Back from Holidays with the Wife, I did nothing but eat for 2 weeks and have come back 111kg from 104kg

im going to be cruising for the next 14 weeks and tightening up, then I’ll be running a higher dose protocol

Current Peds - @Core Pharma
Test E - 175mg every day injections
HGH - 4iu before bed
Reta - 1mg every Sunday

Training will be changing slightly and ill update on my next post coupled with my new meal plan from @Gains Man

Will be back to regular updates plus my usual Sunday food pics

Yea for sure some of that is water weight. I know fighters head to their flight locations a couple weeks before weigh ins cuz flying makes you hold water.

I'm sure it's not that much and once you get back at it again it'll all just balance out again.

The main thing is you had a great vacation!
