Yeah, i can deffinitely see the progress compared to before the med switch when my test was 9.8.

Ive dropped deadlifts in favour of working at progressing more on back extenions. Im trying to let that nerve root compression that makes my feet numb heal. Healing is going well.
This is a med switch win! Some Rx meds can be so awful it blows my mind.

Smart move dropping deads for now.

Yea bud, i gotta start buying new clothes, all my pants are too big. I think so too. Even when i didnt lift at all my traps were large, same with my family. So my back and traps are probably my best genetics but time will tell.

Actually havent started a cycle yet. Lol i ended up taking some advice on here just to run reta and some peptides to cut bodyfat down before running a cycle. Just prepping to start my cycle when i hit 170lbs.

And yeah very much so, starting a log has helped keep me on track as well.

Deffinitely leaned out, just about dropped my shorts at the gym just dropping my phone in the pocket to hard. Lol

I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Biogenix Pharma @biogenix. When I placed my order he knew my full cycle plan and when I (due to lack of funds) ordered my cycle minus one pouch of Var he obviously noticed my order was short a pack of Var. I'd consider dropping a few exercises here. I think I counted 12. Could quite easily drop 1x side raise and 1 each of a bi and tri exercise and not lose any coverage.

It's not as much of an issue when your newer. But as you get stronger you become more efficient and put more stress on the body. The main thing to look for is that you are still recovering and making strength gains. Also, that you aren't feeling fatigued or sleeping poorly.

That was the one I was thinking would be good.

Ill keep an eye, im still recovering at a good rate and making gains for sure. Though my calves took an extra day longer to recover this time. Im goin to smash legs out in the AM, might get forearms back in there as well. Been skippin forearms for a bit.

As for sleep, i always sleep poorly. Lol

Yeah, ive been under 200g avg for the last week or so. Appetite suppression an all. Been trying to have more shakes but not burn through my supply.

Yeah, i figured out how my body reacts. After raising the dose, for the next week i cant take my supplement pills or psyllium husk on an empty stomache or ill get cramps. As well as carbs eaten before proteins, especially for high fat meat. eg, rice before meat with the exception of egg sandwichs are fine, eating bread and eggs at a single time instead of in order.

Other than figuring out how to avoid cramps, im good. I dont even get nausea anymore. The appetite suppression is there for sure im basically at 2 meals a day some days, good thing i bought mass gainer to make up carbs when needed.

So i cut calves and went home(calves werent 100% recovered anyways. Slept for 6hrs in the afternoon. Logging what i got for now, will try and eat more later tonight and sleep through the night. We will see how tomorrow is.

Reta nausea bro? Not sure if that’s what’s going but yeah anti nausea meds are the go. You should adjust to it eventually, 5mg Reta a week is pretty high though from what I’m seeing. How long you been on it?
I think this is the 9th week maybe? Nah i dont get reta nausea anymore. Only cramps when i increase dose too quick. I previously jumped from 2mg to 4mg and i had to eat things in certain orders or id get cramps.

I tested whether id get cramps again just upping dose to 5mg by taking my pills and supplements on an empty stomache and waiting. Nothing, so it only happens with too high of a jump in dose i guess.

i think i might be getting sick or sonething, i dont get headaches, exhaustion and sudden increase in body temp from reta. I wasnt dehydrated either, puke feeling was probably my GERD acting up. Only get appetite suppression now, the nausea i havent gotten in weeks.

Ive read the sweet spot for reta is 4mg to 8mg. Doses up to 12mg have been studied, but ill probably cruise at 5mg or 6mg. Probably 6mg. Lol

Yeah no doubt you’ve adjusted, the longer you’re on it the less effective it becomes at that dose. The problem with the glp1s is if you don’t monitor your macros and electrolytes you can be pretty deficient in something without your body picking up on it.

No doubt you’ve heard the stories of people just collapsing because they forgot to eat, obviously it’s not what you’re doing though.

Its possible my electrolytes were low today. Yeah ive heard stories of people getting addicted to the weight loss as well.

Well we will see how the week goes. Cant adjust til friday anyways, si will monitor.

Will probably stay at 5mg next week as well just to test whether it was reta or not. I have been slightly more aggresive in dose increases lately.

Felt good sunday, no problems like the day before at all. Made sure to sleep more than needed just for recovery. Didnt eat enough today, but im fasting for bloods anyways. Will post bloods when theyre in.

Ill have to do bloods tomorrow, damn lifelabs near me has stupid hours. 7am to 11am. So missed that.

Yeah these are my baseline bloods, im getting the teletest PED panel so its got everything plus total test, free test, cystantin and estradiol. Im not getting SHBG tested to reduce out of pocket costs.

Ill be doing bloods again either week 3 or 4 on cycle. My one med is estrogen sensitive so im going to run a low dose of arimidex from the start and maybe do bloods week 3.

Ill have to check em out when you post em.

I listed it as air fried whole chicken, but its calculated as a "proportional mix of whole chicken meat". Deffinitely wasnt a whole chicken. Lol. That was only for 197grams of whole chicken meat mix.

I then make my entry and input the macros per gram, so when i weigh my meals or for meal prep its accurate. I know its AI but i think its fine for finding macros. All my macro inputs i add myself in MyFitnessPal are per gram. Serving size is 1 gram, and i just add total weight.

Yea it can, but its close enough though instead of guessing for me. I dont need the perfect answer just something to help keep track of custom stuff.

Searching on google was a nightmare for macros for "whole chicken meat mix macros". I aint going to weigh my cuts seperately lol.

I am, but i noticed the selections for picking out meat often are macros for uncooked weights, no lean trimmed or skinless options, or whole bird meat mixs so I make custom inputs for all meats.

If you are eating all the meat you cook in one sitting, then its fine. But if you use uncooked weight macros on cooked meat, which you then weigh to seperate for meal preps, you are eating more than you planned for.

Honestly just for simple things where precision isnt quite needed and its just a refference, i think its fine. It does make a fair bit of mistakes, so i ask it in multiple diff ways.

Had a migraine so didnt bother going. Hopefully getting glasses soon will help with that some what. Apparently the optometrist says my "eyes are very bad" or whatever. Lol now as long as i can find frames that are complaint with my OCD, i can actually wear em.

Got some good macros today. Also had a bad pin last night by my knee, damn shakey hands. Theres a bit of swelling right at my knee.

Found this pretty awesome site for creating stacks, seeing interactions, benefits, neural mapping. Its has 3556 different compounds from peptides to supps to gear etc etc. Bunch of cool stuff, going to add it to my log from here out for my stacks.

Because multivitamin, digestive enzyme and probiotics have multiple ingredients, youd have to list seperately. So itll be typed for those.

Low wbc and neutrophils are basically permanent. They been low for atleast 8 or 9 years of bloodwork. Though 0.9 neutrophils is the lowest its been, i avg around 1.1 to 1.2. Actually surprised RBC was in range lol.

Yeah the cycle will top that shit up for sure.

For the amount of BJJ and workouts bro, your carbs were way to little. Werent you sub 50g the other day and almost fainted? Hell if im sub 150g carbs, im exhausted during my workout. Lol

My daily goal is to match my carbs to protein +/- 50g. When i plan on an hr or 2 of cardio, i sometimes carb load around 30 to 45min before hand.
