I think maybe you have some sort of allergy or something? Do you have other skin issues? Think about it logically, if everyone was breaking out in rashes how would the company still exist LOL.

The cup of coffee a day is meant to demonstrate it's only a couple bucks a day, and who can't afford that LOL. You can't find $2 worth of savings in your life per day. $500 is less than 1 week pay at minimum wage over here. If you're serious about your health and fitness then you can probably justify the investment in yourself. We aren't talking about life changing sums of money the way you describe it.

So far you have paid $2000 for access to a watch for 4 years. Good on u big dog I’m glad u can afford that and I’m glad you think it’s worth ur money, but for a lot of people $2000 for access to a watch for 4 years is too much.

I’ve ordered bloods, unsure of what tests to get done I just chose the ‘core health plus’ package from express pathology which includes; kidney function, liver function, general biochemistry, lipid profile, glucose, HBA1C, FBC/ESR, Insulin, iron studies, vitamin b12, vitamin D, thyroid profile (TSH, t3, t4), free testosterone and total testosterone, progesterone, prolactin, oestradiol (e2), DHEAS, SHBG, LH and FSH, HGH, cortisol, igf-1.
Is this enough or should I get the bigger package?
 
Another great workout, energy levels are really good again and strength has increased a fuckin lot. I’m excited to say I’ve invested in a coach,@Gains Man to improve training, diet, and PED use.

In terms of gaining muscle I don’t think him coaching me is going to instantly make me gain 20kg of lean muscle, but he’s going to be someone who takes all the guesswork out of training and dieting and supplement and ped usage and he’s going to help me stay motivated and accountable which is a major thing for me. Personally it doesn’t matter if I’m going pro or wanting to better my physique. I hope that’s good enough for you

We are emotionally invested into seeing results and sometimes we can be blind to actuall progress because 1- we look at ourselves all the time and its hard to notice things changing because the short durations of time between us passing judgement. 2 - we are impatient, its in our nature and we want to be able to see changes maybe sooner then they can be achieved.

The combination of these 2 influences can cause us to potentially change the plan before its had a chance to work or change plans just to suit our emotional state.

Coaches can eliminate this as they're decisions are based progress development and not emotion. All we have to do is show up and do the work.

@Eheoew you can sip some water before the bloodwork. but yeah its best to fast. this way you get an honest number

I’m the worst with bloods I tend to pass out after, it’s not the pain of the needle as I currently pin myself 2-5 times a day everyday, it’s from a sudden drop in blood pressure. I’m really hoping fasting isn’t gonna make it worse

I think you just get really bad anxiety. It is a really big needle. Just close your eyes and look away and breathe. You will be fine.

I know a couple people in here going to have a crack at me for how I am with getting bloods done so I gotta say this I won’t be avoiding getting bloods done and I won’t make excuses to not get bloods done, this is log so I’m logging everything related to me going to the gym

nah man. those are some big needles they put in us. when i donate blood its freaky as hell. nothing wrong with how you are reacting

You need to have a talk with them before this happens. Let them know about the blacking out part. It really is something serious you can end up falling and hitting your head. @Eheoew

If I start to black out I’ll think of @Ulter pointing at me telling me to man up.
But yes I will let them know, they typically give me the bed to lay down in which helps so so much rather than the seat which

Make sure your well hydrated the day before, and in the morning too brother. Obviously no food as you need to he fasted for certain tests but water is fine.

I'm talking about more reps each set so you are higher volume.
 
Really that many reps? I’ve always heard to stay in the 8-12 rep range. Never thought to go past 12 reps haha
I’m hitting legs today should I be doing 12-20 reps for every exercise today?
If you go higher reps every exercise with low weight and control, you'll feel the pump and have less injuries, and it's almost like 2nd cardio.

Didn’t get to do as many exercises as I would have liked to as I’ve got a baby on the way and had to go to ultrasounds and other appointments, but at the end of the workout my legs were fucked and I was struggling to walk.

That burn is the reward and reminder your working hard for it hahaha.

The good thing is as @LevButlerov has suggested is lighter weight and higher reps really helps us focus on connection to the muscle the burn in the muscle is what confirms we are doing the movement correctly. This is important in building a strong mind muscle connection for when we do start stacking on some weight to the bar/machines.

Too many people early on get too focused on just moving the weight and realistically trying to move too much, this just results in so many surrounding muscles having to contribute just to execute the movement.

Long term this can lead to the wheels spinning and wondering why certain muscles arent developing at the rate that resembles how much effort we 'feel' we are putting in.

Build the connection to the muscle properly and as you progress you will have a better more constructive workout.

If you just want to get strong, just go for it.
If you want to build muscle, learn to target the muscle 🤜🏼🤛🏼👊💪

best sleep I’ve had in a long time, not the longest sleep I’ve had but definitely best sleep quality. Diet is still the same, getting 2720 cal per day and 286g carbs, 205g protein and 84g fat. Workout felt really good and had more energy Today.

As per coaches advice I have gone down to 5iu of hgh daily and will be changing up my cycle and adding some more supplements, just waiting for bloods to come back first.
Yes smart move, even 2-3 IUs of hgh is enough imo
 
I would think about lowering hgh dose if I wasn’t see so much of an improvement in my sleep. This hgh has DRASTICALLY improved my sleep
That's a factor for sure, lets stay on this dose if you feel that's the best :D

we can do p5p for prolactin its OTC as prolactin not that high
but for estrogen we need to start modifying your cycle

With your blood work I suggest you stay at 250mgs/test and add 100mgs masteron to start
anavar is fine
dont go to 500 and 300 right away it will throw all off @Eheoew
Do you still have an ai accessible @Eheoew?
Be careful too as masteron doesnt lower estrogen for everyone

I think in your case you shouldn't make huge changes to cycle until next blood work @Eheoew except the aromasin and p5p

@Eheoew ive got some Arimidex if you need, Aromasin running low though. Maybe check with lev or one of the veterans on their thoughts. I agree with that sleep aid too, if sleep is still hit and miss some people just need a light sleep aid.

well said and @Eheoew can do arimidex as well no issues, he just needs to go slow and not swing the cycle or make drastic changes until we dial him in @Wolfenstein
