Finally cleared my cold, got labs knee is better. I've applied for more work, my doctor said that my knees will get worse swelling I'm at the fifth in the last two years on that one. I have hayfever meds.

Got my bloods in from gp, doctor said I can't get bloods every 8 weeks so I'll try every 16 weeks, as my nearest private lab is Wellington and I can't afford to go there every 8 weeks. Trigs are fucked but I will get some red yeast rice to try and correct. (Ik it's from steroids), efgr is about the same as last time so that is acceptable. I forgot to ask for a blood panel. Considering I've been taking anadrol weekly my bloods seem fine I dropped it when I stopped training due to injury and sickness, I'll up fish oil to 10

Uh huh, Im Not certain I can get the ultra Sensitive hormone tests from my gp seeing as nandrolone can get miss pinged as E2. I'm not having any nipple growth and I haven't been experiencing any high E2 symptoms. I'm concerned about my lipids but it's enough to know that I can keep my current doses

Damn your HDL is crushed. Your triglycerides look good though so that's not bad. Triglycerides are the most important factor. What's your diet like?

You need some stuff like avocado, fatty fish, nuts, olive oil is good to. Do you eat any of that?

Citrus Bergamot might help a bit too.

I have arimadex, citrus bergamot, fish oil. I'm considering red yeast rice extract as that has been shown to improve LDL/HDL ratio. I'm fairly certain that HDL/LDL is heavily affected by the exogenous hormones I'm taking and the whole taking Winstol didn't help. But my current plan is to let my oestradiol go up within reason because that can improve my HDL. I think if I increase my fibre I can reduce my LDL.

My diet is basically beef, chicken, rice, potato, eggs, vege. lean fish, I have offal once a week and Sauerkraut multiple times a week. I tend towards low added fats, I ran out of olive oil but I have almond oil and I ran out of nuts but I have lots of different seeds. I don't have any fatty fish available right now I'm waiting for a sale of those couple kg salmon fillets. And I rotate through different food sources

My bloods are usually good just a trend of my lipids getting worse, liver and kidney are fine, my creatinine went up by like 9 points but that's explainable by being heavier and training much closer to failure. I'm keeping the ghk in as it works wonders, I'm expecting to get a knee surgery on that right or my hernia that I was born with to go "pop". I do everything to recover my injuries because I am aware that they heavily limit you later on

Oh it actually gets kinda cool down there. In North America we all have this picture of Australia and New Zealand in our heads where people are just hanging out on beaches all year round. I only found out from @Allupfromhere a few days ago that it can actually snow in Southern Aus. They don't really teach us anything about you guys in school and neither of your countries make very good TV shows that end up here lol. I've seen the Chopper Reid movie and a TV show called Mr. in-between and that's it.

I've learned more about you guys on this forum then I did in my entire life.

Probably why you guys are known for having such fertile land. I saw something that said NZ is basically Australias farm. Agriculture is your biggest industry and young new zealanders leave to go to Australia for better job opportunities. Our soil is actually slightly acidic which can lock out some nutrients. We produce enough cattle beasts, sheep and lamb to supply whole countries we export to America and the EU as well as many other countries. Agriculture and it's products is one of our primary exports what beats it out is our raw pine for building supplies

Yeah winstrol would have played a big part in this. Add some coq10 too brother if money is there

That can be tricky in NZ, the only places that sell it are American and that can raise the cost of it by adding another 100 bucks. I don't particularly think tudca is necessary nac seems to work pretty good

Oh I used to be pretty strong at them doing like 25 a workout but I'm pretty heavy for my body right now, yeah food has always been hard for me but it's just been part of my life that eating has been difficult, I don't follow a typical bodybuilding diet at times because I have to work around it

I'd read a couple weightlifting logs talking about energy and recovery from it, I've seen guys run it. I'm honestly curious
try it. if you notice a difference then you got your answer.

Trained legs today, knee held up I'll up my weight next week on pause squats. If anyone is wondering I'm helping someone out and I got worried they wouldn't adhere to the program I picked for them so I decided to do it at the max frequency just to show I walk my talk. So I'm doing creeping death 2 by John meadows. I'm making adjustments for my needs but the bulk of its the same. I've subbed out some movements for similar that work better for me. I forget how deca increases my libedo and has me feeling low a lot of the time but fuck do I recover well on it. I'm taking B12 post workout and pre workout. I noticed a significant energy boost from it so I'll keep it in and see if I make any gains. Oh and before anyone asks I found out that I can get livestock B12, it's basically same as human grade just without the same level of testing. This actually isn't something I condone but I view myself as a human guinea pig. Only like 64 NZ for 500ml at 1mg per ml. I can get a version with Selenium too but that didn't seem necessary. My hypothesis is that I will recover better, this is very measurable as I know how quickly I recover as I literally only charged this. Oh and I added flaxseed oil to my supplement stack, and I added rapeseed oil as it looked interesting. When I get my next bloods I'm going to try talking my doctor on putting me on a cholesterol med, which will be difficult seeing as my cholesterol isn't high just the ratio is the problem. I got paid 1000nzd by WINZ and apparently I will have to pay that back, I invested a bunch of it and am waiting to sell high. I'm aiming to make 5k USD then reinvest half and put the rest into savings and bodybuilding. If I repeat this cycle I can potentially on paper improve my situation. I have work tomorrow potentially so I'm going to sleep

Oh and before anyone asks I found out that I can get livestock B12, it's basically same as human grade just without the same level of testing. This actually isn't something I condone but I view myself as a human guinea pig. Only like 64 NZ for 500ml at 1mg per ml. I can get a version with Selenium too but that didn't seem necessary. My hypothesis is that I will recover better, this is very measurable as I know how quickly I recover as I literally only charged this. Oh and I added flaxseed oil to my supplement stack, and I added rapeseed oil as it looked interesting. When I get my next bloods I'm going to try talking my doctor on putting me on a cholesterol med, which will be difficult seeing as my cholesterol isn't high just the ratio is the problem. I got paid 1000nzd by WINZ and apparently I will have to pay that back, I invested a bunch of it and am waiting to sell high. I'm aiming to make 5k USD then reinvest half and put the rest into savings and bodybuilding. If I repeat this cycle I can potentially on paper improve my situation. I have work tomorrow potentially so I'm going to sleep

Are you taking any supps for lipids? A statin unless you really need it isnt the best choice.
Plenty of natural supps can help alot
 
Sup boys, on dole may have work thinning on 25th aug. went to church today it's not for me. I'm fat AF rn. Pull ups are hard now. I don't know what I should say honestly, yesterday I couldn't eat because texture issues got worse so I found something I could eat, that is the problem with my condition and how it manifests is texture issues and I have to find whatever I can eat. Trained legs today, knee held up I'll up my weight next week on pause squats. If anyone is wondering I'm helping someone out and I got worried they wouldn't adhere to the program I picked for them so I decided to do it at the max frequency just to show I walk my talk. So I'm doing creeping death 2 by John meadows. I'm making adjustments for my needs but the bulk of its the same. I've subbed out some movements for similar that work better for me. I forget how deca increases my libedo and has me feeling low a lot of the time but fuck do I recover well on it. I'm taking B12 post workout and pre workout. I noticed a significant energy boost from it so I'll keep it in and see if I make any gains. There is something about GHK-Cu... I was using BPC, TB, and then ordered 'GLOW' which has all 3 in it and it worked better and faster altogether.
