easily spent $20k AUD and some of these are rare. The Kennedy 25 should be worth a bit now Kennedy has been shut down by the US Government. It's beautiful and made of copper. Real high maintenance but if you're buying a copper mechanical vape you're probably down for that anyway. So might be able to get a few hundred back 😆
I'm close to having a industrial grade power system in my van and want my computers back. That alone will make me a better Evo Logger. I have three nice laptops, including the $9000 AUD one my last Big 4 finance employer gifted me. I think that's what happened, definitely how I remember it. That has 64GB of RAM and is 5 years old and is insanely spec'd but uses a lot of power.

It has a clever system of two inbuilt graphics cards, one a big full GPU gamer type card and the regular type and a switch, so the GPU stays off most the time unless you're playing games or cracking passwords or mining bitcoin with the GPU. Yeah, I know all about the whole thing. With the sand it's almost impossible to get wet sand out of your car. It really sticks to your carpet. That's why I recommend rubber mats. You should put them down this way. You're not scared of going to the beach. @vanlife_gymbum

Been trying to get small amounts of carbs in before and after training as recommended by @LevButlerov - also will re-evaluate my salt intake and do some calculations. I thought I was going up not down, I've been having a heaped spoonful and washing it down with the @HarleyGuy juice.

I believe you need to be more mindful of salt when on carnivore type diets. All processed food contains lots and it all adds up but when you remove factory food completely you need to start getting it elsewhere. I think factory food hijacks your taste senses and makes them useless.

I also believe the term "salt to taste" has a deeper meaning and once you've done a pallet reset from at least a month on carnivore you can "salt to taste" and when it's nearly too much go with that, you'll notice if you try a few days later with the same amount it'll taste different.

I add salt to meat I'm cooking but that's about it, I was making an effort to add more of it to more things.

I was a little frustrated about something and decided I wanted to clear my head at the gym and left my phone and bag and all my shit I usually charge up and just went and did bar squats until I'd had enough.

The 7mg patches aren't enough, gotta go back to 14mg for a while. I had a few of the old ones just took off before sleep and stuck to the wall next to my bed on. Got nic sick doing this so only got one big one and one little one now. Just making sure they work still ;)

Was planning to do the massage chair post sports recovery routine but it was after midnight a day I want to get my sleep fixed again so I can go to the 6:15am assault bike class.

I joined a yoga studio recently to try more @stevesmi techniques out but haven't been to a class yet. I got a mat with some hippy shit and love hearts :)

Soon I'll have my morning cardio fixed. Haven't missed my hour fasted walk lately. Not going into crippling opiod withdrawl by taking my morning methadone dose provides sufficient motivation to walk to go get it 😅

Fuck yeah man, me either! I've got a couple of half finished projects from when I was living with my parents again in 2021, I had the same job and income but far less expenses, and there's only so many bags of crack you can fit in your pockets so I started buying computers while I was off my face.

I'm not a gamer but the game Cyberpunk just got released and I used to love Cyberpunk literature like Neuromancer and Snowcrash and everyone was complaining that the game was released incomplete and all fucked up but it seemed to me that it just required way more computing power than most people had and it I should test this by building a computer that can play it.

All that ray tracing tech and shit it used was pretty new and used some pretty fucking intense math, like the calculating power of every core on the best CPU was not enough, you needed to offload it all to the GPU which was already maxed out doing other shit.

These fucking crazy CPUs just got released, the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, was a few hundred more than the 5900 everyone had, but they were pretty pricy

Ended up doubling the ram later on but this was enough for Cyberpunk, it was very fast at the time:

I must have bought the monitor separately as it's not on this invoice but it was this thing:

Came out to $9500 all up and ray tracing was no fucking problem, I could whack the settings in Cyberpunk all up to Max with Ray tracing and all that shit turned on and it ran sweet as.

You could see shadows cast in real time and like oil dripping from cars into puddles would ripple out like it does when you throw petrol onto water, and it was like they modelled humans with how the characters lips and shit moved, I mean they probably did do that but it looked incredible.

Atcually back in the early 2000s Lee Priest was in involved in a video game, for Hulk I think it was, he wore a suit with probes all over it and acted out hitting people with bats and stuff, it looked wicked.

I did bring the computer up to Wellington but I had an accident in my girlfriends car and ended up writing it off so to make up for that I gave the computer to her to give to her awful teenage son and that was the end of that. He's probably just using it for pornhub on that big screen, little bastard

Yeah, I know all about the whole thing. With the sand it's almost impossible to get wet sand out of your car. It really sticks to your carpet. That's why I recommend rubber mats. You should put them down this way. You're not scared of going to the beach. @vanlife_gymbum

That's not a bad idea bro, you're right it gets in the carpet so badly you can't even vacuum it out. I used to go to those manual car wash places with the crazy mains powered vacuum cleaners and that didn't even help. Then it starts getting in your clothes and before long it's in your hair and ass 24/7.

I got some of that lino shit poor people in the 80s used to have instead of carpet and layered that over the carpet so I could just sweep it out with a broom. Was kinda half assed but felt better having at least a little room to put your feet that doesn't have god damn sand on it!

I said in no uncertain terms that the fickong dog is not coming inside my van, look at the fucking state of it, what's it going to eat in there, nicotine juice? Needles? Fuck knows but she acted like I just stomped on the thing suggesting a DOG might do better OUTSIDE right? I didn't enquire about the status of the dog, I'd totally forgotten about it until just now.

But if I lived in a van,.. the right dog could be an actual life saver. My old brother in law was sleeping in his car, woke up being robbed. Fought the guy off but got his neck slashed on both sides and survived! A blue healer would fit good in a van, but they can get busy for sure. Very bitey dogs never scared

I saw a fat American bitch trying to get on a plane with an unregistered "emotional support animal" once and get a few weirdos with unhappy looking untrained dogs at AA meetings often but otherwise I stay away from suburban stuff. I atcually tried Tinder in 2015 but bailed after the first date because it was with a police dog trainer who spent a whole half an hour detailing various domestic disputes she had caused with her ex-inlaws involving dogs and firearms like this was the funniest shit ever before I slipped out the back-door. God damn bro! NZ is pretty sparsely populated and their all concentrated in Auckland. There's more people in Auckland than the entire South Island so there's gangs and crime and armed robberies up there but Wellington despite being the capital only has 250k people.

I don't even lock my doors... only one of them works anyway, I have to climb over the seats to get in. The battery is flat so the central locking doesn't work but I did buy this thing off a youtube advert called a LUMIBAT, it's like a truncheon with a high powered strobe light torch on one end. Their eyes will be adjusted to the dark and you blind them with that then whack them while they're dazed and use the time to drive off. Well that's how it works in my imagination at least...

But I really am a bum and dont go anywhere, and don't deserve credit for driving half way across the country 😂 Dave and his friend caught the bus down to Wellington, like a 6 hour journey I think.

I don't go anywhere apart from the gyms across the roads and to the methadone clinic in the morning haha. But he was coming to my city of Wellington for the show he did. As he's from a rural area and didn't know anyone in the city, I offered to take him to my gyms.

We lifted at the big gym with the three powerlifting cages and hammer strength plate loaded machines and afterwards went over the road to the other place, the fancy new R18 gym with Nautilus kit straight out of the box, a pilates room, infrared saunas which he also wanted to use for his prep.

We used the high-tech massage chairs in the the meditation room and made the most of the private bathroom, and the pic you mentioned when I hammered at his ass with the massage gun.

Well in my books massaging a friend's glutes means a lot more than a drive across the country. Atleast I got the most important part of the story right lol. My bad I must've misread the rest haha.
