- Maintaining 205-208lbs with BF% down a bit - water came off from blast and looking leaner
- Went beast mode and did deadlifts with back today - soaked shirt at the end - longer workout than usual so no cardio today
- Now stacking N2Guard with HCGenerate (7 caps/day and 5 caps/day respectively). I'm just gonna send it and run these two forever and consider it a monthly expense.
- Have gone completely to semi Heavy Duty with my training and love the strength aspect and sheer grit required
- Upping HGH to 5iu for no particular reason except to see if lipolysis increases (I have a boatload of wholesale chinese stuff I wanna get through and it's tested ok from last year)

Still quasi-carnivore with Karbolyn post-workout. Maintaining protein above 400g/day with red meat as usual, pressed cottage cheese, and egg whites/eggs etc. Caloric intake isn't ridiculous anymore due to not being on blast.
