Real good ,few lipid markers out of whack, but everything else is perfect.. I’ve upped my zone 2 cardio ,added in citrus bergamot and epa/dha krill oil ,so this should help with the cholesterol issues.How’d the bloods come back @gar71 ?

SHGB 8 (has been for months) e2 upper range ,free t + total t both high ,I wasn’t worried about hormones, they’ve stayed the same for months ,more interested in hematocrit ,lipids ,iron and liver studies, which have never been better despite my PED usage (lipids need work which I’m focussing on )You didnt do bloods for hormones? @gar71
