@Bloomy199023 yeah reta is a heck of a drug. i'm not a drug this or that. but its incredible how effective it is
 
Im going to try running a low dose during my bulk to prevent over eating like I have in past.
The appetite suppression goes away longer you stay on cause ur metabolism is so strong especially when you exercise
 
yea ok. I was planing to come off at the end of this cut for 6 weeks while i build my calories up slowly and then reintroduce .5g of reta when I have my calories where I need them or even a little higher.

Only started bpc again this week so little early to tell.

when i first got my injury I was taking 1mg every day for 6 weeks then .5mg for another 6 weeks. Def felt the benifits then. The muscles healed so fast it felt like the bone was no longer broken after 6 weeks when it haddnt even started fusing backtogether.

Sitting around 80kg at the momment. Scales going up and im getting leaner, not sure whats going on there...

PEDs and calories still the same. Between the BPC and really focusing on sleep my recovery has improved alot over the last week.

Reta still sitting at 1.5g. This has been my sweet spot. Removes the food noise and gives me just enough appeitie suppression.

In 2 weeks im going to take a month of reta then introduce .5g a week once my calories are at peak bulk. My plan/theory is for it to help me not over indulge during the bulk and prevent fat gain through improved insulin senstivity.

Reta at 1.5mg is the right dose for you and the plan to take a month off then bring in .5mg weekly is good but try doing just micro dose with reta when you bulk.

To be honest my diet is a little all over the place at the momment and I need to dial it back in. Iv still been making sure im hitting 200+ protein but carbs and fats been all over the place.
