Hi all I added this to my hgh log but not sure if im meant to be making a new post as it’s new compounds I would really appreciate advice if im doing anything wrong thanks :):


Hi all, I’m planning an 8–12 week cycle focused on faster recovery between sprint trainings and improving the intrinsic/extrinsic foot musculature for better shock absorption during sprinting.

My current plan

Testosterone Propionate: 200 mg/week
Split Monday/Wednesday/Friday (Propionate requires at least 3 injections per week due to its short half-life)

HCG: 250 IU Monday, Wednesday, Friday
(To maintain intratesticular testosterone and preserve fertility)

(I have been told ai is not needed at this dose of test)

Before I finalise this, I’d appreciate advice to ensure I’m not making any big mistakes or overlooking anything important.

are you starting a new log? if so, would need some more information, age, weight, nutrition, training, physique picture etc.

You may or may not need an AI at 200 test, however HCG can also create some e2, so you may need one, hopefully you have one on hand.

Are you weight training ? or only sprints? I am sure there is better compounds to use if only sprint training.

Didn't you state in HGH thread you have just been on a high sugar milk diet and have issues with gyno?

May be worth learning the fundamentals before plowing into HGH & PEDs if those are your goals. I think you will be disappointed.

No, now knowing that - you need to really do some research and learning, I also dont understand your end goal

I weight training normally bit injured shoulder so i do sprints and spam legs at gym

yo guys my end goal is that right now coach is making us train almost everyday and it’s getting extremely hard on body so wanted to see if increasing test will increase recovery and while im at it to spam legs at gym to get big calf muscle and muscles surrounding the feet (intrinsic muscles) to absorb the ground reaction force when sprinting for less stress on joints?

Well you're going to be shut down anyway so I don't know why you would do just 200 mg of testosterone only that's barely above a TRT dose.

bros some people need AI and some people don't. It depends on your situation. Everyone a bit different.

I would hit the testosterone 400 mg a week and I would add in an oral on there.
 
400 crazy but i’ll look into thanks, what oral? i’ve seen a dude called clavicular online on anavar
lol man you should not be using AAS at this stage. You should seriously spend a few months reading / researching / understanding training / diet / goals.

Wow. These are serious compounds - you state you have gyno already, you just tried to run a high sugar, high milk diet. And you are going to run the first compound someone recommends, etc.

Really think you need to slow down and just spend a few weeks reading. You will get far better results. With less drama (e.g. concerns on gyno).

I could guess you will get 0 incremental progress on "foot muscle recovery & strength" from AAS.

Hey bro idek what AAS means but for now I just plan to run low dose test, just did research and orals are very bad for a first cycle as you never know how body reacts I was just advised now to stick to low dose test

I think there is a lot you could learn before jumping in around training and nutrition, read through some logs and see the structure.

If you want to run gear, thats why were all here, but your knowledge is very low, you could run all the gear in the world if you cant get your training and nutrition in your just going to have issues like you have had.

Prop needs to be every day or every other day. Not 3x per week.

I believe we covered this in the other thread your started. Please keep it to one thread as it gets confusing when you start multiple thread on the same subject.

you don't need hcg. it doesn't do anything you think it does. all it does is keep your nuts plumper that is it

dump the hcg. go with natural options instead like hcgenerate
