Originally this journey started philosophically. Once upon a time I was entirely against using any type of "PED" until I reframed the artwork of supplements. My vitamins, my protein, my supporting supplements and even necessary minerals are all found in capsules labeled as dietary supplements. I also became more of a believer in biohacking. Where you can bypass a lot the needed exotic expensive ingredients to get more direct results than traditional supplements. Deep into research I would discover that taking pre-workout is the definition of a performance enhancing drug stack. Loaded with banned substances and many different "side effect" producing subtances.
I would continue to do research for years while staying "Natty" in the gym. Taking multiple banned subtances like pre-workouts and shifty protein/amino blends. Natty card was gone day 1 when I took my first puff off an inhaler at 12 when I had bronchitis and played sports. I believe in medicine. I believe in science. Therefore I am now here.
I did my first cycle at 28 years old after covid at 6'1" - 153lbs. Down from a "natural" 6'1"- 186lbs.
My cycle was
Shots were taken every four days to reach these levels per week. Kept nice stable blood levels.
250mg Test E 16 weeks
150MG Tren E 12 weeks (This is also just not recommended for beginners and I wouldn't advise usage of this compound for long periods. My experiences lead me to never want to use an acetate version. Heavy side effects. Results but at far too large of a cost. Required me to substantially rebuild brain cells through micro dosage of Psilocybin stacked mushrooms. Will ruin relationships and your life if your not on par with mental control.)
20mg DBoL 8 Weeks
Daily split into 4 doses evenly (Later after DboL began to circulate I would take an extra 5-10mg Pre Workout) Arnold said it best. Nothing compares to those pumps. It also has a large amount of side effects otherwise I would enjoy it more hah.
200mg Deca Durabolin 12 weeks (Dosage was enough for all the benefits and none of the sides. Joints felt amazing and I had no issues with anything besides possibly some prolactin levels that got dealt with. Zero estrogenic sides for me at this dose)
1 Aromasin EoD (this was probably light overkill at the time. I probably only needed 0.5 at the time. I also could've started dosing it slightly later. I wouldn't change anything about how I used it though. It served its purpose and absolute fine tuning wont happen on your first fucking lap. However crashing into walls or blowing a nipple however could. E2 wouldve been crashed lightly but not enough for permanent damage or causes for major concern pertaining to temporary usage/levels.)
PCT was Test E tapered off slowly for an extra 4 weeks. Then Aromasin/Nolva/Clomid
My PCT has changed after trying different supplements later. Id also highly recommend a different protocol. Having the HCG and the Proviron are levels above other PCTs for me. Just felt fantastic.
My diet was fairly clean. A lot of protein chocolate milk, pasta with ground beef, chicken and rice. Steaks, vegetables, bread, all the peanut butter, yogurt, avacadoes. Regular vanilla life bullshit. Absolutely not eating fast food. Only ever shawarma platters and shawarma poutines as a cheat (These fucked me up and had to get cut out as my BP hit really bad levels) I constantly did my bloods and went to my doctor the entire cycle. I ate a lot of egg sandwiches, peanut butter sandwiches and muscle tech mass gainer in the night times. Always hit protein goals and stayed consistent with calories. Regiment and training were on point. I had a good amount of time off and was only working part time during the cycle. I was doing 2 a days on days without work. Using the odd work day as a rest day and going 5-6 days a week. Hard sessions.
I gained and retained over 35lbs of lean muscle mass. I consistently can keep my weight up at 190-205 without any supplements. I can stay at 200lbs very lean and clean without any needed supplementing boosts. We all fluctuate and sometimes life hits you with curveballs. The furtherst ive fallen off is 190.
Im not a "bodybuilder" I gather a lot of inspiration from them but im just a man with a vision of himself. A single father now unfortunately. Im a carpenter and a philosopher. I train daily, whether in the gym, martial arts of simply recovery days for mental and physical growth.
Beginning at 153lbs feeling like dogshit and just a lesser man. Nothing but elder scrolls and construction work. Fucking loser. I also had a beat up car at the time.
This was the original touchdown I ordered another vial of TNT with PCT and that was everything. Everything required to go from 153lbs to 200lbs looking like an absolute demon. Far from perfect or ever done but I felt better as a man, individual and comfort within who I was. I got a better job, vehicles and lifestyle throughout.
I just recently started a cycle to add a little bit of mass and recompose my body a little although my starting point is miles ahead of where I ever was this time. I look great and think if I take it serious I can do some serious sculpting.
