35 yo female, I did a body recomp building significant muscle and strength back in my early 20s using epistane in maybe 2012. Loved it!
Ive lifted/worked out consistently but onnand off this whole time and have recently gotten back into the swing of working out minimum 3-4 times a week, with simple/clean eating. Just with that, I trimmed down a good amount of the early 30s/Covid weight, put some muscle back on and gotten back to what I consider my baseline of strength (if that makes sense). Feeling good.
I want to switch from traditional lifting to calesthenics/street lifting style training to try something new and I thought back to when I was cycling epi that was the only time ive ever been able to do build the strength to do pull ups and the energy and stamina I had during.
I want to put together a cycle to help push me during that transition. Im seeing its a jungle out there with options or "alternatives".
Not concerned about masculinization as I have a big, masculine build in general and love it so and wont be having any kids. I cant remember if those were considerations with prohoromones with women but wanted to share.
If I can source straight up epi, thats my preference but I've also seen recommendations for 19-Nor for women.
I had good results with prohoromones so want to give them a shot before considering traditional steroids.
Any feedback on what supps you recommend and cycle break downs woukd be really appreciated!
