I dunno if I'd be game now tbh... the eggs add this thick texture to the shakes like ice cream, and I can't taste them at all. Remember those banana shaped lollies in Party Mix packs? It tastes exactly like that. I did het the cookies and cream once and that was a mistake, and now have vanilla as it was the only one left and it's mild but alright I guess.

500ml of whey and liquid eggs probably tastes average I'd say haha 😄

Haha true!! I had 15 at my cabin in Queensland too, for a week before a fox or something got them. Then I got five more and built a big enclosure for them, then a snake got them and I gave up.

I used wire fencing material between the 20ft container and the 40ft one, including over the roof so that whole space was a run, but it went around the corner too so they had space, but didn't think about snakes Haha.

yeah that is why free range chickens and eggs cost more. @vanlife_gymbum you lose some of the food in the process. but well worth it

Are those just 1/2 inch needles you use for your injections? Is that deep enough to get in the muscle? I always have got the 1 1/2 inch needles and use those on my glute and thigh, dont put em all the way in though. Last time I went to the needle exchange I had the 1/2 inch ones in the pack too but didnt use them as I thought they werent long enough.

Got another bottle of retatrutide in the mail thanks to my friends at Life Forge damn, less than 24 hour turnaround from sending a DM to retatrutide sitting in my P.O Box. That's a Life Saver!

Soo thankful to Life Forge for that, I was a bit panicked and was listening to bulking episodes of the podcast and wondering what I was going to do when I'm forced to be a chewer again.

I'll detail my 2 day deep dive evaluation of retatrutide options in NZ when I make my touchdown thread soon.

Life Forge was one of the companies I got the testosterone enanthate from lab tested and they passed too so I want to make them a proper thread about that but been full on today with Evo DMs and messages, I've been trying to write this since 6am and it's now half four in the evening.

Tomorrow is volunteer labouring day on the ship so I will change my freezer pads and get the cooler box cranking.

Tonight I'm going to buy some frozen blueberries and reconstitute the reta and cool the box with the berries then try those in shakes tomorrow.

I noticed all the carnivores who start eating other things again go for blueberries and want to try...

I bought some ripe bananas that were not ready and left them in the sun too long today

And the government got back to me with some results of the pre cycle bloods I got but they make no sense. I want the atcual lab results for each one before I book a consultation with @stevesmi to go over them and my plans.

Splitting the tbol 20/10/10 through the day is perfect, that’ll smooth blood levels and reduce back pumps.
I would try 10mgs AM, 10mgs pre training or during walk so mid day.

There's tons of podcast episodes about these compounds, stacked with all sorts of stuff - but these ones below were core to my research and the ones I've listened to multiple times. Like sitting down with my notebook like it's a lecture type listening I mean:


My training plan changes slightly quite often, based on advice from the forum but I lift most days, probably average five or six days a week.

I love leg training and have been most consistent with it, largely because that's what I learnt first so was the routine I defaulted to if I couldn't be bothered thinking or looking up a better plan. I can just go into the gym and do a full leg routine from memory but now I have added a high rep day also.

I've only used machines up until recently with adding squats with the bar only, or 5kg plates either side for stability sometimes. And use a 20kg plate on the floor to keep my heels elevated and squat super deep. I do about six sets of 12 of these once a week, and do two sets of 12 other days if it feels right.

I found two heavy leg days a week to be too much when I started training other things too. Now I do one heavy day and one high rep bar squats day each week.

I want to up my cardio levels and start doing yoga a couple of times a week, start skateboarding instead of walking and regularly attend the 6:15am assault bike group class at my local gym, it's 30 minutes but it is full-on. If I can regularly attend that I think it will have a large affect.

Up until recently when the new R18 gym opened I used to lift at 12pm before the after-school care starts and by that time I had recovered from the half hour cardio bike and hour walk.

I do a lot of walking. Both as transport and for fun, I go and walk barefoot on the beach most evenings. Here's the past 7 days of steps with two being over 30k:

For diet and supplements I'm going to have a baseline daily protien intake of 400g from my 4 shakes. That's 20 raw eggs @ 5.9g protein and 12 scoops of Optimum Nutrition Gold whey shake powder @ 24g each, plus 10g creitine total a day, is 101g protein per shake and 404g over the day.

I have started eating rice and adding bananas to the shakes a few days a week now. Also going to add organ meat and bone broth soon, but for now I'm still losing weight every day and feeling amazing from downing 20 raw eggs. I really think you're missing out of you don't do this ;)

My idea was to try cover three main things with each entry
  • Daily metrics and raw numbers
  • Pictures of diet, pins and the topic at hand
  • Unfiltered rambling
My hopes with that would be that when referring back or searching, the numbers are there for training and diet, general topics are easier to find with the pictures and also some people won't want to read my journal entires but might be having a conversation with me about something elsewhere on the forum and I can still link them to the data relevant to our conversation and have it be there available if they scroll past the text section.

I'm also inconsistent with logging my macros and have gotten worse since the shakes and want to fix that with this new log.

If I do them the same way (5 eggs cracked first to cover blades --> three scoops ON Gold whey --> creitine, splast of water & salt) they come out at 101g protein and since atcually eating has become so rare I can atcually photograph everything I eat outside of this pretty easily.

I think a simple template below will help me with this. Copy sleep and step data from the tracker watch and macros from app to the Evo thread like below and that should be it. I'll add the missing macros soon.

I've configured the macro tracking app and added my specific ingredients to my apps, like the macros for one scoop of whey shake powder, the type of eggs I get with 5.9g protien each and 5.8 fat and the two brands of tuna.

Just have to wing it with bananas but they should not be too far off the defaults. Also have a food scale for cooked rice and meat. When I add the bone broth and organ meat I'll figure those out and weigh them up every day too.

I'm going to use a combination of my free-form text, template data and also copy how @HarleyGuy highlights stuff and signals changes in his logs using colour, larger font size, underlining.

That's smart given that most people don't scroll pack any pages to look at the old data you mention unless it's already there like it is in his system.

So my intention is to post a log entry every single day, but sometimes I might post it the next day. Definitely will record everything.

Despite being a bum I still have to carry a phone so the government can make sure I'm bumming around correctly, so I try and make the most of the situation by using the phone for writing notes, listening to podcast episodes, and take photos of things throughout the day and summarise it all at night after lifting & showering.

Sometimes there's a day gap, I order my photo gallery by date so can see what happened yesterday as there's no way I will accurately remember.

The main data I will correlate in my log is:
  • Steps
  • Sleep
  • Heart rate
  • Weight
  • Protien
My short term memory is really bad now. I was hoping that it'd bounce back like how my arm started working again but it hasn't.

The biggest problem this causes is I can't remember if I've already taken or injected stuff today, and so the photo have become important to me 😂

I refer to my Evo log for mundane reasons like this all the time.

You mean the the one at the right on the testosterone form? 15/8/25? That must have been the day I got up and went and got the test done. I had been putting it off for months by the point but I think I had it in the mail or nearly did so I was motivated to venture out that day.

A good trick for the dates is to think of the English language, in that they say things like "on the first of January" so you notatate it 1/1", perfectly clear :)

They're a couple of years apart... it was those numbers that don't make sense. Those two lower numbers I would have been fucked up on drugs and alcohol for sure but not long on methadone, and this years one two years sober but at my worst feeling wise.

So I can't understand why that number is double the others but I don't know what any of this means at all. Is this useful? Are these the atcual results? They just faxed these two things to the pharmacy and told then to give them to me when I go get methadone 😆
 
Yeah you're dead right man. On the tor and crypto currency underground markets for illegal street drugs this doesn't really happen, and there's cryptography and reputation systems that mean that'd be certian death to your business. So once you have a reputation it's basically sweet from there. If/when you start scamming, that's the end and it's called an "exit scam" because there's no way to continue.

In this scene it's at all levels and I'm still getting my head around it. I agree we are lucky to be able to test. Yesterday I figured out how to get free lab testing done and will do it for everything I get now :)

There's this taxpayer funded community organisation here called the NZ Drugs Project, their main thing was to detect fake pills at music festivals and stuff, they setup their gascromategraph / signature database laptop system in a tent and people bring pills they scored to see if they have fentynal in them for example.

It's the same machine they use at customs at the airport they have on the TV show Boarder Security. They can detect heavy metals and shit too.

But it can only take a small sample size, it has to fit in the circle in the middle of the machine where the point of the arm goes into. So oils were easy but the pills just hit filler every time so they all got sent to a big lab and I have to wait 3-6 weeks for the results.

I'll do some research and see if there's options in the usa, thee are in Canada via the organisation that does the injection tent things 😂 I saw a documentary about them.

That's a fucking great idea bro, probably got ones on alibaba... I saw a full ultrasound machine on there for $500 once but the girlfriend wasn't keen 😔

You can run the machine and I'll do blood letting with free needles from the exchange and we can setup behind the gym :)

I got that dates are backwards :P but I mean the labs are older, will they allow you to redo the labs?

Sorry bro I missed this. I usually get 1" but sometimes have to use the vending machine which only had 5/8 but after I saw this I went to the exchange and got the 1" & the 1 1/2" you mentioned:

The truth is that I don't know. I'm really new to IM injections. The reason I post pin pics is because people comment on mistakes sometimes and I adjust.

So you recon I can push the whole one and a half inches in? I'll try and video it. Advice I saw not to put the whole thing in incase it snaps was alarming, I'm not going to snap it I can be sure of that. Just pushing something that far in doesn't come naturally but if it's how it's done I'll do it.

Pushing it all the way in with IV is called Anchoring and I needed to do it that else I couldn't hold it straight. Will be the same here, if it's all the way in I can hold gentle pressure and keep it all straight. If it was half way in my shakes hand would be moving it, especially pushing the plunger with it half way in....

Can you help @LevButlerov please? What's the maximum needle length for upper quad and deltoids?

1/2 inch is enough, @vanlife_gymbum is lean enough to do it. If he was heavy set, he would need longer pins @trentwin1

I put it like an inch an a quarter in fully fine. Glute is even easier to fit the whole thing. Ive seen people online using an inch for their delts, not saying thats the right way to do it but Im sure it doesnt really matter as long as youre getting it in the muscle.

I'll have a look at some medical resources and try something with tomorrow's pin. But seems okay with anchoring the whole of the 5/8 or 1/2 like I've been doing. I feel like I'm doing the quad right, I already did a bit of trial and error with this and that's why I hit the outer quad in the upper portion. Also want to find out exactly where people use on the glute, I used to hit that but it's hard to photograph 😂

Had my volunteering day on the ship yesterday but just caught the bus in and just wasn't in the mood, did 20k steps somehow still but the day before only 14k and day before that 13k. I'm struggling to remember anything about these days or why so won't try.

My watch informed me upon awakening that my sleeping heart rate has returned to normal.
  • Sleep: 5 hours 24 minutes​
  • Steps: 20,706​
  • Heart rate: 50bpm - 115bpm​

I have given up on the idea of quitting caffine. I just can't do it. Couldn't even reduce it, or time restrict it. But I'm making progress with nicotine. On month six of patches now. I've struggled with sleep my whole life and tried many methods to solve it and the only time I get into an atcual routine long enough for my circadian rhythms to recalibrate to the sun and moon is when I have both exercise and weed at night.

Starting to get more irritated for no good reason too I think. I find myself thinking something negative and realise I've been doing it for two minutes and I don't want to be like that.

If I just vape weed and don't exercise it doesn't work. If I just exercise it doesn't work. Sure it's great to not reply on medicines to sleep but that ship sailed long ago for me and I'm retarded to fuck around with this.

Well, I wasn't really trying to do that I just had to spend all my dole money on steriods for a while, but now I have relationships with three solid sources I won't need to do that as much, only to buy things form new sources to test them for Evo. You guys are gonna meet the third one very shortly 😀

In one of these @stevesmi says to do ONE HUNDRED SITUPS EVERY MORNING and that it doesn't take that long. Then Ricky says to do vacuums while doing situps and that you don't want your stomach sticking out.

I'll try to figure out what they mean by that and try to incorporate this. It sounds like a good plan to me. I think I'm lean enough to start taking ab training more seriously now, maybe if I can grow them a bit it'll help with the loose skin that's keeping me away from Tinder.

I got some work done on a little project I have to make a dark curtin for the back of my van where I hold needles up to the light. I'm a bit rusty with the sewing machine but what I wanted to sew was too much for my machine so I made a trim milk instant coffee and sat down and tried the industrial singer on the ship. This has been on here since the start:

Your training is tight even with the chaos around you, and the compound circuits you’re doing with minimal rest are brutal conditioning. That outer upper bit of the quad is sweet, people just naturally go for the top at first, me included. But this is what I was trying to say yesterday about anchoring the needle all the way in, it keeps it perfectly straight and doesn't hurt at all. I jab it in really quick too. I see people with only half or three quarters of the needle in with their hand shaking while they're trying to depress the plunger... makes me grit my teeth just thinking about it... fuck that!! They say it's incase the needle snaps 🤣

It's catching up with me yeah, I haven't been reading books lately and concentration is bad even by my standards but it's gotta be holding me back physically too. I just started taking 10mg of MK677 at night and hoping that helps, but getting cardio back to routine and getting thr MC will just solve it so I should concentrate on those.

Also trying to get an apprenticeship with the fire department to become a welder/spraypainter building fire engines which would be full time so maybe I should take this opportunity to change my routine fully away from going whenever ans especially stop going at midnight.

My brother in law gets up at 4:30am before his wife and kids and goes to the gym, we live in different cities but I'm thinking of asking him to call me so I can get up and go to the gym too.

I think if I just solve the sleep thing then work to get the lifting session in the rest will fall into place by itself.

Man you should see the needle exchange in Scandinavian countries (execpt Sweden where they're banned) I dunno why but they always come out with 3 or 5ml barrels and 2" long whale harpoons. I used to push 12ml in IV when I was abusing my takehome methadone doses but they have 5ml queued up just for any shot. Surprised they get high at all with those concentrations but if they don't they lose half their shit to the tip and luer-lock connector 😆

Most fucked up thing I did was shoot up this bag I found on the ground at the train station using a 22g needle from a narcan kit.

Thanks man those batteries in the picture are called eGo batteries, they used to be the standard for vapes until corporations took over. Cool that the carts are like that so you don't need to post batteries which would get flagged by customs as batteries are dangerous and restricted.

I got the THC juice in Australia and they're amazing. You only need one luff and you're stoned as fuck. I used to use them on the airplane when I had to fly all the time.

Gotta be careful with cheap Chinese oil but apart from that it'd be a health improvement for sure. I also vape flower in a medical vaporiser, they petty mich force you to get one to get a script.

Getting into a nice routine in the morning taking the orals from @SWOLENZ, 25mg of Proviron and I've been doing 40mg of turinabol but going to try 20mg in the morning and take 10mg mid afternoon then 10mg again in the evening.

I got some work done on a little project I have to make a dark curtin for the back of my van where I hold needles up to the light. I'm a bit rusty with the sewing machine but what I wanted to sew was too much for my machine so I made a trim milk instant coffee and sat down and tried the industrial singer on the ship. Bro tbh the lat pins weren't to bad,I used a insulin syringe,the first couple hurt as expected but after a few rounds they weren't to bad after all,I copped a stray one and it kinda put me off since,although im flirting with the idea again,perhaps after this cycle il do trt to mix up the injection sites,give the old ass cheeks a rest 😆

Had my volunteering day on the ship yesterday but just caught the bus in and just wasn't in the mood, did 20k steps somehow still but the day before only 14k and day before that 13k. I'm struggling to remember anything about these days or why so won't try.

My watch informed me upon awakening that my sleeping heart rate has returned to normal.

I have given up on the idea of quitting caffine. I just can't do it. Couldn't even reduce it, or time restrict it. But I'm making progress with nicotine. On month six of patches now. That's supposed to be the limit of free patches from the government but since the failure rate is so high they'll wave it. They rung me up and said so, as did the pharmacist.

Wonder what other shit they've got back there I can charge to the taxpayer. I've struggled with sleep my whole life and tried many methods to solve it and the only time I get into an atcual routine long enough for my circadian rhythms to recalibrate to the sun and moon is when I have both exercise and weed at night.

Starting to get more irritated for no good reason too I think. I find myself thinking something negative and realise I've been doing it for two minutes and I don't want to be like that.

I'll try to figure out what they mean by that and try to incorporate this. It sounds like a good plan to me. I think I'm lean enough to start taking ab training more seriously now, maybe if I can grow them a bit it'll help with the loose skin that's keeping me away from Tinder.

Where is this guy now? I tried to look him up but didn't have much luck. I just wanted to say thanks and that I'm a fan of his. He bought in some topics of interest to me and had some really unique perspectives. The DSIP was not mine but a new user just appeared yesterday and made a TD thread for the DSIP they bought from @Life-Forge which was pretty cool.

I looked it up and sounds pretty interesting. Peptides are such an interesting world. I recommend to guys to sign up to the irongorillas.com email list, it emails you human summarised chapters from their ebooks, and does peptide profiles from Umbrella Labs and stuff like that. I find it's a manageable amount to read and process and I've learnt heaps from it.

I've tried a number of times to reach out to @kiwibulk on Evo... but I haven't tried the Theema ID though but it makes me uneasy having it being there when he's absent... could be a bunch of guys being scammed and we wouldn't know.

Do you use that app? I paid for it once to evaluate its security & encryption but I don't have that phone anymore, and don't have $12 at the moment 😆

The first time I did glute, I got my wife to draw the lines with permanent marker. It's not the easiest spot to reach (well depends on your flexibility). I usually get a bit sore there as I find it hard to be steady while reaching around. My preference is ventro-glute.

Day 13: Retatrutide Continues

Had my volunteering day on the ship yesterday but just caught the bus in and just wasn't in the mood, did 20k steps somehow still but the day before only 14k and day before that 13k. I'm struggling to remember anything about these days or why so won't try.

My watch informed me upon awakening that my sleeping heart rate has returned to normal.

Wonder what other shit they've got back there I can charge to the taxpayer. So far I know you can get these nicotine replacement therapy products, over a grand a month worth at retail prices, and dick drugs - all three main ones. You just walk into the pharmacy and tell them your dick doesn't work and they give them to you then bill the government. I haven't done this yet but intend to.

In one of these @stevesmi says to do ONE HUNDRED SITUPS EVERY MORNING and that it doesn't take that long. Then Ricky says to do vacuums while doing situps and that you don't want your stomach sticking out.

I'll try to figure out what they mean by that and try to incorporate this. It sounds like a good plan to me. I think I'm lean enough to start taking ab training more seriously now, maybe if I can grow them a bit it'll help with the loose skin that's keeping me away from Tinder.

I got some work done on a little project I have to make a dark curtin for the back of my van where I hold needles up to the light. I'm a bit rusty with the sewing machine but what I wanted to sew was too much for my machine so I made a trim milk instant coffee and sat down and tried the industrial singer on the ship. This has been on here since the start:

@vanlife_gymbum sit ups every morning are fantastic if you can do that and they're very quick to do and it'll take you literally minutes and you'll be done. Really builds a strong core. You can also finish every workout with doing some AB training I like to do at an angle. And I'll usually hold a 25 lb weight while I'm doing it.
 
I've moved from cigarettes to vaping and now to zyn's (nicotine pouches) has been working well for me, I've got boxes of it if you want me to send you a tin to try rather than maxing out nicotine patches, they are non-carcinogenic due to not being inhaled/burnt (fully legal to import just not to sell in NZ, so hard to find here but easy to buy from overseas). The way they mess with your brain is not good. But at least you're doing a safer option. Any addiction is not good for you like that.

I hope you can figure something out with the caffeine. @vanlife_gymbum What about trying decaffeinated coffee or switching to low caffeine tea? Something like that has that has just a tiny amount that can at least get you your cravings taken care of.

I agree, forcing the wakeup time will force the others into place. I think I'm going to go through with the 4:30am idea. It'll be creating good habits for when I start this apprenticeship.. well, assuming I do but I'm pretty good at interviewing and therea government "reframing" experts helping me. Haha yeah I did see some hot chicks there! It's not far from DC, took like half an hour in a taxi to get to the space musem. It's one of those recently founded military towns (1990 I think) but this one to house the military industrial complex and wiretapping companies. It's a truely awful place but the highway on-ramp is in a convenient location

Cheers bro :) I kinda wing it but general technique is I have about twice as much water as rice level wise, then bring it to the boil with the lid on and when it starts boiling over I turn the heat down and rest the pot lid a bit open so there's a gap for another five minutes then if it looks like it's not cooked enough I put more water in else then the heat right down and let the rest of the water absorb. It's basically the absorption method because I don't have a sink to empty water into.

I thought I might get the fancy gym to myself at that hour but it was kinda busy so I went to the big gym over the road that was packed, rows of yoga pants on the treadmills and stairmasters but the "hardcore section" was manageable. Did a bunch of free weight stuff I haven't done for ages and my arms are burning now. Only just having my first coffee and been up two and a half hours.. I usually have a coffee while still in bed.. maybe this strategy will help. Something to report to @2Thick anyway :)
 
@vanlife_gymbum sit ups every morning are fantastic if you can do that and they're very quick to do and it'll take you literally minutes and you'll be done. Really builds a strong core. You can also finish every workout with doing some AB training I like to do at an angle. And I'll usually hold a 25 lb weight while I'm doing it.

Okay thanks man I think I will do that, I think I can make that work. I'm changing everything around training wise so it's a good time to try build habits like this. I've also extracted a bunch of other tips form your at least ten episodes about abs. I'll log how it goes trying them.

Calf raises occupy the post workout spot in my plans but I almost always don't do them so I think your idea of situps in the morning might help with that problem too so they don't become another thing just on paper.

Got in one hundred raises on the Captins Chair, alternating between straight leg and knee so 50 of each:

I hope you can figure something out with the caffeine. @vanlife_gymbum What about trying decaffeinated coffee or switching to low caffeine tea? Something like that has that has just a tiny amount that can at least get you your cravings taken care of.

Thanks bro. Yeah it's tricky. I lived in Japan for two years in my 20s and the first two days there I could not find coffee and got the first and I think only migraine headache I've ever had, it was insane but I soon discovered that green tea is packed with it. They drink it cold and buy a 2L bottle each morning and drink it throughout the day, man that wired the shit out of me. But other normal types of tea such as English breakfast or earl grey don't sit in my stomach unless I use milk in them, and I just quit milk, or more accurately retatrutide quit milk for me.

It's way more than craving though. I think craving would describe where I'm at with nicotine tho. I smoked/vaped full-tit for 25 years (24/7) and now I've just started month six on the government quit smoking program which was 2 months on 21mg patches, 3 months on 14mg and I'm suppost to have dropped down to 7mg but I've been putting two on, as you can see in all my recent pics 😂 so basically I'm near the end and I just need to pull the pin I guess..

But nicotine is shunned in society whereas coffee is ingrained in every level of it. I had a coffee while waiting at the blood testing place the other day, I meet my family at cafes and we avoid talking about our feelings by talking about the coffee we are drinking and how it compares to coffees we've had in the past 😂 and having done over a decade of extreme dieting (vegan, vegetation and carnivore) I know how much that makes you into a social outcast but coffee is even more so than that. I hate restaurants and never go to them, so that was easy to avoid.

But that's all external stuff, it's locked into me too. I can't afford to go to cafes much now though I want to. There's a huge Cafe scene here way more than overseas. I think we pioneered the wasted version - when I last went to the USA 15 years ago there was nothing like it. Just filter coffee at restaurants or Starbucks.. never done either of those things.

After quitting drinking I loved spending Sundays reading books at cafe but now I drink instant coffee with no milk in my van by myself, it's not glamorous and is definitely an addition.

My reason to want to stop (heart health) is not strong enough in my mind and the cons far outweigh the pros.. but I've been stressing out trying to do this and failing in a circle.

I think if I can get rid of nicotine completely I'm moving in the right direction heart health wise.

My course on how to become a more self empowered woman continues tomorrow and I might bring it up in "group" and see what the ladies think.

yes sir and remember you can train the shit out of your abs. its one of those muscles that you can nail over and over and it won't be an issue UNLESS you have some sort of underlying issue like a hernia or something like that. its not like the shoulders where if you wear them out they will start to tear out. so don't be scared to overtrain the abs. that is why you see boxers who train the crap out of their abs daily to withstand punches. mike tyson used to use a 100 pound weight and do 100 situps upside down every single day in his prime

When you told me to have more salt I was downing it in teaspoons which is fine, but now I out a whole level tablespoon per plate of rice and mix it in real good, makes the rice salty and addictive. I find plane rice tough going sometimes, bit salted up like this my mouth starts watering in anticipation of the salt....

I've been using frozen fruit to cool down my cooler box to keep my precious @Life-Forge retatrutide safe and had a shake of the old bag today, was nice! The banana flavor of the whey powder mixed with the atcual fruit nicely:

To the average person who has never been lean they do not believe it’s possible and when they see you it’s like I’ve shared forbidden truth with them. Which is true! And invariably, they are a bit shaken with the extremity of your diet, and you can really see the wheels turning.

Hah, that's awesome - tho that's how I felt when I saw your pics just recently and was straight in your DMs probing you for info ;) I've implemented a few things already, the MK at least. I really need to sort out my MC script this week but after that gonna get a big soup pot or slow cooker and get the bone broth plan going. Even with not eating much if I could add high quality self made bone broth to my daily routine I think I'll feel great - I really could notice the affects of the 20 eggs a day, almost like the colours of the world had the brightness turned up, I think the same thing will happen. After 5 years vegetarian when I first got my huge garden in Oz going I was making broth outside on a potbelly stove and introducing that flooded my body with nutrients and I would have had a bunch of deficiencies and could feel them being fixed

Nah man but I'll give it a try - I did get some brown rice but doesn't that still have something on it that you need to get rid of? I honestly don't know anything about rice and had to google how to make it a couple of months ago. All that time vegetarian was about self sufficiency and sustainability and I ate from the garden, community gardens, gorilla gardens, and farmers markets and didn't have rice or anything packaged or imported. But now I can get a 5kg sack for $10, it's cheap and can store easily, and that's carbs covered when I don't have fruit.

Yeah I don’t eat brown rice, haven’t in years. I always did before because it was “healthier”. But now I like jasmine rice Or sushi rice only. Once you dial in your jasmine rice that’s probably all you’ll want. It’s amazing

And 440g can was $1.20 USD.

I don't have a sink so I have to drain it into my mouth... it wasn't as bad as it sounds
 
Haha yeah I did see some hot chicks there! It's not far from DC, took like half an hour in a taxi to get to the space musem. It's one of those recently founded military towns (1990 I think) but this one to house the military industrial complex and wiretapping companies. It's a truely awful place but the highway on-ramp is in a convenient location

Cheers bro :) I kinda wing it but general technique is I have about twice as much water as rice level wise, then bring it to the boil with the lid on and when it starts boiling over I turn the heat down and rest the pot lid a bit open so there's a gap for another five minutes then if it looks like it's not cooked enough I put more water in else then the heat right down and let the rest of the water absorb. It's basically the absorption method because I don't have a sink to empty water into.
I would have thought you had some sort of rice cooker.

I starting building mods in 2008 before they were commercially available and always mixed vape juice but I could never put it down, I woke up with it still in my hand most days. Used to have a little one in my pocket at the gym too couldn't even just leave it in the locker room for an hour even when I was with my PT. I also hate what he industry become and thing it's pure evil, especially disposable vapes. Imagine sending a fucking BATTERY to landfill for every packet of cigarettes. The fact that is even legal proves to me the government is bought and paid for by tobacco lobbiests. We should celebrate Guy Falkes day like he intended.

I get all of my electricity from the bathroom at the gym, I'm there now charging my blender and phone. Probably pushing my luck setting up a rice cooker... but I won't rule it out 😂

The first time I did glute, I got my wife to draw the lines with permanent marker. It's not the easiest spot to reach (well depends on your flexibility). I usually get a bit sore there as I find it hard to be steady while reaching around. My preference is ventro-glute.

Thanks brother - I followed your advice and marked it out with my phones front camera, then used the one inch needle and quickly stabbed it in all the way, anchored it with light pressure and had full control of the plunger WHILE also holding it straight without jiggling.

Maybe I'll try go slightly lower next time, but I think I'm getting close. Thanks for your help bro, I appreciate it :)

2 tablespoons of regular table salt is about 13grams of sodium! @vanlife_gymbum I thought you were eating teaspoons.
we need to cut this down as of today to around 3000mgs of sodium/day considering you're doing 20k steps
