I already know she won't wanna do ED T-shots so I'm thinking 35mg once a week of my Rx TestE. Can't believe I didn't think of this before like why am I fuckin around with creams. LOL

n2guard, dont take it on empty stomach it will give you too much acidity imo

With your diet I actually think positive of your bloods :D you are intense but thats a good thing my brother.

Ok good to know. You know how I am though just took all my supps and I took 3 caps, so 3grams, turns out each cap is 1000mg. What is the best dose of this. I picture 5g being a good dose for some reason. And the bee propolis I'm thinking 2g? Each cap is 500mg.

You're looking at 2-3 grams of royal jelly max and 1-2 grams of propolis is enough :D

I have a big question for post cycle. I don't need an answer now but I'm looking to maintain my gains on a 1 year cruise if my bloods are in check using Test and EQ with proviron.
I just came across this in my log on page 36 from back in September. I crack myself up with the shit I say.

I'm blasting again in January the moment it hits midnight who am I kidding? Nothing like the 2g blast but something good though.

  • Still juggling being a MOD 🤩 with keeping log up to date but don't anyone worry I'm still crushing it in the gym
  • Loving being a mod - thanks EVO for this amazing opportunity! Super mad love and respect 🙏
  • Maintaining 205-208lbs with BF% down a bit - water came off from blast and looking leaner
  • Went beast mode and did deadlifts with back today - soaked shirt at the end - longer workout than usual so no cardio today
  • Now stacking N2Guard with HCGenerate (7 caps/day and 5 caps/day respectively). I'm just gonna send it and run these two forever and consider it a monthly expense.
  • Have gone completely to semi Heavy Duty with my training and love the strength aspect and sheer grit required
  • Upping HGH to 5iu for no particular reason except to see if lipolysis increases (I have a boatload of wholesale chinese stuff I wanna get through and it's tested ok from last year)

Ok that's interesting I've always went heavy and tried to hold the squeeze at the top of the concentric. I'll lower the dumbbell weight and focus more on mind-muscle connection!

@HarleyGuy I've never been a fan of using growth hormone too high unless you're competing. Just too many side effects. Especially things like carpal tunnel which are definitely counterproductive long term.

I was getting that bad from the Chinese blue tops I had. Hands were like dead fish in the morning. Worthless. Then it started to actually hurt. The Rx stuff didn’t do that because it was too expensive to go that high🤣

Omg both you and @stevesmi just pointed out the type of shit I wanna know about 5iu. 2.5iu 2xED seems reasonable instead of a bolus 5iu but if I’m going for its fat loss with cardio maybe 2iu 2xED. I’ve been at 3-4iu since June but all at night and no problems so far.

You might get away with it! I’ll bet that your extremely low carb diet will keep the water down significantly. You might have zero problems. Some people take a lot of gh. I don’t see how lol. I would need robot hands.

I’ve only heard speculation. But you definitely can get carpal tunnel and everything else from Rx Gh. I have. It just takes a lot and it’s like $8-10/iu so you’re seriously spending money at that point. Serostim is maybe a whole other level. I never found a dose of it that made me hold water.

Well I heard it’s because there’s no preservatives in the water. It’s intended to be used one vial a day! 18iu! It’s just way too expensive for regular use man. The smallest you can really dose it is 1.8iu. So if you can get a kit for like $900 it’s still like $500/month at that point. Supply is hit or miss.

Depends on your goals, if you want to step on stage sure go heavy, but in your situation more lifestyle I would be careful with the neck and shoulders in general to stay in the game longer :D @HarleyGuy
at this age you can carry something wrong and mess up your neck and thats it, much less with heavy shrugs

Fucked my shoulder and neck Sunday arvo , carrying something awkward, found a new sports chiro / rehab clinic. He stayed open after hours for me so I could get seen.

Said I look like Jack reacher - 😛 what a compliment! But obviously the Temu version. Did some dry needling and asked if I’m ok with needles haha

Then guessed my favorite exercise during the appointment and even came out and asked if I do gear. Which I told him I do sports TRT. But yeah from the injury happened to find a good physician going back next week and feel already a heap better!

i told one of my clients recently you don't need much but he didn't listen and went with 3iu's from one of our sources on here. he came back to me a month later and was like "why do my fingers hurt so much?" i was like there you go. this hgh is strong shit. 20 years ago you would need to run 6iu's to get anything. now even 3iu's is strong

  • Still juggling being a MOD 🤩 with keeping log up to date but don't anyone worry I'm still crushing it in the gym
  • Loving being a mod - thanks EVO for this amazing opportunity! Super mad love and respect 🙏
  • Maintaining 205-208lbs with BF% down a bit - water came off from blast and looking leaner
  • Went beast mode and did deadlifts with back today - soaked shirt at the end - longer workout than usual so no cardio today
  • Now stacking N2Guard with HCGenerate (7 caps/day and 5 caps/day respectively). I'm just gonna send it and run these two forever and consider it a monthly expense.
  • Have gone completely to semi Heavy Duty with my training and love the strength aspect and sheer grit required
  • Upping HGH to 5iu for no particular reason except to see if lipolysis increases (I have a boatload of wholesale chinese stuff I wanna get through and it's tested ok from last year)

those callouses are no joke @HarleyGuy you can always tell if someone works out by looking at them. they are well worth it
 
Depends on your goals, if you want to step on stage sure go heavy, but in your situation more lifestyle I would be careful with the neck and shoulders in general to stay in the game longer :D @HarleyGuy
at this age you can carry something wrong and mess up your neck and thats it, much less with heavy shrugs

Definitely can't hurt to change some things up. I think supersets are a good idea. There's a lot of benefits to doing them. @HarleyGuy

My N2Guard has 250mg TUDCA. In researching TUDCA this I came across this: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8674405/

I'd like to add 1g TUDCA to my supplement regime and being at 210lbs it appears this is well tolerated and the higher doses are what moves the needle on your HDL. I realize it's moreso a liver supplement but I'm interested in the HDL/LDL benefits moreso.

Do you recommend something like this and do you have any issues with 1g-1.25g TUDCA ed?

Yeah I lifted up my draw slides back of the Ute that are loaded and tried to peak underneath looking for something small. They aren’t bolted down coz work vehicle. But yeah holding up under load I tried to bend down and peak a look. Very stupid! That night standing infront of mirror would see one trap sitting higher than the other. But good news is my recovery has been 10 x what I thought it would be because I been running @Raptor Labs GLOW70. 50mg GHK-cu , 10mg Bpc157 and 10mg TB500 and seeing a specialist chiro and dry needling. 1 week today and tomorrow I think I might be back into it. Honestly thought my cycle was fucked and I was done.

Your hdl/ldl wont move with tudca really, what you're looking for is fish oil and psyllium which you're doing. @HarleyGuy

I tore my tendons armwrestling during cycle and used GLOW to get them back up and running in 6 weeks and said fuck it I'm not quitting my cycle and started a log here back in late July. The rest is history, now I'm all in for EVO!

And the whole time it was him that was caught serial cheating on her and she left him when they were like 3 years and 1&1 (second kids were twins).

Then we put on Season 5 of Vikings and cuddled on the couch and I massaged cream on her feet like nothing happened. She loves who I am and love she is, it's a perfect union.

N2guard is a cycle support supplement. It’s a little pricey, but I was taking a BUNCH of stuff and my alt ast wouldn’t budge. N2guard cut the levels in half, I just got the bloodwork back this week.

Fadogia Agrestis is like an herbal supplement that has a similar effect as HCG. Bigger nuts, bigger loads, and for some people like me, I really think it helps my mood. I used hcg for years and my e2 was too high the whole time. So I add HCGenerate(Fadogia based test booster with many other ingredients) or just Fadogia Agrestis that I’ve used before. I’ll take a bottle and then take a week or two off and if I feel not like myself I get another bottle

MK677 is a HGH secretagogue. If you take it at night it signals HGH sectretion very noticeably, and you will sleep and recover well and have decent muscle fullness. If you take it during the day you’ll be hungry like REALLY HUNGRY and sleepy hahaha. It’s orally available so very convenient to travel with and very easy on the pocket compared to HGH. I think the effects of 10mg a night are similar to 1, maybe 2 iu of rHGH. I haven’t gotten high blood pressure or carpal tunnel from it. I’m a huge fan. It’s not exactly the same as HGH, but it’s so close, so convenient, it’s kind of better. I literally have most of a kit of serostim and I don’t bother to use it. He had traumatized her so much she didn't have the bandwidth or energy to fight him anymore and he used to just come in the house when he dropped off the kids before I met her; he'd sit on the couch, bug the dog, eat her fuckin food and take shits in her bathroom. He's never done that before today since I told him not to exit his vehicle when dropping off the kids but like any narcissist he's gonna test the waters. Go ahead and test I'll make sure you get an F on that test you fat fuck.

The kids can't stand him. He put her through absolute hell during the divorce case and made it drag out 8 fucking years and wouldn't pay support and filed a motion to not pay support til the case was over with so he had her on wellfare (in the US that's like TANF or Public Assistance) with 3 young kids living in a 1-bedroom box then when she finally won the case she got a big settlement but the damage was done she had a lot of debt and interest to pay and that was his mission all along just to stick it to her for "leaving him". And the whole time it was him that was caught serial cheating on her and she left him when they were like 3 years and 1&1 (second kids were twins).

Then we put on Season 5 of Vikings and cuddled on the couch and I massaged cream on her feet like nothing happened. She loves who I am and love she is, it's a perfect union.
What a crazy fkin mess.

  • Sticking to a semi Heavy Duty training for a bit but will stich to higher volume lower weight and supersets come winter here

You seem to have the same thing going on as me with skin on your lower belly - I've been looking into a few things to try, lots of people say sunbathing but that's not a good pastime directly under the cfc hole in the ozone layer, but a bunch of early podcast episodes and some recent ones too talk about isong fasting to solve this.

I didn't quite get how it worked but he did say the scientific name for the process but basically it's like a cell regeneration process that is kicked off in a fasted state, your body starts repurposing stuff and goes for low hanging fruit which includes unnecessary skin.

Made enough sense when I listened to it that I'll try it, they said 5-6 days fasting (with water) is better than masteron...

Those kids have two legs they can get out of your fancy 'look at me' Escalade and walk into the house themselves so get your fuckin ass off my laneway and back in your car... you're a taxi for your visits with them, an ATM for support for HarleyGirl and you were literally just a sperm donor that's all you are so back the fuck up off the pavement and get in your vehicle". when i was a teacher i could tell the 2-3 kids in the class who were destined to end up being bad people. and don't you know it in 95% of situations when i look up what happened to them or we have class reunions they end up being in prison, dead or drug addicts. me and another teacher visited one of them in prison 4 hours away just to check in on them, dude was doing years for attempted murder. there is this built up anger inside that never goes away. the link was simple. crappy, abusive or absent dads. the cycle repeats itself in a lot of cases. breaking the cycle is possible but its hard.

btw from talking to you i actually think you are a good dude. so whatever happened before, you learned from it and became who you are today. i think there is good in everyone. nobody is born a bad person. its just that people do bad things sometimes

  • Still stacking N2Guard with HCGenerate (7 caps/day and 5 caps/day respectively). I'm just gonna send it and run these two forever and consider it a monthly expense.
  • Sticking to a semi Heavy Duty training for a bit but will stich to higher volume lower weight and supersets come winter here
  • Over ate today I think stoked for leg day and Lev's challenge - wanted to get the most from it but didn't need 3 rib steaks (2 woulda sufficed lol)

@HarleyGuy you certainly like to throw that cheese on your steak. Looks really good. And you cooked it to perfection. Maybe a little too raw for me.

That does look pretty epic. I'm pretty sure those plastic containers wouldn't be legal, or I'd hope not anyway, but I've seen these plastic sealed cardboard containers pop up here now, I don't know where they come from and something was off about them so I bailed on them but was tempting at $6 USD for 20. Trays are also usually three dozen not 20 so probably imported. Despite having a giant label they didn't put much on it, another red flag.

If that's a walk in fridge then those eggs must be really fucked. You don't refrigerate eggs normally, that's why they're awesome. I pushed it a few months ago and ate these eggs that were in my van for 5 or so months, they were sweet but that was when it was cold, probably was like a fridge.
 
Yes I call it my "ex fat guy" skin... it's been there since I lost the weight coming down from a carbed up edema mess of what was 270 lbs of pure estrogenic aromatizable fat all over my body.
Try fasting. That's really the best way to get rid of that loose skin. Or you can try certain creams or there's things like going to a dermatologist and seeing what they can do. @HarleyGuy

costco has low quality food. but people shop there to buy in bulk to save money. its sort of a scam if you ask me. those eggs aren't worth a damn they come from corporate farms that pollute

Agreed. Whenever we pass a farmers market I load up there even more than Costco. A farmers market for me is like a kid in a candy store!

yeah some asshole once sold me a bunch of rotten peaches. he was offering samples of the best peaches, but the ones he was actually selling were trash. nice bait and switch. those places attract scammers sometime. i'm sure you would have went back there and kicked his ass

They wash the eggs here unless you buy it directly from a farmer. It washes the seal off and the shell is porous, so they will go bad. It’s super dumb, but assuming it was a good egg in the first place, I don’t think the quality is affected too badly. But they don’t last as long even in the fridge. Or so I heard. Eggs never go bad at my house because I eat like 100 a week 😂
