Awesome man! Nice work. I like your cycle, it's very similar to mine execpt I moved the numbers slightly up to because the eq I got is in 250mg ampules and I wanted to keep the 2:1 ratio. I also ended up stopping the proviron and turinabol I took the first few weeks because I think it was making it hard to piss but I only stopped two days ago so not totally sure that was the cause.

Hope your cycle goes well bro, should be interesting!

Interesting that happened with the proviron, tbol. I'll try to keep tabs if you notice a change pulling them.
I noticed you do quad injections a lot, I usually rotate quads, delts, ventros, glutes and I've always noticed with my left quad sometimes I have a crazy twitch😆 when burying needle. Its a wild feeling, almost gets me horny instantly but I end up freaking out and just pulling out and going in somewhere else. I find it weird its mainly on left

Wow that's trippy man - it doesn't work well with the left quad for me either. I initially thought it was because I'm not using my strong hand but there's an old podcast episode where @stevesmi says the exact same thing about his left quad not working properly. Sounds like you've got enough spots to rotate, we should probably just avoid the ones that aren't 100%. The 100mg test p shot I did yesterday in the right quad caught up with me over night and it's a different feeling completely.

I mostly use that because it's easy to photograph, which isn't the best of reasons...

@Warthog603 no i think your body fat is right around there. 23-24% area. just depends on how much fat you got tucked up around the stomach that we can't see.

Hah sweet man, it's amazing how fucked up you get if your sleep is out. I really threw off my routine this month because of poor sleep.

I love your mince and beans dinner too. I used to throw the beans on top of the mince in a pot with the lid on and steamed them with mince-steam :)

Went and checked a new/old gym. Small place but a lot of oldschool pieces of equipment, golds gym vibes. I may make the switch we will see

They stocked the place with random crap from the local pawn shop and had some custom stuff too, like a motorcycle engine on the end of a pulley system for lat pulldowns. This winter I want to get into powerlifting and find another place like that :)

Honestly ever since starting this year with trt and dieting, its honestly been a light switch. Self medicating for years since the military with drugs and alcohol and doctors in the service as well as private docs throwing more pharma at me it was a lot to carry man.

I hardly take the buspiron, not a controlled substance. Just having it in the cabinet is all I need from it, like a mind thing, I dunno its weird

I used to be able to do soo much drugs like volume wise, while on pharma pills and it never phased me. Like my buddy would coke out and i'd be still trying to score another gram or 2 at 2:00am to keep going. For what? To die?

Looking back im glad I can be here seeing my kids grow up and Im working on staying out of that darkness every damn day

It's just how we are bro, I used to spend a lot of time thinking about why but it's easier to just accept that is how I am and think about how to deal with that and be happy instead.

The lifting, testosterone therapy, medication and spirituality combo I've figured out piece by piece over the last few years has me being sober and happy at the same time, which I thought was impossible up until recently.

Workouts feel pretty strong around the 200g carb area this week. I'd like to give it another week or 2, at least on my PPL days. Keeping the fat lower has helped me feel lighter and cleaner honestly, I know its minimal at the macros im at but I can feel it.

@LevButlerov Could also try fermented or pickled foods with each meal - Kimchi, pickles, or saukraut. Just 50g/ meal of one of these should help your digestion heaps.

It looks like you're looking to drop BF. Your tirz dose is quite low are you just starting out?
Your food choices are great but if you're looking to drop bodyfat I bet if you switched protein and carbs to 300g and 125g you might get more out of your cardio and lypolisis. Now I'm just being nit picky because you're doing awesome bro!

Tirz dose is fine where it is, it can be challenging to get in food so im not changing that. My carbs come from oats for breakfast, brown rice with chicken at lunch and some cranberries and rice cakes pre workout and the few carbs that sneak in with shakes and what not.

My proteins are ranging from 245-275 depending on my meat intake and like i said earlier, this is pretty much what my body is tolerating.

Im not drinking 3-4 shakes a day to get to a 300g protein day and im not going to end up back in the hospital with gi issues.
I've listened to all of the advice in the past few months to a tee aside from manipulating my macros myself and where I am at seems to be working.

I can try maybe lowering my carbs on rest days but im pretty happy where I am.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, honestly just wanted to take a break from these damn phones, sick of being glued to them. I look around the gym and everyone is on them, they are on their phones more than what they do for training.

I need a gym on a mountain where I can retreat to for the next 3 months, where I can be selfish with myself and disconnect from the world.😄

Twitching is good it means you're deep in the muscle. Are you really just talking about the gauge of the needle to push? What gauge is your 1ml's? Or do you just like doing it every day?

You can get 3ml syringes with 27g needle tips might be the best of both worlds.

27's on 1ml. When I started on trt this summer I ran 25g, overkill IMO 27's are
Perfect for me anyways but going from a 1ml to a 3ml syringe wayy different. I think its just the barrel size of the 3ml. Damn tough to push. I pin eod, would prefer 2x a week but cant get over the syringe sticking in my cheek for soo long with a 3ml. Just an observation really, I'll just deal with it
