Approved Log 16 week Recomp Log

Sustanon works fine as a swap, it just has mixed esters so you’ll need to pin 2x per week for steadier levels. No real benefit over cyp other than faster onset, so stick with whatever you can source reliably. @pbstar06 Steroidify is legit you have nothing to worry about.

Pharmacom is usually solid but like any UGL can vary batch to batch, steroidify is known and ships clean. Just keep an AI handy when switching esters since e2 may bump for a week or two.

Im a week off training since im hunting deer but hiking alot. Will be back in training next week.

Diet is still ongoing. But due to travels for hunting some meals aren't on plan. As strict as I can be right now

I would go with the brand you're comfortable with, I like Beligas and Pharmaqo, not a huge fan of pharmacom personally @pbstar06

Travel snacks have been alot of protien bars, beef jerky, and some candy for blood sugar during hiking.

After ive Stopped for chicken wings and a triple cheeseburger too after a full days work.

Breakfast on the road has been steak and eggs

Trying to keep the trash meals protien dense at least lol

Trash meals keep them low but concentrate on the bars and shakes :D
 
Yes we have to put in for drawings on premium hunts. I didnt draw anything this year so im hunting public land on the general tags they offer over the counter.

Still plenty of deer just have to work harder for them
Hopefully down there it's not like up here where the public land is full of idiots and you take your life in your hand lol.

Hopefully you don't look too deer like out there lol. Here's hoping you get some meat in the freezer!

Man if you started eating through that deer in addition to your shakes you'll have one of the most perfect diets possible in America. If you could get through 1.5kg alongside the gear you would likely start transforming radically. When you only eat meat capacity for it sky-rockets. After about six months I could easily eat 2.5k.

But also because it's so satiating you often forget to eat dinner and can easily skip meals even for a couple of days without trouble, which in my case reduces the bad choices I used to think were my only option. I used to have a cabin in the Australian bush but worked for a finance company in Sydney and did two weeks bush, two weeks city and had the same issue.

Very cool that you're able to hunt bro, this log will be awesome! I would recommend you don't use that kill shot on your tinder profile though 😂
 
@pbstar06 i did some fishing over the weekend too. worst part of it is killing an animal. i take a mallet and hit the fish on the head a couple times for a quick kill. looks like you tagged the deer and followed all the rules which is A+. i hate hunters/fisherman who disrespect the outdoors. the worst are the ones who pollute, don't follow the regs and the ones who don't respect the animals
 
@pbstar06 i don't agree with killing things for sport. what if that deer was a father and its kids are now looking for its dad? you took that away from it

The deer population needs to be controlled because when they get over abundant it's bad for the deer and the ecosystem. Human predation is part of that ecosystem balance. Humans have existed for a very long time on this planet and during that time we have been hunting to feed ourselves.

this is a good point. its almost like humans have screwed with things. so we have to fix what we screwed up to balance it out. plus we killed off predators that are supposed to hunt the deer like coyotes and such and wolves.

Just got labs done today. They told me it'll be a 1-2 weeks before I get the results so I'll post when I get them.

In the mean time im increasing to 400mg test a week and 225mg eq. So far I felt fine on the lower dosing at 300 test/150 eq. If bloods come back screwy I'll take whatever action needed.

Also starting the cjc/ghrp-6 peptides today.

Back to full time gym and diet since deer season is finally over. In hindsight I would have preferred waiting till that was over before starting cuz I felt like I missed out on more gym and diet than I would have liked. But back on the wagon till the end.

Welcome back bro. Congrats on the successful season.

You didn't miss out on much. EQ takes about 8 weeks to reach saturation in your blood so you aren't even really really on cycle yet. Just stay consistent now and you'll start to slowly see some improvement

I think its a little higher than normal but guessing it should lower after cycle?

Planning to retest bloods in a few weeks but I dont see to many major issues coming if I stay at the 2:1 ratio. I was also considering bumping to 2.25:1 ratio test/eq to maybe bring the estrogen up a tad since it seemed on the lower end of the threshold. Thoughts?

I think you shouldn't change your cycle you're doing fine :D @pbstar06 keep ratios.
On the cholesterol dont worry about it, you're a lifter not an old lady.

I have one more question...

When I incorporate the var into the cycle. Starting in December, Should I do bloods during that portion to?

And should I take the var every day, only on training days or something else?

And should I run 20, 30, or 40mg

Personally I ran my var sublingually on training days only. Started at 20 for the first 4 weeks and then jumped up to 30. Tried 40 a few times but didn't feel much of a difference so stayed at 30

@pbstar06 you're going to have some strain when it comes to your organ health. That's very normal when you're using steroids. When you come off hopefully it will normalize but sometimes it doesn't.

the truth is most people out there in the USA who are middle to older aged men will never normalize whether they use steroids or not. but steroids do make it worse

bros most guys gonna have strain cholesterol here and there. @pbstar06 when you go donate blood they will check it. and you can chart it that way too for free

@pbstar06 Yeah, I think most of us on here are going to have cholesterol levels that are a little bit off here and there, but if they get really bad you really have to be careful with that. Just keep an eye on it.

hopefully you can get cholesterol in line. but its good to know the truth and not put your head in the sand. As you get older, it's going to be a wise decision to work with a good cardiologist who will monitor these things. You may also want to look into getting an angioplasty. Once you get over 50. @pbstar06

You should do bloods post anavar @pbstar06

and anavar take ED sublingual as @BeMe said
 
I only took it on training days haha. To be fair it was basically ED cuz I was on a 5 day split.
You trained ED i think :P
