First cycle

18 is very young to be jumping on mate, I would not advise messing with hormones this young.

You should however start a training log with a photo of your face blurred, all nutrition and details, at 18 you can lift heavy and eat and you will grow so well.

Plenty of time for gear later - optimise the rest first
 
Honestly man, it is your body and up to you, there is alot of things that you may not fully realise about that life choice before you jump on, theres the obvious health risks and the fact itll never be just one cycle - theyll get bigger and bigger as it does.
Fertility as you get older is another one.

You seem smart enough and reasonable, have a long hard think about the pros and cons - but I would hold off until 21 at the least
 
You are still developing and no where near your physical best of only training 2.5yrs. Do not take PeD’s yet you will likely fuck your fertility. I would wait till at least in your late 20’s when you have a bit more life experience and may even then decide to wait. Work on a good diet and working out - you will be able to put on size no need to supplement testosterone!
 
Hey man, I'd suggest really maxing out your natural potential first at your age. There's a lot of time to grow still, and you want to make sure your body is fully developed before considering anything else. 💪 Focus on diet and training for a few more years.

Young brother the most important this you need to understand before anything here is that your body and brain hasnt even fully developed yet and jumping on gear at this stage can cause you irreversible damage.

Dont look for a quick way out. Good things dont come fast and fast things dont last.

You need to learn how to properly utilise nutrition and learn what stimulus workout wise your body responds to best.

Yeah you may have been training for 2.5yrs but who knows what that training looks like.

Im not trying to come across like a dick brother but im giving you genuine advice.

You can do amazing things naturally at your age and your natural levels without the risk of fucking yourself up.

Unfortunately we wont advise someone of your age on how to run gear.

What we are more then happy to do young brother is help you dial in your nutrition and training so you get the maximum returns from your effort and help you build your physique untill your body is matured enough to run a cycle. Then we can help you then ehen the time comes.

You are no where near ready to take steroids. 2.5 years of training is nothing. Your also too young and your brain/body are not finished developing yet. Messing with your hormones at this age is not good and you'll be dealing with the consequences for the rest of your life.
Come back after 10 years of hard training/eating. Then you will be ready.

You are way too young to start steroids. You need to start a log so we can see what we're working with and get you in shape over the years using diet, training, and really good supplements. You're so primed now to grow muscle that we can have you gaining without steroids easily hence without destroying your HPTA and natural hormone production.

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. Do you want to have kids one day? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:


  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros and calories and supplements)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

welcome to the EVO family :D @schizophreniclifter everyone is right 18 is too young BUT you're not too young to eat right and get your natty test up and train right, we can do both right?
You are 18 and too early for any cycle, your hormones are still climbing so adding test cyp anavar and hgh will just hurt long term progress. Start a full training and diet log here so we can guide you to grow naturally first before any talk of cycles. and Trust me you CAN grow natty there are supplements that will blow you up better than gear! 15min of your time post up the log!

why would there be a difference of him fucking his fertility now rather than later? if he takes hcg during cycle once he has finished his cycle won’t his fertility gradually come back?
 
Yeah that’s a if though. Seen plenty of younger guys completely messing up their fertility with shit PCT. But he is still no where near his potential with only 2.5yrs training. - anything gained on cycle will be lost easily - haven’t seen any photos

Yo bro im listening don’t worry, and grateful for all advice, Im human and I make bad choices sometimes, I listened about hgh and fully stopped it, I listened about diet and followed advice there too, as for test im struggling with recovery’s due to sporting pressure and was only tryna run a short cycle for faster recov, it probably is a bad choice but im struggling to even walk naturally the day after trainings and we train almost everyday

My training split is ppl x rest x pp x rest and i train 6-8 sets per muscle, failure on every set if not 1-2 reps in reserve. At the moment im bulking at about 3000 calories 160g of protein. You have a good base, but it seems you didnt listen, enclomiphene is a shit drug, I used it for fertility or I would of never touched it.
