I will get the packs of organic boneless skinless chicken breasts at costo. It is a decent deal most times. It is what I grind up into Ground chicken. I do love Red Meat and post burger all the time, but I try and keep the fat down and get the best bang for protein for the caloric intake that I can get. I absolutely love Ribeyes, but the fat makes it much higher in calories with not nearly as much protein as chicken breast or Cod from Alaska.
During a nice lean bulk, I will totally scarf down steaks, but never during a fat loss cut cycle/phase.
I love pulled pork as well, but its protein to fat is even worse than beef.
