Approved Log My Journey and my Cycle Journal

Originally this journey started philosophically. Once upon a time I was entirely against using any type of "PED" until I reframed the artwork of supplements. My vitamins, my protein, my supporting supplements and even necessary minerals are all found in capsules labeled as dietary supplements. I also became more of a believer in biohacking. Where you can bypass a lot the needed exotic expensive ingredients to get more direct results than traditional supplements. Deep into research I would discover that taking pre-workout is the definition of a performance enhancing drug stack. Loaded with banned substances and many different "side effect" producing subtances.

I would continue to do research for years while staying "Natty" in the gym. Taking multiple banned subtances like pre-workouts and shifty protein/amino blends. Natty card was gone day 1 when I took my first puff off an inhaler at 12 when I had bronchitis and played sports. I believe in medicine. I believe in science. Therefore I am now here.

I did my first cycle at 28 years old after covid at 6'1" - 153lbs. Down from a "natural" 6'1"- 186lbs.

My cycle was

Shots were taken every four days to reach these levels per week. Kept nice stable blood levels.

250mg Test E 16 weeks

150MG Tren E 12 weeks (This is also just not recommended for beginners and I wouldn't advise usage of this compound for long periods. My experiences lead me to never want to use an acetate version. Heavy side effects. Results but at far too large of a cost. Required me to substantially rebuild brain cells through micro dosage of Psilocybin stacked mushrooms. Will ruin relationships and your life if your not on par with mental control.)

20mg DBoL 8 Weeks
Daily split into 4 doses evenly (Later after DboL began to circulate I would take an extra 5-10mg Pre Workout) Arnold said it best. Nothing compares to those pumps. It also has a large amount of side effects otherwise I would enjoy it more hah.

200mg Deca Durabolin 12 weeks (Dosage was enough for all the benefits and none of the sides. Joints felt amazing and I had no issues with anything besides possibly some prolactin levels that got dealt with. Zero estrogenic sides for me at this dose)

1 Aromasin EoD (this was probably light overkill at the time. I probably only needed 0.5 at the time. I also could've started dosing it slightly later. I wouldn't change anything about how I used it though. It served its purpose and absolute fine tuning wont happen on your first fucking lap. However crashing into walls or blowing a nipple however could. E2 wouldve been crashed lightly but not enough for permanent damage or causes for major concern pertaining to temporary usage/levels.)

PCT was Test E tapered off slowly for an extra 4 weeks. Then Aromasin/Nolva/Clomid

My PCT has changed after trying different supplements later. Id also highly recommend a different protocol. Having the HCG and the Proviron are levels above other PCTs for me. Just felt fantastic.

My diet was fairly clean. A lot of protein chocolate milk, pasta with ground beef, chicken and rice. Steaks, vegetables, bread, all the peanut butter, yogurt, avacadoes. Regular vanilla life bullshit. Absolutely not eating fast food. Only ever shawarma platters and shawarma poutines as a cheat (These fucked me up and had to get cut out as my BP hit really bad levels) I constantly did my bloods and went to my doctor the entire cycle. I ate a lot of egg sandwiches, peanut butter sandwiches and muscle tech mass gainer in the night times. Always hit protein goals and stayed consistent with calories. Regiment and training were on point. I had a good amount of time off and was only working part time during the cycle. I was doing 2 a days on days without work. Using the odd work day as a rest day and going 5-6 days a week. Hard sessions.

I gained and retained over 35lbs of lean muscle mass. I consistently can keep my weight up at 190-205 without any supplements. I can stay at 200lbs very lean and clean without any needed supplementing boosts. We all fluctuate and sometimes life hits you with curveballs. The furtherst ive fallen off is 190.

Im not a "bodybuilder" I gather a lot of inspiration from them but im just a man with a vision of himself. A single father now unfortunately. Im a carpenter and a philosopher. I train daily, whether in the gym, martial arts of simply recovery days for mental and physical growth.

Beginning at 153lbs feeling like dogshit and just a lesser man. Nothing but elder scrolls and construction work. Fucking loser. I also had a beat up car at the time.

This was the original touchdown I ordered another vial of TNT with PCT and that was everything. Everything required to go from 153lbs to 200lbs looking like an absolute demon. Far from perfect or ever done but I felt better as a man, individual and comfort within who I was. I got a better job, vehicles and lifestyle throughout.

I just recently started a cycle to add a little bit of mass and recompose my body a little although my starting point is miles ahead of where I ever was this time. I look great and think if I take it serious I can do some serious sculpting.

Absolutely start a log mate, I am much the same as yourself, if you have a look at my log you will see I use quite alot that I have taken from the Biohacking world.

I use steroids to obviously gain muscle and get the physique I want, but for everything I add - I try to add 2-3 things that will mitigate and compliment.

I would personally probably never run Tren or Orals, as I feel there is much more I can do without the risk of these harsh compounds and they are far too hard to mitigate risk.

I am really interested in peptides and what they can add to this approach, please start a log, it would be incredibly interesting to me to see someone with a like minded approach

Pretty wild and unadvisable first cycle but you made it through it. We won’t know for sure without bloodwork though. Your results have you looking good bro!

How do you know? Bloodwork? The e4d was probably a nice way to be pretty sure of stable serum concentration though.

Accountability, pride, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test and hormones back up and running)

Diet (we have to see you have this dialed in with macros and calories)

Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper first and have established a good base of strength/cardio)

Steroids (the last thing to become the most knowledgeable on for the best results)

digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?

You look good in the pics :D and you are really making progress with a clear head and a real plan. You laid out your whole journey with honesty and your points all make sense and show why you got from 153 to 200 clean with discipline and your head in the right place! that's impressive.

I'd like to see you start putting up training and diet and how you got here, can you do that please?

Hell yeah this is a lot of information to soak in but yeah I'll definitely look back into my journals and see what I can find exactly. I went to a doctor in Canada. Just a family physician. She wasnt doing full hormone panels. Just checking my bloods routinely each month and making me do BP checks 3x daily. This was also 5 years ago now. Lifetime change that I held up consistency with naturally after. Ive had worse bloods off off gear entirely years later. Just falling off with proper nutrition but training consistently. Had ups and downs as we all do but stayed in great shape. This is me taking another serious shot years later at a results based science experiment that is my personal research built up through people like Derrick, MorePlatesMoreDates and forums like this. Different people that biohack and help themselves achieve a healthy balance. Supplements for a better quality of life. HGH is something id like to start supplementing in properly next summer.

I already got my new cycle and its started so I will get to work on a fresh log. That I keep diligent reports on. Now I just won custody of my young daughter in court so I may have to backburner bringing my bloods to my general ATM. Usually she's pretty cool with it so I may just get on it. Healthcare is whack in Canada government regulated bs. They dont usually care though.

I was using supporting vitamins all throughout. No psyllium husk or anything. I did slightly tapered off diet which made me get bad bloods near the end. I straightened them out on cycle before taking a beta blocker. My BP was like 170/100 for a week. I also had her tell me individuals with a good healthy physique dont need to be sedated with that BP just monitor it and get it down. My cholesterol levels were slightly high. My e2 was lightly low. For the final couple weeks of tren usage. In the beginning 10 weeks I was superhuman and everything was cruising well. DBoL brought my RBC up slightly I donated blood at one point at the end. Probably the Deca/DBoL mixture.

PCT went well but ive had incredible results with literal proviron/HCG/regular supplement stacks after this experience.

Within my research I understood that not fully crashing the e2 levels was important but I didn't get any estrogenic sides until dbol week 8 my nipples hurt. I used voltaren and aromasin rub until that went away.

This is also a typo it was a vial of Test E 250mg/ML not TNT I only ever used the one bottle. To describe how I felt during cycle would be hardcore promoting PED usage permanently. The real struggle was staying mostly natural supplementing for such a long period after for family life. I love martial arts and weight training. Specifically kickboxing and now muay thai. I follow mostly health gurus like Aubrey marcus and the guys until now I had an urge to get on my second real cycle. The only downsides were getting agitated during tren usage. I had to keep a low profile and everytime I got upset I had to remind myself. Its because im not sleeping (trensomnia, tren sweats and luckily I would schedule regular naps to frequently update my rest schedule to be roughly 7-10 hours a day. Water, food, sleep and training. That was like my list of priorities.

This time I dont share those luxuries of being part time and having less responsibilities.

Also what's with the photo of my beginning being my thumbnail hahaha. Doing me dirty. Man's leveled up from there. That is just a dirty reminder of how bad I let myself and my family down once upon a time.

Ive tried compounds like DBoL and even did an 8 weeks of some shitty anadrol. Pareto went under. It limited my resources to experiment for a time. This wasnt my goal this time around and I will be doing more PED usage in the future without a doubt. Safely and hopefully with plenty of help from knowledgeable individuals. Everyone is always opinionated and I appreciate that of all yours. This is my second real cycle aside from two small oral/test runs. Multivitamin(Not a bullshit one a day. You gotta eat 8 horse pills of this daily its a beautiful natural blend) Amino Acid Blend (Same company 4-8 horse pills), Fish Oils, Optimize Amino Blend(2 horse pills), Probitotic Enzymes, Pre Workout Blend, Protein Blend

Had a Protein Shake to scoop the pills down 14 at a time twice daily.

tomorrow I go to muay thai early in the day before weightlifting in the PM

Theyre both on the milder end and promote less e2 issues. I would almost prefer to run anavar for 12 weeks at 50-100mg and Primo the full 20 weeks injected at 300mg. They were out of injectable Primo for a while. I opted for the oral version to kick start. Maybe by the end of the oral I can place some injectable Primo to run with. Depends on fundage too at that point. After Xmas recovery haha.

Winstrol was something I didn't even really think I wanted to take compared to like masteron. Its not my last cycle and isn't the cycle to end all cycles and become the pure blooded super saiyan. It's something I wanted to add in. My beginning needed some extra definition gains compared to last time needing pure mass. Therefore we have winstrol. I need to keep cardio up for muay thai and lean gains up for consistency. I needed to add back some of that hardness from the constant tren pump this time around. The anavar helps keep me pumped for work, training and feeds the muscles with circulation. Primo was the longer term goal for this. Hope it comes back in stock. They both also help me feel great in general. Require less sleep to feel great. Better moods. More stable of a feeling in general.

Honestly didn't like NF supplements was disappointing to me. Pur didn't have aromasin so I had to opt for the NF version.
Their proviron was great. I also prefer the capsules and the idea behind them over tablets.

Pur seems to have great products and amazing reviews here though. Touchdown 2 should land monday. Its a hair late but they've had a million website issues. 0 pip from t400 in the legs was insanity. Also dont think it's because its not legit. I think the opposite. The other t400 blends are garbage as well. Theirs is quite nice.

Crazy Ive heard of that stack for martial arts before. What was your thoughts on using it? Sarms always seem like massive risks and sides for just an untested product to me.

Yeah Fish Oil is in the diet. So is the Taurine Supplement, my pre-workout has a blend of Creatine and Taurine. I dont do energy drinks. Too much energy on cycle in general with all the amino and vitamins. Trying to keep the joints lubed with creatine and other supplements until the test and eq kinda load em up part way through. Haven't had any joint issues but im only getting to the 2 week marker next week. Trying to stay extra hydrated throughout.

Would you advise me to take something specific to really help load the joints up besides these things?

I have naturally low fat and cardarine always seems to be more risky vs beneficial to my body type. Tbol has always seemed interesting to me though. Hearing the endurance capabilities of it sound nice. How's your lean mass been shaping up while using it?
Are you stacking it with a test backer at all times? Eq Npp or deca?
 
Originally this journey started philosophically. Once upon a time I was entirely against using any type of "PED" until I reframed the artwork of supplements. My vitamins, my protein, my supporting supplements and even necessary minerals are all found in capsules labeled as dietary supplements. I also became more of a believer in biohacking. Where you can bypass a lot the needed exotic expensive ingredients to get more direct results than traditional supplements. Deep into research I would discover that taking pre-workout is the definition of a performance enhancing drug stack. Loaded with banned substances and many different "side effect" producing subtances.

I would continue to do research for years while staying "Natty" in the gym. Taking multiple banned subtances like pre-workouts and shifty protein/amino blends. Natty card was gone day 1 when I took my first puff off an inhaler at 12 when I had bronchitis and played sports. I believe in medicine. I believe in science. Therefore I am now here.

I did my first cycle at 28 years old after covid at 6'1" - 153lbs. Down from a "natural" 6'1"- 186lbs.

My cycle was

Shots were taken every four days to reach these levels per week. Kept nice stable blood levels.

250mg Test E 16 weeks

150MG Tren E 12 weeks (This is also just not recommended for beginners and I wouldn't advise usage of this compound for long periods. My experiences lead me to never want to use an acetate version. Heavy side effects. Results but at far too large of a cost. Required me to substantially rebuild brain cells through micro dosage of Psilocybin stacked mushrooms. Will ruin relationships and your life if your not on par with mental control.)

20mg DBoL 8 Weeks
Daily split into 4 doses evenly (Later after DboL began to circulate I would take an extra 5-10mg Pre Workout) Arnold said it best. Nothing compares to those pumps. It also has a large amount of side effects otherwise I would enjoy it more hah.

200mg Deca Durabolin 12 weeks (Dosage was enough for all the benefits and none of the sides. Joints felt amazing and I had no issues with anything besides possibly some prolactin levels that got dealt with. Zero estrogenic sides for me at this dose)

1 Aromasin EoD (this was probably light overkill at the time. I probably only needed 0.5 at the time. I also could've started dosing it slightly later. I wouldn't change anything about how I used it though. It served its purpose and absolute fine tuning wont happen on your first fucking lap. However crashing into walls or blowing a nipple however could. E2 wouldve been crashed lightly but not enough for permanent damage or causes for major concern pertaining to temporary usage/levels.)

PCT was Test E tapered off slowly for an extra 4 weeks. Then Aromasin/Nolva/Clomid

My PCT has changed after trying different supplements later. Id also highly recommend a different protocol. Having the HCG and the Proviron are levels above other PCTs for me. Just felt fantastic.

My diet was fairly clean. A lot of protein chocolate milk, pasta with ground beef, chicken and rice. Steaks, vegetables, bread, all the peanut butter, yogurt, avacadoes. Regular vanilla life bullshit. Absolutely not eating fast food. Only ever shawarma platters and shawarma poutines as a cheat (These fucked me up and had to get cut out as my BP hit really bad levels) I constantly did my bloods and went to my doctor the entire cycle. I ate a lot of egg sandwiches, peanut butter sandwiches and muscle tech mass gainer in the night times. Always hit protein goals and stayed consistent with calories. Regiment and training were on point. I had a good amount of time off and was only working part time during the cycle. I was doing 2 a days on days without work. Using the odd work day as a rest day and going 5-6 days a week. Hard sessions.

I gained and retained over 35lbs of lean muscle mass. I consistently can keep my weight up at 190-205 without any supplements. I can stay at 200lbs very lean and clean without any needed supplementing boosts. We all fluctuate and sometimes life hits you with curveballs. The furtherst ive fallen off is 190.

Im not a "bodybuilder" I gather a lot of inspiration from them but im just a man with a vision of himself. A single father now unfortunately. Im a carpenter and a philosopher. I just recently started a cycle to add a little bit of mass and recompose my body a little although my starting point is miles ahead of where I ever was this time. I look great and think if I take it serious I can do some serious sculpting.

when it comes to pct i would say proviron yes. but no on hcg. hcg is going to delay recovery so even though you feel good on it you aren't recovering properly. @Primelikeoptimus
 
I'd wanna see the research that allowed you to discover preworkouts are full of banned substances etc. I'm no fan of them but it feels like a leap to go from there to using PEDs
Check WADA and USADA doping agencies banned substances list. Compare to most name brand pre workouts. There's usually more then 2-3 ingredients on the list. We all draw a line somewhere. If im already pissing hot and not a clean athlete. Might as well learn about real supplements. Instead of taking 7 things to hopefully bring up test levels. Where as my natural test levels were decent for years it was more of a struggle constant fluctuations. Still taking banned substances and holding this "natty" card. Taking cycles and making sure to bring the body back to its natural state for decent periods of time has served me better personally. I also dont do the cruising year round thing. I like to try peptides and things to achieve results and health as well.

I had a testicular cancer scare long ago and it had my test levels of that of an old man. Id prefer to not have to take it permanently but eventually it will get to that marker. Goal is to always clear the system of it time to time for baseline.

A lot of pre workouts, proteins, muscle building blends and such are just that blends of chemicals that are labeled with a multitude of risk. Its a blend of chemicals specifically to enhance your performance. Literally the definition of performance enhancing drug. I just buy better supplements now. More straight to the point.

Oh shit would we think HCG should be pre loaded? How come it delays recovery? Ive had it work for me before but it was a specific HCG proviron cycle essentially. Brought the natty levels up crazy. Had to keep e2 down because naturally those fertility drugs bring it up a bit.

@Primelikeoptimus that's great that you are disciplined with your diet. do you notice much from that oral primo? seems like sort of a waste since it is very low on absorption

I would prefer my primo stronger. Its not the main focus just an additive. Mental clarity and such as well. Id say I dont overly notice it but its my first time using it. Only 2 weeks of saturation. Im certain that at the 300mg a week injected it would provide much better and potent results. Ill try it in the future. Couldn't source it this time around. Just capsules and they're mostly for the anavar/winstrol combo. The primo would be the little kicker in their to help boost in low but effective doses.

Ive always aimed for the low but effective dose. This is probably my 3rd time using anavar now.

if you don't want to mess with GW then use SR9009. or better yet look at using reta or tirz. these glp1's are great @Primelikeoptimus

I gained and retained over 35lbs of lean muscle mass. I consistently can keep my weight up at 190-205 without any supplements. I can stay at 200lbs very lean and clean without any needed supplementing boosts. We all fluctuate and sometimes life hits you with curveballs. The furtherst ive fallen off is 190.

I just recently started a cycle to add a little bit of mass and recompose my body a little although my starting point is miles ahead of where I ever was this time. I look great and think if I take it serious I can do some serious sculpting.
Originally this journey started philosophically. Once upon a time I was entirely against using any type of "PED" until I reframed the artwork of supplements. My vitamins, my protein, my supporting supplements and even necessary minerals are all found in capsules labeled as dietary supplements. I also became more of a believer in biohacking. Where you can bypass a lot the needed exotic expensive ingredients to get more direct results than traditional supplements. Deep into research I would discover that taking pre-workout is the definition of a performance enhancing drug stack. Loaded with banned substances and many different "side effect" producing subtances.

I would continue to do research for years while staying "Natty" in the gym. Taking multiple banned subtances like pre-workouts and shifty protein/amino blends. Natty card was gone day 1 when I took my first puff off an inhaler at 12 when I had bronchitis and played sports. I believe in medicine. I believe in science. Therefore I am now here.

I did my first cycle at 28 years old after covid at 6'1" - 153lbs. Down from a "natural" 6'1"- 186lbs.

My cycle was

Shots were taken every four days to reach these levels per week. Kept nice stable blood levels.

250mg Test E 16 weeks

150MG Tren E 12 weeks (This is also just not recommended for beginners and I wouldn't advise usage of this compound for long periods. My experiences lead me to never want to use an acetate version. Heavy side effects. Results but at far too large of a cost. Required me to substantially rebuild brain cells through micro dosage of Psilocybin stacked mushrooms. Will ruin relationships and your life if your not on par with mental control.)

20mg DBoL 8 Weeks
Daily split into 4 doses evenly (Later after DboL began to circulate I would take an extra 5-10mg Pre Workout) Arnold said it best. Nothing compares to those pumps. It also has a large amount of side effects otherwise I would enjoy it more hah.

200mg Deca Durabolin 12 weeks (Dosage was enough for all the benefits and none of the sides. Joints felt amazing and I had no issues with anything besides possibly some prolactin levels that got dealt with. Zero estrogenic sides for me at this dose)

1 Aromasin EoD (this was probably light overkill at the time. I probably only needed 0.5 at the time. I also could've started dosing it slightly later. I wouldn't change anything about how I used it though. It served its purpose and absolute fine tuning wont happen on your first fucking lap. However crashing into walls or blowing a nipple however could. E2 wouldve been crashed lightly but not enough for permanent damage or causes for major concern pertaining to temporary usage/levels.)

PCT was Test E tapered off slowly for an extra 4 weeks. Then Aromasin/Nolva/Clomid

My PCT has changed after trying different supplements later. Id also highly recommend a different protocol. Having the HCG and the Proviron are levels above other PCTs for me. Just felt fantastic.

Honestly didn't like NF supplements was disappointing to me. Pur didn't have aromasin so I had to opt for the NF version.
Their proviron was great. I also prefer the capsules and the idea behind them over tablets.

Pur seems to have great products and amazing reviews here though. Touchdown 2 should land monday. Its a hair late but they've had a million website issues. 0 pip from t400 in the legs was insanity. Also dont think it's because its not legit. I think the opposite. The other t400 blends are garbage as well. Theirs is quite nice.

Ice cream is pretty rare. Like twice a month after 4 hours of training that day.

I havent got psyllium husk and only ever heard about it recently.

The tranont supplements i use all swear to have those same benefits. They are targeting things like a glp1 agonist. To help with people's diabetes and cholesterol levels. I have a couple more of their supplements I'll add them into my regiment for this second and look into ordering psyllium husk soon.

Nothing happened with fusion. I honestly just really liked pur products after TD. They instantly agreed with me. I had the same with my original pareto TD hyper response.

I still purchase NF products and use them as they have a great reputation here. Just also really love the idea behind capsules over tablets. The way its explained by pur is easy to digest and makes a lot of sense. I did take some anadrol with a test backer with them. It didn't give me any of the effects I was after at the time. Wouldn't ever want to burn a bridge and I will order from them in the future. Their TDs are always on point. They sold me my HCG/Proviron. That shit was gold. Felt fucking amazing with it. So they have some amazing products.

As to the heavy orals. 50mg a day of anavar is pretty moderate for 200lbs. Very mild effects and moderately safe. Its an over the counter in a lot of places. I seriously want to bump it to 75mg a day. The only thing I am unsure about is the winstrol at 75mg a day. The primo ace only has liver sides that id be worried about at 75mg a day orally. Would get absorption levels to a decent figure weekly though minimum effective dose ranges.

Although with never drinking. Staying clean, eating healthy and constantly staying disciplined. Been off any subtances since this summer when all I did was proviron/HCG in like may-june. Think it was even earlier honestly ill check those logs. Will have to make a little post in here specifically about that journey. Anyways. Id say that the orals are probably lesser than a lot of people's dosages. Safer orals besides the winstrol. That if i continue to regiment myself well I wont do any permanent damage after 60 days but its definitely adding some effects early on to my workouts. Cardio wise I was on one today.

Perfect world I wouldve preferred the primo in injectable form added in at 150mg every 4 days. Ill try this one day for sure. Ive only ever heard wonders about it. Anavar I definitely dont mind using to start a cycle. DBoL can run serious issues at the beginning same with an anadrol or superdrol. @SPOONMAN366
He mentioned TBoL and im watching his logs closely now to possibly use this in the future at some point. That was blessed of him. Winstrol, im looking to burn off a tiny bit of fat and harden up a bit for training. The EQ will also slowly load up the joints same with 400mg test. Hopefully my collagen, vitamins, hydration and everything continue to stay on par.

Today I felt superhuman. My training partner was commenting. The coach even commented. I felt like an absolute racing horse.

I also saw an log in this forums somewhere from a guy who looks like an absolute unit and this man has this bolic 75 stack of orals added in his workouts like they're tic tacs. On a heavy cycle of other things plus orals. His dosages are off the rails and hes living pretty well. Thats what drew me to them originally and not going to lie PuR is getting nothing but good feedback about them from me so far. They're a bit experimental for me but I also have fast cars and use racing gas. I used to race motorcycles. This is probably the least of my worries if done healthily. Were too deep now to turn back. Just keep on track and gun for first place on the checkered flag. All of your knowledge and advice is greatly appreciated throughout as I will continue to update daily for sure. Some days might be a double update off the notes.

Also the ice cream was a house made with orginal ingredients sea salt goat milk caramel and honeycomb chunk Dutch chocolate 2 scoops on a waffle cone. Brother the joys in life do exist. My G still hops in the turbocharged mustang and smokes a good Cuban now and then too. Bruh cmon dont make me wear white pants and sing at church all day.

These are all 5x Sets obviously. If you do 5 reps and bounce your on one. Most of my set splits are one warm up set low weight good form. Then high weight sets for 10 reps possibly one max set to a drop. Depends how it feels that day. Last set is always a drop set. I try to push myself a decent bit.

Todays workout went well. Felt like an absolute animal. Both the muay thai workout and the weights. Strength was decent today. Flexibility was good. Speed was phenomenal. Footwork was lightning. Energy was absolute next level. Felt like a true race horse today.

Oh shit would we think HCG should be pre loaded? How come it delays recovery? Ive had it work for me before but it was a specific HCG proviron cycle essentially. Brought the natty levels up crazy. Had to keep e2 down because naturally those fertility drugs bring it up a bit.
it delays recovery because it jumps over the pituitary glands. so it signals them that they don't have to turn on.
 
I would prefer my primo stronger. Its not the main focus just an additive. Mental clarity and such as well. Id say I dont overly notice it but its my first time using it. Only 2 weeks of saturation. Im certain that at the 300mg a week injected it would provide much better and potent results. Ill try it in the future. Couldn't source it this time around. Just capsules and they're mostly for the anavar/winstrol combo. The primo would be the little kicker in their to help boost in low but effective doses.

Ive always aimed for the low but effective dose. This is probably my 3rd time using anavar now.

I have a question, you say about health and biohacking etc, you seem pretty focused on mitigating damage - why do you have such a love for orals? No hate at all, but there is nothing an oral can do that an injectable cant but better?
They dont really sell injectable anavar.
Ive also known people and met people personally who abused anavar for years and didn't have issues. Not that dangerous of an oral in my opinion. Id prefer to not take the primo orally. The anavar though is for 8 weeks to help kick things in and maybe I will even scoop another bottle as a finisher in the end. It helps mitigate a lot of mental effects and adds some serious endurance. Things like cardarine which is known to rapidly cause tumors aren't in my cycles ever period.

Winstrol is the scary oral. Honestly though would you say a guy taking winstrol for 8 weeks in regular dosages is the most unsafe cycle? Ive seen soccer mom's take this stuff for 8 weeks with an absolute abysmal regiment.

Its only in there for the beginning. Not a life cycle of winstrol. Just linked a log with a guy on ECA 3x a day lol orally while taking ciagra to get better pumps. While taking clen and proviron orally. Stacking these exact 3 orals ontop of all that while injecting 1 gram of other things. Man's a biochemist.

Muay Thai Sparring 10x 3 Minute Rounds 60 seconds rest in between. After 5 rounds we usually take 5 mins. Sparring today I went hard and went with a mixture of really good guys and and really bad. I did really well.

After Muay Thai we hit weights for 45 mins
Quick Push Pull Decent Weights. Have a day of rest coming right up.

Elbows were lightly sore on the arm set. Possibly a bit of dryness from the winstrol. Not enough water today and the muscles in the arm in general are a little sore. My cardio was decent but I need to improve it in general. One of the points of this cycle will be lean mass and not passing out lifting the fridge to dump it into my dbol ridden mouth.

The fish oils I take 3 horse pills daily of the 3-6-9 Blend.

Is 5 sets with a warm up a little too many? Should I bump it down. Ive kinda trained like that for a very long time. Felt like I got less results doing like 3 sets of an exercise in the past. Its also more like weights 5x a week and muay thai 3x most muay thai nights are doubled up with the gym. I have my daughter week on week off so theres a week i can only get in about 3-4 nights max

Kk so like 3 sets instead of 5 per exercise and increase the weight a bit?
For reference on my sets. One warm up set of literally like stretching and muscle connection without real weight.

Bench numbers would be 235 x6
Drop to 185 for reps

Dumbbell on the shoulders is like 80 for 5x and drop to 65 for reps.

Squats are like 315 for 3x and drop to 235 for reps.

One more drop set at the end always till fail.

So im doing like 4 sets of real weight till failure.

Advice is always appreciated. I get advice from everywhere with my workouts and switching it up will only help if its good knowledge.

I have taurine and use it regularly.
Ill snatch up some electrolyte powder soon or like a box of pedialite. With my celtic salt lol. I had work today and picked up the wee one.

I will have to research more on HCG before I use it next time. Ive heard a lot of people say to add it to PCT. Must have to be loaded up in a certain way. I only ever used it by itself with proviron. The combo worked incredibly well.
people say to add it to pct because they are trying to sell you something you don't need. or they are ignorant on how it works.
 
Sorry evo family i know its been a minute. Your not forgotten. Quite the opposite.

I really have to load up on my vitamins at this point to keep joint pain at bay. Otherwise lifts are great. Muay thai is going well. Endurance is good. Lifts are mixture of heavy and muscle connection.

Have been going for heavier lifts lately. The winnie makes me a bit hesitant on some of the joints so ive been keeping it heavy but controlled. Especially adding muay thai to the mix. I always get a few minor injuries and not looking to get serious ones. I got a few explosive workouts in.


While I had my daughter I literally ate chicken and rice for 4 days straight. One day it was a chicken shawarma platter with rice. On the weekend I had an extra packed day of eating. Probably 8k calories. Had a good amount of sodium and carbs that day. Honestly made me feel great the day of. Didn't have issues after either. Helped my joints lube up a bit. Went straight back to chicken and rice meals with my shakes. The gym sessions have been more ferocious, more intense. Have been pushing myself to maximize my efforts and gains this go.

So after week 3 were getting about 10-15% lift strength. About 10-15% more endurance easily. Slightly aching joints at the end of a hard workout (only the joints worked out).
Mind you i work construction all day. Joints feel pretty solid there. Wrist hurts from smoking some baboon in the face. Ankle got a little jacked from kicking someone on the shin with the top of my foot. Directly on a vein/vessel, pinched it and caused it to burst a bit. Its all healed up pretty well now. No noticeable injuries in the joints. The definition gains im getting are great. Its definitely getting rid of some the very little pesky fat on my body. Absolutely looking deezed with a pump. Weighed in at 189 today. Probably a little dehydrated at the time and not fed. Wouldve shred a little bit of fat off, gained a decent little amount of hardness already.

Honestly the meals are robotic at this point nothing changes unless I opt to splurge that day. Which im not looking to do often. Just a consistent 4000 calories a day right now of healthy goods.

I added in some good macros alternating different things through the days in my diet. Onions, peppers, pineapple, tomatoes. Seems crazy but I usually eat mostly meat, rice with broccoli or peppers. Sometimes meat and pasta. Vegetables are capsules lol or in a vega style protein. Ive been making sure to eat more fresh ones before I started this cycle and keep them in my diet regularly.

I dont have my daughter this week and im back to training. Will be able to properly update this log this weekend with exact dates and frames.

You’re pushing hard on both the gym and Muay Thai side and you’re handling the winstrol smart but if you have joint issue I would avoid it imo @Prime_465

Chicken and rice on repeat with that big 8k refeed is actually good long term, clean refeed.

lets see how you do as you're back at it :D
