Hey guys sorry I been inactive this week been rabbit shooting after work and had some heat exhaustion and dehydration had to alter my electrolyte intake so I could actually hydrate. Im going back to training in the morning it's much too hot for me to train at night, so my bed time will be about 20:00hrs which should wake me at 0400hrs or 0300hrs. I've barely been active on social media seeing as I just haven't had the energy. Here are some photos from this week regarding my work. I'm returning back to my typical diet as it seems to work better for me I'll update you with the rough meal outline, I'm going back to my slightly lower protein intake as the 250g has me feeling sick at the end of the day I'm not quite sure why I feel sick when I push the protein higher. So I'll return to about 200g at highest as that's where I feel best. And yep after the last 6 weeks I'm definitely needing to stop doing ppl as I don't enjoy it anymore. Who would have thunk that using the same split for 6 years would eventually get boring so I am moving to a bro split presumably for next while. This week I pulled the B12 and I noticed a difference in energy levels I think it's worth keeping in honestly. I am getting closer to my driving licence so I should hopefully be able to get permanent work soon. I was looking at my competition photos this morning and I keep feeling like competing. Probably not Wellington this year I might do Waikato or Palmerston contest of Champions. The lesson learnt from that show is I'm smart enough to prep myself but I need to make sure my team keep me stable when I start getting irrational. When my gut told me to ease up I should have and cruised into the show but I put myself in a stressed out cycle where I'd binge get back to the same level then binge again and look worse. I'm rather embarrassed of what happened and I understand why it happened, my team understands why and everyone will know what to do when I'm in that state. And I started lowering my carbs as I'm soft I'll be 10 percent in a couple weeks

@Dave1288499 meals look good.......So today's workout went well doing a bro split higher intensity and volume lower frequency. I think I just need a change honestly. Nothing fancy I had a cor this morning followed by a pre with an intra shake made of 40g maltodextrin and some bcaas. Looking back on my show and some of the photos I had I fucked up by stressing myself out. I think I need to reshuffle my team before I do my next show, I don't need a coach I just need emotional support. I wonder how people are going to view this making excuses? Being a bitch? Honestly I don't care what people think I learnt my lessons now it's time to apply them and one-day win shows. I'm going to one-day get a pro card, I'm going to be 225 lean
