Recovery metric bounced up a bit so that's a good sign. Today is a rest day so I'm hoping with the GH recovery boost and a rest day my body my reset back into a normal rhythm again. Time will tell.

I like the RP app much better with the bodybuilding hypertrophy focus. Really pushes you to progress and the templates or autofills for the the mesocycles helps keeps things fresh too. In the 2 years of using it I've only had 1 problem with the app and I think it's cuz they were having server issues for 20 minutes.

Another strong session on the comeback. Making some progression. Struggling with my right shoulder again doing lateral style movements. Tweaked it a week ago and decided to stop training through it and skip a few days of laterals.
Right knee is still a work in progress. Stuck doing low weight extensions trying to build it up again. It's definitely on the comeback tho. The weights are consistently rising. Long long way to go still cuz my left leg can easily rep 120 for the same reps lol.
Saw the dental specialist for 2 seconds today and he said I'm healing nicely lol. Sounds like I'm good to go then.
Dinner last night was a perfectly cooked medium rare flank steak with a Mediterranean marinade and sauce (no ketchup @LevButlerov ) lol. Chicken stock rice and steamed broccoli on the side.

Hahaha well. When I first started it was basically killing me. I had sores in the corners of my mouth and my hands were always cramped. I had to use the line to pry my fingers open everyday for years. Didnβt matter how much fluid I drank or electrolytes. But my legs were already bullet proof from a solid year of just pulling my ass off. That used to have my quads cramping so bad. It took years for me to hit my peak of strength and endurance as a climber. Itβs so abusive to work like that with so few rest days. Tbh I have no idea how I did it either. No way I could climb 100+ poles a day back to back to back right now. That would be a life threatening effort. But I used to do it without too much dramaI was up and down an extension ladder in the snow all day yesterday and I kept thinkn how the fuck does Todd climb poles in this weather all day haha. My quads and glutes were burnt last night.

First I was dealing with nipple sensitivity, now I'm holding extra water, and then I had a situation where I wasn't staying as hard as I normally am if you catch my drift. I didn't lose it all together but it felt like it was close. I was dealing with the sensitive nipples before I added in the 100mg of Deca per week for my joints.
Gonna add in a very low dose of Aromasin, 6.25mg EOD and see how I feel.
Gonna try to get some good sleep tonight before heading up North in the am to spend my Bday weekend with the whole family.

Yeah, climbing belt with D rings and a positioning belt around the pole. You can let the belt out or clip just one side so you can lean really far, which is brutal on your abs hahaha. Getting something heavy out there can have you literally screaming it burns bad if you arenβt doing it all the time. Weβre forced to use ladders sometimes and it can be ridiculously awkward because the ladder is laying on what youβre working on and youβre bracing backwards instead of with your abs. Sometimes you can have the ground guys help you with ropes and pulleys, but if youβre very confident on a pole you can finesse it and itβs really fun and impressive looking. With ladders I find it's the standing still on the ladder up top that really gets me. Stiffen up so much cuz you can't move around much and keep the blood flowing
Highly suspect the deca. Blood pressure still good with it, yes? Itβll take a long time for the deca to leave your body so I like your idea of keeping it but adding proviron first. Youβll know if itβs going to work (probably will!) right away but if it doesnβt you can drop the decawasn't staying as hard as I normally am if you catch my drift.

But I had the nipple sensitivity well before any of it and I thought maybe I was a bit watery cuz of the antibiotics. The water factor has gotten a fair bit worse tho since the deca. The ed scare was the 3rd issue so made me think I need a little bit of ai. Last check on e2 was end of September, same dose as now, 134pmol

Yea normally I run 180-200 and everything is all good but now I'm 70mg EOD so roughly 250ish. Naw at 200 was upper range and only real change was slightly softer emotionally haha. Stupid flu is back dragging me down again. My brother was saying he took 2 weeks to beat it. My wife is feeling pretty much all better now and her immune system is usually weak compared to mine so hopefully I'll be good after this weekend off.
I thought I should take the night off training last night but then I thought naw let's get after it. Maybe a good sweat and pump will help clear the system out. Felt a bit feverish during training but felt good afterwards. Slept like a baby last night too. Definitely feeling better today compared to yesterday. I'm actually gonna skip a day of training and get a proper rest day on my Bday tomorrow. Hopefully that will be the key to turning all this around and feeling totally healthy and normal again.
Up north again spending time with the family. I'll get some pics this weekend to share. Today was a bit of a busy one finishing up the last of the winterizing work outside.

Stupid flu is back dragging me down again. My brother was saying he took 2 weeks to beat it. My wife is feeling pretty much all better now and her immune system is usually weak compared to mine so hopefully I'll be good after this weekend off.
I thought I should take the night off training last night but then I thought naw let's get after it. Maybe a good sweat and pump will help clear the system out. Felt a bit feverish during training but felt good afterwards. Slept like a baby last night too. Definitely feeling better today compared to yesterday. I'm actually gonna skip a day of training and get a proper rest day on my Bday tomorrow. Hopefully that will be the key to turning all this around and feeling totally healthy and normal again.
Up north again spending time with the family. I'll get some pics this weekend to share. Today was a bit of a busy one finishing up the last of the winterizing work outside.

Yeah, climbing belt with D rings and a positioning belt around the pole. You can let the belt out or clip just one side so you can lean really far, which is brutal on your abs hahaha. Getting something heavy out there can have you literally screaming it burns bad if you arenβt doing it all the time. Weβre forced to use ladders sometimes and it can be ridiculously awkward because the ladder is laying on what youβre working on and youβre bracing backwards instead of with your abs. Sometimes you can have the ground guys help you with ropes and pulleys, but if youβre very confident on a pole you can finesse it and itβs really fun and impressive looking. Laddersβ¦ never fun hahaha. And then you have to carry it again. I used to sling around a 40β hook ladder, if I had to do that now Iβ¦ just wouldnβt hahaha. Iβd find a way to get the truck there or Iβd drop the line off the pole, do the work and hoist it back onto the pole. I just got in from jamming a bunch of cable through a few thousand feet of crappy conduit with a chick helping me. Itβs kinda crazy how hard single moms will work for a few hundred bucks
. Itβs a whiteout blizzard rn and we needed to get the cable in the ground before it all got buried by the plows. She showed up with full snowmobile gear hahaha. We got the worst of it done before the wind got way too stupid and itβs a holiday weekend and all the drunk people are out drifting in the neighborhoods. Not worth it

Had a great Birthday today. Honestly at my age I'd kind of gotten to the point where birthdays don't really matter anymore. But I have to say all the wishes from you guys and spending time with my little nieces and nephews kinda got me into it again.
Played outside in the snow for over an hour with my 3 year old niece, just me and her. We made a snowman, snow angels, and got my cardio in pretending to be Rudolph towing her around in a sled. I was surprised how long I was able to run in snow with her in tow.
Came in to a great dinner and had a Bday cake prepared by my niece and wife. My little niece helped make the cake batter, icing, and she decorated the cake pretty much by herself. Seeing how proud she was made it the best bday cake ever and I had to have a little piece. All and all a great day.
