I was on mj / tirz (gp prescribed, got to 7.5mg a week) from aug-nov then switched to reta. I started ~105kg and was ~91kg when I stopped. I'm now ~82-83 8wks on reta. So to me both have been effective.
Yes I expected as much. Weight loss is not my goal, appetite suppression is. I need some support when fasting so my gut has time to repair but ive been failing fasting and bingeing. My bmi is good for my height. I read somewhere Tirzep is better for appetite suppression but Reta is more holistic? Let me know your experience
I've heard the same claims that tirz suppresses better, but reta has been just as good for me. Same fullness feeling. Same slow digestion. For ref I'm on 2.5mg reta pinned every 3rd day. My partner is on 5mg reta, she pins once a week.
