Approved Log My Cut Cycle Log: Road to 200lbs or less! My first cut ever.

Update on tirzepatide at 12.5mg weekly. It is working again. I have lost my hunger and cravings. Haven't really gotten any of the bad side effects. Felt a slight stomach being off in an empty stomach this morning. Once I ate I felt better. Look forward to getting more dialed in on my cut now.

Good update but you should check my posts :D

Update on my feeling exhausted and unmotivated. I feel a lot better now I been on an AI and eating more carbs. I didn't get good sleep last night maybe it was the increase in tirzepatide or also I had a special meeting this morning that kept my mind going out of excitement and nervousness. Either way I still had a good day at work and worked all day no problem. Glad to have my energy back though.
higher e2 with low carbs will do it to you.
and triz up as well.
I think you should go slow on these new changes imo

Unfortunately with work I got to go full throttle. Less I work less money I make. We are behind right now and I got to get caught up specially with Holidays coming up. I will cut back on the really heavy weight on my main lifts in the gym and stick to 30 min cardio for now except Sunday I will do an hour.

I read all your post on my log. Which ones do u mean? I know lately it's been cheese and I keep eating a little on my meals. What is the negative of some cheese? I like the way it taste.
Cheese in simple terms will make you fat lol
if you're on mounjaro you want to lower your fat intake, I'm surprised you can eat so much fat on it, something is off imo @kcates

Try, right now I am struggling getting protein in. I am not wanting to eat again.
Cut protein portion, add veggies please.

Honestly, I don't typically cook dinner. My wife makes dinner and has it typically ready for when I get home from work. When I get home I am just exhausted and hungry so I just eat what is being served.

This program i am doing has me in the 3-6 rep range for strength in the first 4 weeks. Then I go to the 12 rep range in the next 4 weeks then I go to the 15-20 rep range in the last 4 weeks. Then I may repeat.
This program is not for you imo, for your goals you should be doing 12-20 range

I do and sometimes she don't. I am not going to complain after she's cooked. Not worth it. I will do better about trying to remember to throw a bag in.

Listened to this one the other day doing cardio, truly an inspiration, transforming your body and life is not easy and should be celebrated

Hey bro loved your podcast episode. Your story was really interesting and relatable as a fellow contractor. I used to eat crap for lunch all the time too...although no buffets tho. Duno how you went back to work after a buffet lol.

Glad you god priced outta the gas station food. That stuff is literally death in a package haha

Thank you! Honestly to me it don't seem hard. It was just making new habits and now there just my normal daily routine and I love the gym. I am thinking about it the night before and can't wait to go in the morning. Diet is harder but still just make life habits and they become normal living. I just hope all that I do inspires at least someone to change there habits and live a better life. Living life fat is like living in a prison of your own making and I don't wish that on anyone.

Thanks bro! I still hit the gas station once in a blue moon but it's not jerky, beef stick or protein bare or protein drink. No more pizza, breakfast sandwiches or empanadas. I try to remember to bring my own snacks now.

It's what's quickest and easiest in the trades. When you're on the road it's how you get a hot meal. But food prep is definitely the way to go. Too many tradesman die young cuz of their poor diets

Huges session one the legs there brother @kcates! And yeag that arimidex looks like prescription pharma 👌

I feel good but I think the arimidex is to much. Losing a little sex drive and motivation. At the same time I been losing weight. I am back down to 228 which has been a while since I been at this weight. At least over a month now I was just hanging at 233 for awhile after coming off my last cycle. I am going to schedule my blood work this weekend for next week to see where my estrogen is at. I have some theories about me and lower estrogen. We will see what the numbers are at before I share and confirm.

I wasnt planning to. Like minds. :) yesterday I passed up sex twice. That never happens. First time was because I was late for work but high estrogen i would have said screw work. I also didn't get good sleep the night before and had a tuff day at work. I was tired. It was my anniversary yesterday. I must have been really worn out to skip that!

Wednesday I had barbell curls. I have not done barbell curls in a long time. It strained the inside of my forearms. Not sure what part I strained in both arms. It hurts in both from not practicing having my arms turned flat when curling. Can someone tell me what I probably strained? There getting better daily but need to either stick to the easy curl or practice barbell curls more often.

I like Popeyes better!
Bro's. Hell yeah. Those biscuits and the gravy and mashed potatoes the best. But man, that shit goes straight through your arteries can't be eaten that. lol

Bros. I didn't know that. My wife never mentioned it. She used to yell at me when I used to bring home a bucket of fried chicken and want to watch the game. she would rather me eat her healthy food then ride me. i'm forbidden to watch the game until i give her the bbc first

You need to get back on it and let the lady know you're into it :D @kcates even if hard.

Yesterday was my 15 year anniversary. I was looking at a pic from my wedding. I look better now then I did then. I always look at the fat on my neck to gauge fat loss. I can finally see the indentions where my throat is. I think that is pretty cool.
You look better now and you're much stronger :D @kcates congratulations on 15 years, EVO family support and love!

You likely strained the forearm flexors near the inner elbow since straight bar curls force a flat wrist and heavy supination under load.
Stick to the EZ bar for now and add light wrist curls and slow tempo hammer curls for 2 weeks to let that calm down then ease barbell curls back in. @kcates

15 years is amazing. i was also married for that long @kcates we were in jamaica for our anniversary actually when the accident happened

Yeah, now I try and eat Popeyes it just makes me sick to my stomach. I can't really eat fried food like that any more.
Yea same here. It still smells so amazing tho right. Just doesn't hit the same anymore and right after eating it you start feeling so gross. It's weird cuz before it was delicious and no problems. I guess our bodies just know we shouldn't be eating it but build a tolerance over time.

@kcates nice job boss. the 6 eggs and a bagel is good protein, fats, and carbs. just be careful on those bagels and check what is in them

Nice, u going fishing? What are u usually targeting when u go? We do all kinds here in Jacksonville when we get a chance to go. We will fresh water bass and brim fish. Then hit the inshore for trout, redfish, and sheepshead. Then go off shore and bottom fish for whatever we can catch and keep.
in my log i have pics from a shark i caught last week

i am targetting pompano. they are running right now in jacksonville as they migrate south. you should be able to go this weekend and catch a bunch right now.
